My husband and I purchased our wedding bands during their big wedding band weekend. Because of this, we got a discount, which was great. My engagement ring was part of a set, so I really didn't have a big choice to make as far as my band. We were primarily there to choose one for my husband. The employee was constantly telling me it's not my decision because it's his ring. I wasn't trying to decide for him. I simply asked to look at it! Besides, it's both our money. When we went to pay the remaining balance, the employee was basically incompetent. I guess there was something weird because we purchased the two bands together...I honestly don't even know. We stood there for a good half hour while she tried to convince us that we owed $100 more than we did. Despite showing her the receipt, I still got a call an hour later while in the grocery store saying they realized they over charged me $100 and that I would be refunded right away. Well we never saw that refund. Long story short, we were never missing $100, and they don't know how to use their own software or count money. Ridiculous. Aside from that, I guess my husband had a positive experience purchasing my engagement ring. I went in 2 days before to get my engagement ring cleaned and they were very accommodating. I told them the wedding was in two days, so they said they'd make sure my ring got a special cleaning. I don't know what they did, but it sure did sparkle! Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the merchandise, but not so much with the employees.

Our experience was great at Mann's jewelers. I needed to get 2 bands that fit my unique engagement ring. I was sure that I was going to have them custom made to fit, but after working with Tim I didnt need to! He showed me many options and instead of jumping straight to a custom made piece, which would have costed much more, he work to find bands that fit my ring and looked great. Service was excellent, and the price was great as well.

Bought the engagement ring and both wedding bands from Mann's, and they made it an enjoyable experience both times. No one tries to upsell you which takes a lot of pressure off. We went to shop for wedding bands during their wedding band event which was a lot of fun. They had complimentary food and drinks (alcoholic) which was a nice touch. The quality and service are both extremely high and would definitely recommend them to anyone. Support local businesses!

We had my wedding band made and they did an excellent job with it! It was made to go perfectly into my engagement ring. We trusted them with the engagement ring/diamonds, etc. Bonnie was excellent and they treated us great everytime we walked in the door! They will always be our jeweler!!!!

My boyfriend and I went to Mann's "just for fun" to look at engagement rings. We found "my" perfect bridal set...even though we were only pretending. The sales lady wrote everything down for us and when my boyfriend went back to purchase everything for me they took excellent care of him. Since then they have cleaned and helped to correct sizing issues with patience and understanding. We also go the perfect simple and elegant ring for him.

Was very pleased with our experience at Mann's. Our salesman (Rick) was wonderful! We actually found the rings we wanted and he told us that if we waited a few weeks, they were going to have a sale and we may be able to save some money. Well we waited and ended up saving a few hundred dollars on our rings. He was very knowledgeable and helped us with all our questions. Also, I found a beautiful unique ring there, unlike any other place we looked. I would highly recommend this jeweler...I will be going back myself for any purchases.
