Luckily the owner assured me he would overnight it for us. We went today to pick it up and jacket was not 100% perfect. Owner immediately offered to call in the seamstress to have it fixed. At the end of the story my son was happy with his Tux and I felt we were treated fairly. I understand errors happen but I do appreciate a business that takes responsibility and goes the extra mile to keep the customer happy!

groom's) tuxedo 2 days before my wedding, they told me they had never seen me and did NOT have my measurements or my tuxedo ready. They "threw together" a tuxedo for me which did not fit at all and said "that's all we have". They gave my father a dirty jacket and shirt. When my brother in law came in to pick up his tux it was way oversized and they gave him a shirt that was 5 sizes too big and told him that was the only shirt they had that would fit his neck while laughing at him. They gave another one of my groomsmen a dirty jacket and shirt. We found a much nicer tux at Men's Warehouse for my brother in law. So when my Mother in law went to return the tux and confront them about the issues she was received with excuse after excuse from Carlos the supposed store owner, while he called her a liar to her face. I then called after their confrontation and he continued to call us liars and tried to tell me that we were all happy and it was obviously our problem that we weren't happy. NOT ONCE DID THEY ADMIT THAT THEY MESSED UP. THE OWNER OF A BUSINESS FELT IT WAS A BETTER ROUTE TO CALL THE CUSTOMER A LIAR THAN JUST SHUT UP, SAY SORRY, AND FIX THEIR MISTAKES. He still denied to me that he did not have my tux ready and told me that the tux fit me "perfectly". I looked like MC Hammer with the pants that they had. NEVER GO HERE. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANYONE'S MONEY. They are messing with people's weddings and they should know better. ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Go to men's warehouse and save yourself the nightmare of dealing with this DIRTY, CHEAP, SCAM of a tuxedo rental place.
