The entire team led by Kellsey did an outstanding job on behalf of our rehearsal dinner. Table settings - perfect, food - amazing, table service - superb! We even had a dessert snafu due to an external bakery issue and the Manor Vail Food and Beverage manager saved the day! The room is beautiful- the view is spectacular! We hosted our rehearsal dinner at Ridge + River in Manor Vail Lodge. Kellsey and the team were amazing to work with from the moment we toured the venue. They answered all our questions (of which we had many) thoroughly and promptly. On the day of the event itself, all the staff were so friendly and helpful, the venue space was gorgeous, and the food was delicious. Kellsey was by our side the whole evening to make sure everything was running smoothly. We can't recommend Manor Vail enough!

Manor Vail Lodge was my place of employment for 8+ years, and has always been a 2nd home, to eventually host my own wedding there was truly a full circle moment I will cherish forever. Having spent the majority of my 20's working many different positions at MVL it only seemed fitting to tie the knot in a venue I knew best! Manor Vail Lodge is the hidden gem of Vail and a place that you don't come across nowadays. It is the most charming, intimate property, that can check all of the boxes when it comes to hosting a wedding or event. Lodging, in-house food/ beverage, BEST breakfast EVER, which doubles as a great meeting spot for those in house guests there for the wedding. Kellsey Rosentraub, the Event Manager at Manor Vail Lodge, never once told me my ideas were unattainable and instead, would come up with solutions to make every single one of my ideas come to life. Not only that, but she surprised me throughout the day with wedding details others would never have noticed, that she knew would bring me to tears. Those surprise details are exactly why Manor Vail Lodge is one of my favorite places on earth, and now tied to my favorite day on earth! I have planned weddings all over Vail and when it came to deciding where I wanted to host my own, there was NO QUESTION. I may be biased, but the combination of a 5 star staff, beautiful grounds, primary location, wonderful amenities, and in house food + beverage cannot be found anywhere but Manor Vail Lodge. Thank you Manor Vail Lodge for making me feel at home since the day I started working there, to the day I left, and now the day I tied the knot. There is no other place on earth like this property and anyone who books a future wedding/ event with them is in the best hands. We’ll start by saying that our wedding at Manor Vail Lodge was an absolute dream come true, and the staff who brought it to life were essential in making that dream a reality. While we were familiar with many spots in Vail, our photographer pointed us in the direction of Manor Vail Lodge and we absolutely fell in love with it from the moment we saw the Ridge and River room, with its modern finish, high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. It drew us in. We were planning our wedding from three time zones (and another country) away and ended up booking MVL before actually stepping foot on the property — but when we did finally visit for our first venue tour, it was better than we imagined and we knew immediately that we’d made the right decision. The best part of seeing the venue was meeting the amazing staff we’d been working with up to that point. Kellsey, Susan, Shawn and Stu all put our minds at ease and answered SO MANY questions. We did our tasting as part of that experience and were so happy with the food options and left with some tough decisions (we landed on the salmon, beef tenderloin and risotto for mains — all were incredible and came with rave reviews by our guests). In the weeks and days leading up to our wedding, Kellsey coordinated with the rest of the MVL crew to finalize every detail, follow up with us as needed and offer expertise on everything from how our night should flow to how the tables should be organized. While we were so happy with the entire crew, this review wouldn’t be complete without a specific call-out for Kellsey Rosentraub. Planning a destination wedding presented many challenges - some expected, many not - but as soon as Kellsey took the lead on our wedding, our minds were at ease that it would all work out as planned. Kellsey was honest, available on short notice, offered helpful tips and simply took things off our plate throughout the process. She also just has a great personality and was fun to work with. We used several different spaces at MVL on our wedding day, which resulted in a lot of logistics (including coordinating plans with our vendors), which Kellsey navigated with patience, creativity and excitement. She always believed it would work perfectly and, therefore, so did we. We are so grateful to Kellsey, Susan, Shawn and Stuart for making our day a success - it was perfect and we wouldn’t change a thing.

