I felt so relaxed during my shopping experience and never felt any pressure. The quality of dresses were exceptional and the environment so comforting. and seemed put-off when they asked if they could browse the dresses themselves. She also didn’t attempt to get to know me or my gown vision. I had mentioned going to another shop and finding a dress I liked there, and that I was still interested in browsing to see if I liked a dress better at other shops. The stylist seemed slightly annoyed each time I said a dress didn’t fit what I wanted and asked me why I didn’t get the dress at the other shop when I preferred it more, which… came across as snarky. She also struggled to help fit the dresses on my body and didn’t offer any help in terms of making it suitable to at least walk out of the dressing room - I spent the whole appointment holding up the dresses myself. After determining which dresses I did or did not like, she didn’t offer to help find others that may better suit my needs. Instead, she told us we only had time for 1-2 more and seemed intent on pushing us out the door quickly. We only had a 1 hour appointment when the website says their basic appointment is for 1 hour and 45 minutes. I left feeling discouraged and like maybe I made a mistake going shopping again. However, after this, I went to a shop in the Reading district and had a polar opposite experience in which I felt empowered and uplifted and found my dream dress. Maybe my stylist was having an off-day, but I would not be interested in returning to this shop and would not recommend it.

She is the ultimate professional - reliable, helpful, and kind. You can purchase a bottle of champagne and macaroons to share with your loved ones as you try dresses on. I recommend Mansion Hill Bridal to brides of all ages and body types. I am so thankful for Claire and this beautiful store. I also loved supporting a female entrepreneur, an expert in the bridal industry-- go, Claire! The timeline and price of my dress exceeded expectations. You will be amazed at the reasonable costs of dresses and range of styles. Make this your first stop in the bridal dress appointments... you won't regret it and you will probably say yes to the dress!

t to re-try on the dress I ultimately bought from them. I went to more than 5 different stores after my first visit at Mansion Hill, and no other place made me feel as welcome. At no point did they make me feel like a burden or weird for being indecisive. The store is light and well organized, and their selection had a lot more variety than what I saw elsewhere. I could not recommend this store and these women enough!

hey really put effort into the organization of dresses. You can see all similar styles grouped together and then by price. Claire was so awesome at picking out dresses and even let me select a few. It was a great experience with no added pressure or stress!

l, Abby helped me search the sample rack and find it within the hour. It was so hard to choose, I never thought I would fall in love with so many dresses! We said yes to the dress, and I was able to take home the most perfect dress right then and there-and within our tight budget. They were even helpful with alterations, and it was so relaxing and wonderful! We even celebrated with a complimentary glass of champagne. It was best experience, and I cannot wait to put that dress on in just a few months!

g COVID has been different and a weird experience but Mansion Hill Bridal let’s you TOUCH THE DRESSES! (Something that most salons don’t let you do). You are actually able to peruse the dresses at your own pace and convenience which was AMAZING! There are over 100 dresses to try on and the boutique itself is trendy and elegant. I would recommend this dress shop to anyone looking for a clean, professional, well run bridal shop that is all about YOU and making your special day PERFECT with the most beautiful dresses.

The owner greeted me as soon as I walked in, making me feel so welcome. The decor inside was just as beautiful as the outside - highlighted by their tall ceilings. Abby helped me try on dress after dress, and the last one I tried on was perfect, I loved it! Without pressure, they invited me back for a second fitting (my preference so I could sleep on it-knowing I would be calling to buy any day!). They have been there every step of the way, professional and kind. I highly recommend this bridal shop.
