I was not overwhelmed with pushy sales associates, yet greeted with kind smiles and professionalism from both the owner, Claire, and my consultant. Abby was out of this world. She helped me navigate through a sea of tulle and lace to pick out dresses she thought may work after listening to me explain my vision for my wedding and my ideal dress. I felt quite comfortable through the try on process. Just enough assistance with zippers and buttons. The combination of interior and natural lighting is perfection for viewing the dresses. I saved my favorite for the finale. Turns out, that was my dress and it was an exclusive from their collection!!! I felt stunning and shocked that a dress I would never have imagined myself wearing was the one everyone in my party and I chose as number one! Pricing was beyond fair, purchase and ordering was a simple and well explained process, and I even accessorized with a gorgeous handmade headpiece they had in stock! I so look forward to continuing my experience with Mansion Hill, through alterations in house and any other communications through the remainder of the dress process. The complimentary pink champagne was a fantastic touch, as well as the “Insta-wall” for photos! I cannot wait to wear the dress I chose on my wedding day! experience. The owner and associate never made me feel like they were "selling" the dress. They would help me get the dress on, and then step back to let me and my group discuss. They even let my group pick out dresses for me to try on (which none of the other stores allowed). Additionally, we had the entire back room just to ourselves, which makes for a much nicer experience. It felt private and intimate- especially compared to the stores where you're standing right next to other groups. Overall a great experience!

e able to come so I was feeling really discouraged. I reached out to Mansion Hill Bridal and the owner, Claire, told me they were allowing groups of 10 in the boutique. We had the whole store to ourselves for 2 hours! There were no other groups in the boutique and all had our masks on so we felt very safe and did not feel rushed at all. The owner and her staff member were so welcoming and kind to us!! This was the first time I went dress shopping and I wasn’t putting much pressure on finding a dress. When walking in the boutique, I honestly didn’t think I would get one. But Mansion Hill Bridal had all different styles and I was able to find multiple dresses in the style that I was interested in! I am only 5’ so I was a bit worried about how things would look on me. The girl who was helping me did an amazing job of showing me how the dresses would look when it was altered and fitted to me! I tried on at least a dozen dresses and re-tried on my four favorite and she was so patient and helpful with every single dress. All the dresses I tried on were of a very reasonable price I thought! And each one was beautiful and different than the rest. I cannot say enough about my experience at Mansion Hill Bridal! I am so thankful for Claire understanding how important it is for a bride to have her family/bridesmaids along and for making it a safe, fun, and unforgettable experience for all of us!

I called Claire JUST before her boutique closed for the day yesterday and explained my situation. She was completely booked for today. Most boutiques I spoke with said sorry but no can do. Claire went above and beyond and offered to open the store two hours EARLY at 8am just for our group so we could keep the plans we were so looking forward to today. She was so accommodating, so kind, and made me feel like a million bucks in every dress I touched. She was so clean and disinfected every dress the second I took it off, making us feel totally comfortable despite our current world. She had so many gorgeous options that it was hard to pick the perfect dress - but we found it! Thank you so much, Claire! e sales associate was NOT pushy at all and I never felt pressure to purchase a dress that day (even though I did). I wish I remembered her name so I could give her a shout out because she was so great! We ended up coming back later that day after dress shopping in the Reading Bridal District to buy the dress we found earlier that day. We also felt like they were taking necessary health and safety precautions to keep us safe with hand sanitizer and masks at the front entrance, which made us feel more comfortable upon arrival. I was very interested in Kelly Faetanini dresses, but the sample sizes you had were worn by runway models so I could not even attempt to try many of the dresses on. One dress I wanted to try on wouldn't even fit on a mannequin. I was a little bit disappointed by that and would recommend expanding sizing as I am not even plus size and was limited to what designers I could try on because of the sample size selections.