We had our daughter's small, intimate family wedding in the Manor Vail upper gardens, the cocktail hour on the lawn and the brunch in the Ridge and River Restaurant and patio. The professionalism of the wedding planner, the Director of Food services, and all the staff from bartenders and servers, to the landscaping and cleaning crews was incredible. They were so easy to work with and exemplified a caring team that wanted to make sure this day was special. We also had our Friday night Welcome Drinks and Apps at The Fitz Tavern. Again, all staff worked hard to ensure we were taken care of - great service, great food, and great atmosphere with outdoor seating around the firepits. If you want a warm, classic Vail experience in a beautiful setting and great location - walk to the village and to the Betty Ford Gardens - Manor Vail is a perfect venue. The gardens are awesome and the Ridge and River Restaurant is the perfection mountain "chic" venue. Did I mention the food? It was fantastic ....small bites at cocktail hour and our brunch. They helped us with our menus with great suggestions. The Excellent Review is well deserved.

Fantastic!!! is the best way to describe our experience with the Manor Vail for our daughter's wedding dinner on 3-30-2023. We looked at different venues in Vail but decided on the Manor Vail "Ridge & River" dinning room. We certainly made the right choice. Liz and Kellsey, along with all the staff were super friendly and accommodating to our group. Everyone treated us as if we were all family. Very personal and professional which made our special day even better not to mention the food was amazing. The wedding coordination and support team at Manor Vail Lodge led by Liz Filipowicz were nothing short of incredible and exceeded our expectations by a huge margin. We could not have dreamt of our ceremony and reception going smoother than it did thanks to the hard work and amazing attention to detail of Liz and her team. We were trying to pull off a fairly fancy wedding while being on a budget and were not even sure if it would be possible. Liz has put our worries to rest, going through every item on our wish list and making it happen. She was with us though every step of the planning process and was always available to jump on a call or meet in person. The new Ridge and River reception room was fantastic, with plenty of space for dining and dancing, with an outdoor patio for our guests to hang out, with a fire pit next to a lit pool overlooking the mountains in the background. The space felt fantastic. Liz helped walk us through not only the ceremony and reception ideas, but assisted us with lodging options for us and our guests, as well as the menu selection and suggestions from their wonderful restaurant, both for reception appetizers and very delicious dinner options. A number of our guests were culinary professionals and the entire party has mentioned how great all of the food was. I would like to also mention Liz's support team that did an outstanding job helping our big day go smoothly: Jessica made sure that all of the aspects of banquet went off without any issues or snags, she was always available to help, including the ability of our DJ to access the new house system and helping her connect to various networks and other IT related issues. Jerell was incredibly helpful with all things related to setup, from helping with the PA system, to arranging equipment and dinner settings to even assisting with song timing and sequences during our ceremony. Really, anything we needed to be done or fixed or located or moved, Jerell was there to help out instantly. Kellsey was instrumental with helping us find the perfect lodging, she knew the Manor Vail Lodge rooms inside and out, giving us ideas and in-person tours of the rooms we were considering booking. We were beyond pleased with the rooms Joy and I booked as well as numerous rooms that our parents and guests stayed at. Everyone had a fantastic time. Kellsey was also instrumental in assisting with bartending needs for both ceremony and reception. Everyone on the bar/kitchen staff worked so smoothly we never had to stop and ask for anything, timing and flow were perfect and well practiced. The entire team worked seamlessly together, all overseen and managed by Liz herself. We were seriously stressed out for months leading up to our big day, understandably so, but Liz and her team made the day go by just perfectly, could not have asked for a better team to make everything run so smoothly behind the numerous scenes. Lastly, Liz is also very knowledgeable of the local wedding industry professionals, in fact, we ended up hiring the photographer based on her recommendation and are beyond happy with her work (shout out to EJ Dilley photography)! All and all, I would highly recommend not only the lodge itself for it's great offerings of space and amenities, but specifically the assistance of Liz and her amazing support team. We could not be happier with our experience at Manor Vail Lodge!

