Manor House @ BDR Farm is a rustic-chic wedding venue in beautiful Madison, VA. This 19th-century farmhouse is nestled on 260 acres of idyllic farmland, making it the perfect country retreat for intimate wedding celebrations.
BDR Farm is a working cattle ranch that raises Black Angus cattle. The Lovelace family took over this property in 2018 and set to work restoring The Manor House, which was built in 1896. Today, the house boasts five lovely bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to twelve guests. The storied farmhouse also features plenty of gathering spaces throughout, such as the parlor, game room, patio, and living room, as well as an expansive backyard with a fire pit. Bring your loved ones for a wedding weekend and enjoy rural tranquility, from hiking Blue Ridge mountain trails to wine tasting in Madison and more.
This venue offers endless customization possibilities for your wedding day. Tie the knot in the rolling pastures, surrounded by majestic mountains and black walnut trees. While you pose for photos with your beloved in front of a serene pond or even with the property’s resident donkeys, guests can enjoy snacks and cocktails on the Bluestone patio. Throw an unforgettable reception party outside under the stars, or use the cozy indoor spaces for the perfect gathering. Your outside caterers are welcome to use the onsite kitchen to prepare a delicious wedding meal for you and your loved ones. The Manor House @ BDR Farm team will work closely with you to ensure your wedding celebration is a seamless success.
