We truly could not have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding weekend! Manor House Estate, from the Event Center to the house itself, is absolutely beautiful, wit...
h breathtaking views of Keuka Lake everywhere you turn.
The location meant so much to us because we both grew up around Keuka Lake and have a lot of family in the area. For our friends and family traveling from farther away, it was the perfect way to share the heart of where we grew up and the beauty of the Finger Lakes. Guests from both near and far couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous it was!
One of the things we appreciated most was the flexibility. We were able to do multiple walkthroughs in the weeks leading up to the wedding, which gave us so much peace of mind. We had a small, intimate rehearsal dinner at the house, completed most of our setup the day before, and even started our wedding morning with sunrise yoga. Having that extra time allowed us to actually relax and enjoy the weekend instead of feeling rushed.
The bridal suite upstairs in the Event Center was wonderful. We had around 10 girls getting ready and had plenty of room and natural light, plus AC to keep everyone comfortable. Even our hair and makeup artists said it was one of their favorite spaces they've worked in!
We were lucky enough to have perfect weather for our outdoor ceremony, but we also loved knowing that we had a backup plan we would have been genuinely happy with. If it had rained, we could have held the ceremony inside the Event Center and still had the same beautiful view of Keuka Lake.
The photo opportunities are also endless. Between the house, Event Center, grounds, and lake views, there are so many beautiful backdrops. We've seen other weddings held here, and no two seem to photograph exactly the same while still capturing everything that makes the property so special.
Art was extremely helpful with any questions we had, and the setup and takedown instructions were very clear. We also found the pricing and flexibility to be wonderful compared with many other venues in the area.
Manor House Estate gave us more than a beautiful ceremony and reception space—it gave us an entire weekend to make memories with the people we love most. Our weekend felt peaceful, personal, and genuinely stress-free, and we couldn't recommend Manor House Estate more!
We got married here a few weekends ago and could not be happier with our venue decision. The views are unmatched, and the space itself is perfect for anyone wanting to get married ...
on a lake. Plenty of space inside and outside the venue for guests to hang out. You can tell that Art & Melissa spend a lot of time perfecting every detail of this venue, and they are always working on enhancements and improvements for the future. We received compliments all throughout the night, and will have memories that last a lifetime. Thank you again!

ilized the hot tub the night before the wedding, such a fun perk. Created so many wonderful memories that we can look back on and laugh about for years! Definitely check it out if you’re thinking about it because it will blow you away; the view was amazing although it was cloudy on our wedding day you could still see the lake and the photos were beautiful!
For future brides, I recommend running around on the lawn with your husband!!

compliments all night on the venue. Our ceremony overlooked the lake and our guests got to enjoy the sunset view with the opened garage doors in the evening. Getting to stay at the house next door the whole weekend and within walking distance to the venue made the logistics of the weekend so convenient and stress free. Art and Melissa were incredible to work with - so accommodating, helpful, and quick to answer all of our questions! We really appreciated all of the renovations that were added to the venue leading up to our day. The catering team was also excellent - the food was delicious and their staff were so kind and communicative during planning and the event. The view, location, and accommodations made this venue so worth it! Could not rate this venue highly enough!!

in and enjoy Keuka Lake and everything the manor had to offer before the wedding. Our guests and vendors couldn't stop talking about what an amazing view the venue provided and during the fall it's breathtaking with the foliage. The updated building they finished this year is INCREDIBLE, the bridal suite is absolutely amazing for getting ready day of and you really don't need many decorations as the space speaks for itself. Art and Missy were really flexible and accommodating and answered every text or email I sent immediately. They also recommended Timber Stone Grill as the caterer and they did an amazing job as well. We wouldn't be more thankful we choose this venue and would recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing experience.

The venue gave us the creative freedom to bring our vision to life. Whether you're going for something minimalist, rustic, elegant, or modern, the space can transform into whatever you imagine.
And the view? Absolutely stunning. A 10/10. It gave the perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos—so many of our guests are still talking about it.
If you're looking for a place where you can create a wedding that feels truly yours, with supportive owners and a breathtaking setting, this is it. Highly, highly recommend!

ve us the best finger lakes experience. Our guests told us that this was the most beautiful wedding that they’ve ever been to. We got extremely lucky booking our 2025 wedding in 2024 when the tent was still there, so we were able to get the new building amenities with “tent pricing”! Art and Melissa are wonderful people and really put a lot of heart and soul into this place. The manor estate itself is also beautiful

under the tent to make it perfect for the big day!
The house and views are breathtaking! What really drew us to choose Manor House though, was the length of time you got to spend there. For weddings, you have the place from Thursday afternoon to Sunday morning. The days leading up to the wedding will forever hold a special place in our hearts! Not once did we feel stressed getting everything ready for the big day! We truly love the Manor House! It is the perfect place to have your wedding and make memories that will last a lifetime for you, your friends, and loved ones!!

m Thursday till Sunday. Art and Missy, the owners of the Manor House, were so helpful and kind. They were very flexible answering our questions, making accommodations for parking and handicapped accessibility. They were easy to get in contact with and very responsive. The Manor House does become your property for the weekend. So the wedding couple can decorate as they want and design a personalized wedding space. With access to the house on Thursday, you have time to set up. We actually put together the flower arrangements in the basement level of the property. The wedding party ate and cooked in the spacious kitchen and the wedding cupcakes and cake were even finished there. Also the wedding party was able to get ready in the house with make-up and hair stylists coming to us. There was room for everyone in such a spacious and beautiful house. The views overlooking the lake were tremendous and everyone just had a wonderful time. All of the guests attending the wedding commented on the beauty of the Manor House. The wedding was everything Ryan and Alivia dreamed of and even more. Art and Missy are always looking for ways to improve the experience. We would highly recommend the Manor House to anyone looking for a wedding venue.
From the bottom of our hearts, we cannot thank Art and Missy enough for our wedding weekend at the Manor House Estate!
Such wonderful accommodations they provided all weekend long...
; the rooms were all perfect for us and our guests to stay! The landscape was well maintained, the flowers, lighting around the venue and the paths made for great photos all weekend long!
The entire property is stunning directly above the lake that we were able to use for our wedding rehearsal, ceremony, and our reception!
We will have memories of the Manor House to cherish for a lifetime because of you both! The old-style charm with the right modern decor! We knew this was where we wanted to have our special day, truly the best!
This is the best location for a Finger Lakes wedding! All of our family and friends were blown away by the beauty of Keuka Lake!!
Thank you again Art and Missy Sable!