It seems rare these days to find true excellence and artistry when it comes to products and services…but we were the lucky recipients of both, by choosing to work with Liz at the Manor Vail Lodge. From the planning process, to execution of all the details leading up to the wedding, it was a legitimate pleasure to work with Liz. The staff and customer service of Manor Vail not only exceeded my expectations, but actually kind of blew me away. The food was delectable!!! I’m racking my brain trying to find an excuse to have my next celebration with this wonderful team. Our event was truly one of those gems that locks the remarkable memory in the precious collection of special life moments, thanks to the extraordinary staff, but particularly Liz. Where do we begin?! The Manor Vail Lodge in the Village of Vail, Colorado will forever be our special place. From the very beginning, when we decided to book our venue and reception with Manor Vail Lodge, we never expected to get our very own Liz Filipowicz! Liz Filipowicz who is the Manor Lodge’s wedding coordinator, not only made us feel right at home in the planning process but it truly felt like we got a trusted friend taking care of all the details. Liz was available to meet us on phone calls, emails and even in person and gave us an amazing tour of the whole lodge and venue. Liz was intuitive to our needs and no request was too big for her to make our wishes come true. From helping us pick out the right reception room (Ridge & River - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) to guiding our details to fit our style and smaller guest size. She even made sure we had our own golf cart to get us to the gardens next store for our photos after ceremony & had our own Bride & Groom appetizers & champagne while our guests were enjoying the cocktail hour. Liz was available to us the moment we arrived to check in to all day of our wedding day to be there for anything we needed. We had a smaller wedding (40 guests) so we were very concerned to have it feel intimate and there was actually more pressure to make sure the details were perfect. Liz was attentive to small details that made our day feel so special. From accommodations who she got us in contact with Kellsey who was reservations & helped a great deal with our booking and all of our guests who were not from Colorado. It was important to us to have all of our guests have an easy booking experience and also have a good room placement. Kellsey also helped my husband & I find our best honeymooners condo that fit our needs for the days we were there. Liz also gave wonderful recommendations in wedding vendors in which we ended up going with the photographer EJ Dilley who was amazing! We are so thrilled with our day captured by EJ Dilley. We were also blessed with Jerell who was the banquet captain who is just a jack of all trades. Jerell was there throughout our whole day to ensure all technical things and especially with music and sound was done flawlessly. And I need to mention the banquet lead Jessica who was so gracious and made sure we had our reception room exactly how we envisioned. Jessica really helped with the setting up of our photo booth as we had that delivered to the venue and had to set up on our own but was not hard when you had such an accommodating staff. This is a dream team for your wedding. If you are considering Vail, this is your spot. Wonderful location, amazing & more than accommodating staff. I almost forgot to mention, the food was delicious. Our guests feasted and are still talking about how yummy everything was. The waitstaff & bar staff was amazing and really took care of each of our guests. This venue allows you to customize your wedding in your style and Liz Filipowicz is your bonus to help you plan it all out. We are still so in-love with one of the most beautiful days of our lives.

Manor Vail Lodge is the prime location to host your wedding celebration. Nestled in the base of Vail Mountain, it is a magical setting. Along with being the most romantic place for a wedding, the staff is absolutely incredible. Liz and her team created our dream wedding from a distance and sight unseen as we live in Florida. The warmth of the Lodge when you first walk in is carried throughout the venue and is imbedded in the staff and culture. Our special day was way more than we anticipated and will remain in the forefront of our hearts for a lifetime. We truly felt like we were in the Disney Frozen Movie. Absolutely 5 stars!

We looked extensively for a venue in Vail and after seeing almost all of them we chose Manor Vail Lodge. The deciding factors were the gorgeous garden for the ceremony that only hosts one wedding a weekend, and the event sales rep Liz F. - calling her a sales rep doesn’t adequately capture everything she does - we can confidently say we would not have had the experience we did without her, she made a stressful day incredibly easy and special. From the very first day we met her, Liz was responsive, kind, and genuine. She went above and beyond for us, and introduced us to all of the staff there who were equally amazing throughout our stay. Manor Vail Lodge is a truly exquisite venue to host a wedding. The gardens are beautiful and the newly remodeled Ridge + River restaurant is both warm and modern with spectacular views of the mountain. The staff (hotel, bar and restaurant) are all incredibly professional, kind and seem to anticipate your needs. Liz Filipowicz (the Wedding Sales & Service Manager) was AMAZING through every part of the event planning cycle from our initial tour through to our last dance. I couldn't have pulled off our wedding without her. Finally, let me say one thing - we really wanted an enjoyable experience for our guests without them having to spend an arm and a leg. Manor Vail has a variety of rooms (all equipped with a kitchen, great for out of towners) from basic studios to premium three bedroom units fit for families, all for great rates. Manor Vail was the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner and welcome party. We would have considered using them for the wedding, with their beautiful accomodations, but it didn't work for our capacity. More important, the service was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Liz Filipowicz. She was incredibly responsive, enthusiastic and positive. Nothing was a problem. Whatever I requested, Liz made happen...all with the right attitude. I would highly recommend this venue for any event. The setting is beautiful (flowers everywhere) and service was exceptional.

Liz was a dream to work with. She was open to all of our ideas and offered great suggestions to make our welcome party and rehersal dinner special. We hosted our welcome party outside on the lawn before moving into a private restaurant space for the rehersal dinner. Manor VaiL Lodge allowed us to bring in live music, lawn games and plenty of decor out on the lawn and then helped us repurpose that decor inside for the dinner. We also did a room block with Manor Vail Lodge and our guests were blown away with the level of hospitality and the beautiful setting. Highly recomend Manor Vail Lodge for your next event.

Where do we even start! Manor Vail was better than we could have ever imagined! The venue is absolutely beautiful, located in the best location in Vail surrounded by picturesque views! BUT the real 5 stars go to the staff! Liz is the absolute best! She is a master event planner who treated us with empathy and joy throughout the whole process. She took our vision and brought it to something better than we could have ever imagined! She worked around the clock to make sure our day was perfect! We are forever thankful for Liz! Manor vail gardens were the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner. We loved the outdoor space with so many beautiful wildflowers and views of the mountain. Working with Liz at Manor Vail was a Godsend. When my daughters fiancée received orders to a new base they decided to “elope” in September, providing us with just under 2 months to plan the event. Liz and her team really stepped up to the plate bringing my daughters dream of the quintessential Vail wedding to life. The ceremony on the outdoor wedding lawn, which captured the “Gold Peak” fall foliage perfectly, was stunning. The Fitz Bar provided the classic Vail atmosphere for the reception and the food and beverage team out did themselves with the Colorado themed dinner menu. Manor Vail, Liz, and all the staff made the event absolutely perfect!

The Manor Vail Lodge is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are stunning, the staff are amazing. The food is wonderful and the amazing views I could stare at forever. This is a fantastic place for a wedding as I attended one. I personally got to work with Liz. She is upbeat and very knowledgeable with how a wedding needs to flow for the best outcome. The event was outside (due to being safe for Covid). It was in the evening. The ceremony was in the gardens. What perfect set up! I would highly recommend the Manor Vail for a wedding venue. The entire staff was all hands on deck for our wonderful Welcome Dinner that included our 150 wedding guests the night before the wedding. It was held outside on Manor Vail's beautiful lawn surrounded with the most gorgeous plants and flowers with an incredible view of Golden Peak. The food from the lamb kabobs to the risotto bar and dessert was absolutely divine. Our guests raved about the evening and beautiful surroundings ~ we would highly recommend Manor Vail for all celebrations large or small. We will never forget our special evening. Our elopement at Manor Vail Lodge was amazing. Everything was coordinated for us including top-notch vendors for floral, photography, and our officiant. The setting in the gardens and on the covered bridge provided a beautiful backdrop for our photos and intimate wedding day. Liz Filipowicz, Manor Vail’s Wedding Sales and Service Manager went above and beyond to ensure our day was special and worry-free.

I loved working with Liz at Manor Vail to plan our Friday night Welcome Party. Liz helped up create our garden-party vision. And when the weather didn't allow us to remain in the gardens, Liz and her team expertly transferred the party indoors. The signature cocktails were delicious--a huge hit. I most loved how personable everyone at Manor Vail was to me in the planning stages. I actually had a great time planning because everyone was so fun. On top of that, the team worked their hardest to accommodate our dietary restrictions and budget restrictions.

We had our Welcome Party the night before our wedding at The FItz Bar. Caroline was so attentive and detail-oriented in helping me plan our event here and picking out the menu for our guests. Even with all the rules/changes due to COVID, it was a seamless process thanks to Caroline and her team. She was so accommodating with all of my specific requests for how I wanted the night to go. All our guests said the food was delicious! The patio was perfect for hanging outside with gorgeous mountain views. It was a perfect way to welcome our guests to Vail for our destination wedding weekend. Thank you Caroline and team!

We used Manor Vail as our main wedding weekend hotel and hosted our rehearsal dinner for our wedding party and a welcome cocktail hour for all our wedding guests the night before the wedding. Manor Vail went above and beyond for us and was super easy to work with while also being cognizant of all Colorado COVID rules in place. We had some weather issues and had to change around quite a few things last min. and Caroline made all the changes effortlessly. I didn't have a planner for this event and frankly, didn't need one because they have all of their plans so thoroughly thought out. What to me was above and beyond was a member of their staff over heard us (bride/groom) discussing our honeymoon plans and she politely came up to me with her favorite activities in the location. It showed that there was extreme attention to detail and level of care that you don't just get anywhere. I 100% would recommend planning events here and would do it all over again if we had the choice.

I cannot give Manor Vail a high enough rating, Caroline and her staff were top notch, and the food was to die for!!! I absolutely loved the Fitz room, and everyone raved about every aspect of the event! As an event coordinator myself, Manor Vail delivered an event that was way over my expectations!!! Kudos to Manor Vail & their excellent staff!!!!

Manor Vail was so spectacular to work with when organizing and planning my wedding weekend. Totally stress free and actually enjoyable! The staff made absolutely every effort to make sure all events were flawless and beyond expectations. Our dinner on the Fitz Bar outdoor patio overlooking Gore Creek and Ford Park was magical. All the food and appetizers were delicious, including the vegan items Chef creatively crafted. Every guest was able to stay on site have breakfast, utilize the pool, and be within a short walk to the heart of the village, a nice hike, and the park. Manor Vail truly provided the perfect wedding venue and every amenity that you could need to make your wedding the most special time of your life!

We eloped here on 8/8/20 site unseen and I could not be happier! The venue and lodge is BEAUTIFUL. Our room overlooked the most beautiful and serene mountain and river view. The garden we had the ceremony was a dream, filled with the most incredible glowers. Caroline, the coordinator, was an actual angel. Incredibly attentive and the calm presence I needed. She helped me fix my hair and even pin the flowers on my husbands suit. We went with the elopement package the venue offered and the groups they partnered with for the officiant (Courtney), the flowers and photographer were all amazing! The staff for our dinner was incredibly pleasant and attentive and the food was delicious. Thank you all so much!!

Manor Vail was very accommodating given the difficult times of the pandemic. The ceremony, dinner and reception went very well without any problems. Caroline and the rest of the staff were extremely professional. The chef even provided a vegan meal for one of our family members. The Fitz restaurant and bar area were very nice. The patios were a big hit. We highly recommend them!

We recently hosted a Wedding Welcome Reception at the beautiful Manor Vail Lodge and couldn't have been happier. Jessica (who we worked with for contracting) and Caroline (who was our on-site contact) were absolutely amazing. They truly went above and beyond for every aspect of both the Planning Process and the Day Of. This Wedding Weekend took place in the time of COVID-19. What was supposed to be a larger affair oversees transitioned last-minute to an intimate family affair in Vail, CO. In this midst of this transition, there were so many details and changes. Both women handled these with the utmost grace, generosity, and professionalism; we simply could not have been treated better. Thank you both so much for a wonderful experience. We hope to see you again soon!!

We chose the Manor Vail Lodge as our reception venue site. Pre-COVID they helped us with everything we needed in a timely manner. I'm happy to say that during COVID, they continued to seamlessly accommodate us with everchanging mandates, cancellations, and tiny tiny details. We so wish we could have continued with our date, unfortunately our wedding in Vail was cancelled. Manor Vail provided us with so many options and continued to be a resource to us with whatever we needed. I can't say enough good things about the place and Caroline who helped us navigate through it all! I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasion!

All, I rarely post reviews, but i felt compelled to alert anyone who is considering or engaged in a contract with Manor Vail Lodge. With all the uncertainty for current or future events in the Corona Virus world we are all in, I would like to commend this company and point out our contact and coordinator, Caroline Adeux. We have had to cancel our Son's upcoming wedding, and hopefully postpone at a later date in Vail. Caroline and her team, went above and beyond, to make this process of cancellation, far easier than we had feared. It is, at times like this, that trust and relationships are built. Thank You. If you are looking for an intimate setting with gorgeous mountain views, yet quiet and personable, have your wedding at Manor Vail. It was a pleasure working with Caroline; even across many states, she made it easy for us to plan the perfect wedding. Once our special day came, we and our guests were greeted warmly and made to feel at home (thanks, Tami!). We loved that MV was tucked away from the bustle of Vail Village, yet it still had that great mountain feel. Recommend without reservations!

We had to cancel our planned wedding with 200 guests for July 2020 due to COVID-19, and our photographer suggested to us to reach out to Manor Vail Lodge (MVL) as they recently started 'elopement' packages. BEST. IDEA. EVER. Within a few days of cancelling our planned wedding, we were already confirmed with MVL after seeing how absolutely gorgeous it is and how responsive the team is as well. They were so flexible with the 'elopement' package- letting us customize it to meet our needs, including adding 10 people for a reasonable rate. Everyone at MVL was SO nice. Plus, it's absolutely gorgeous, convenient location to walk to the village, and the food was amazing. Whether you're in a pinch or have lots of time to plan, I highly recommend MVL. It was obviously hard to cancel our original wedding, but MVL was a silver lining for us. I promise you'll enjoy it as much as we did! :)

Sadly due to COVID-19, we had to cancel our planned reception and stay at Manor Vail Lodge. However, Jessica DeStefano and Caroline Adeux and all of the other coordinators we worked with were extremely helpful during all stages of the planning and eventual cancellation process. I cannot overstate how gracious, flexible, and understanding the staff at Manor Vail were. We made a trip out to Manor Vail Lodge in October 2019 to plan the event, and can say first hand that the accommodations are beautiful, the food is unique and delicious, and the resort is perfectly positioned for enjoying great views and beautiful parks. We really hope to stay there again in there future and highly recommend that you consider Manor Vail Lodge for your future wedding.

My husband and I got married on the property this past December 2019. Every step of the planning process was seamless! This location was a destination wedding location for us. One can imagine that planning a wedding from the other side of the US (from Virginia) would be really stressful ...but, their support made it wonderful! From the start of planning, everything was great! After much communication via phone and email with Jessica, she met with 2 of our best friends on our behalf to tour the property. That experience alone encouraged us to sign the contract and continue the planning! Amy Ford contacted us immediately regarding our room block and was AMAZING during our whole process. We visited the property in April 2019 and loved meeting her! She showed several rooms in which our guests would stay during the wedding. In addition, she made our stay by providing us some yummy drinks and treats for our room! EXCELLENT customer service to say the least. Fast forward to our wedding weekend, Amy was extremely accommodating to each of us. She was quick to respond with any questions we had, constantly provided updates regarding our room block, and was so helpful! Not to mention, she has the best personality and is extremely kind! We are SO grateful to have worked with Amy and cannot wait to book our 1 year with her! :) When it came to ALL of the details - food tasting, ceremony discussion (s) (OK, SEVERAL discussions), cocktail hour, reception, any and ALL recommendations, etc., Caroline was BEYOND AMAZING! She was SO accommodating, so timely in her responses (even when she knew I probably wouldn't respond until the following Sunday when I did my planning). She is funny, sweet, welcoming, and just AMAZING at her job, (seriously, I could go on and on and on about how wonderful our wedding was and how amazing she was with our planning). She had great recommendations for our wedding with our timeline, the best placements for our reception tables, cake display, dessert display, and so forth. She even provided recs for my florist (Signe - Petals & Pours) and even someone to press my bouquet. I enjoyed every step with Caroline and I highly recommend her and her awesome services! To the Front Desk Crew (Maggie, Laurie, Tammy - just to name a few), they were so kind, helpful, welcoming, and always were extremely genuine when we/our guests walked in the door. They were very sincere in helping us with whatever we needed! Caleb & Conner - THE BEST Concierge ever! They were SO helpful to bring our bags to and from several rooms., give us rides into the Village. Caleb even brought my best friend/Matron of Honor warm cookies, because he "thought we may need a snack before going to the Welcome Gathering." How extremely considerate?! And I have to give a shoutout to our amazing bartenders/serving staff, Payton, Elizabeth, and the 2 other men who were also there - They were so welcoming, severed the BEST drinks & chef made the best food!! I truly could go on and on about our amazing experience at this property. My husband and I cannot thank the Manor Vail Lodge staff enough for their amazing hospitality, kindness, and fun-loving group of people. They ALL truly made this the most AMAZING weekend of our lives. For people who traveled from Virginia for our wedding, it speaks VOLUMES that we wanted to have our wedding at such a great place . We are beyond excited to come back in December 2020 and relieve our amazing fairytale of a wedding.

I cannot say enough about the quality of service, food and overall response we had working with Caroline Aduex and her staff at Manor Vail Lodge. The setting was spectacular for our winter wedding rehearsal dinner and welcome cocktails. The outdoor lights and patio setting enhanced the winter wonderland look. The Staff was extremely accommodating setting up the room early so decorations could be completed before the event. The Food, Cocktails and professional manner of the entire staff (thanks Clayton) and servers made for a memorable evening. A special shout out to Aaron in helping to make our video on the big screens a huge success as well. We would highly recommend this venue for your future special event.

We had our Welcome Party and room block at Manor Vail Lodge for our 4th of July weekend wedding. We picked Manor Vail because the rooms are spacious and offer guests different layouts. Moreover, our welcome party was on July 4th and MVL is the absolute best place to watch the fireworks. The events staff was helpful at every turn and helped me bring my vision to life. The chef partnered with us to figure out how to make the lawn feel like an upscale BBQ. They even pulled a grill out so guests could watch the chef prepare the sliders and skewers. It was so fun! The lawns were gorgeous and created the perfect backdrop for our weekend.

We had our welcome reception here and loved it. Everyone was super helpful with creating a great experience for our guests and it was alot of fun. Would definitely recommend this place.

I love getting to plan and execute events at Manor Vail Lodge. My experience as a vendor is easy and a team-like environment (which I appreciate, as not all venues value wedding planners and helping them to give our couple's the best day possible), the experience my client's have is beyond wonderful. From the food, planning process, assistance with rooms and the staff's execution on wedding day. Top notch venue, plain and simple. If I could work there everyone weekend, I would most definitely!
