Maple & Ash is redefining the modern steakhouse experience in the heart of Downtown Miami, Florida, by transforming the space into a fantastic venue for weddings and other special events. Led by two-Michelin-starred Chef Danny Grant and featuring a Wine Spectator award-winning wine program, we create unforgettable celebrations through exceptional cuisine, hospitality, and service.
The Studio at Maple & Ash
A speakeasy disguised as a portal to 1970s Miami glamour, The Studio is the city's most exclusive private event space a record-inspired lounge tucked behind Maple & Ash with its own private entrance. Inside, lush green and blush velvet seating curls beneath glowing fiber-optic lighting and sweeping archways, channeling the disco-era energy of Miami's golden age with a modern, polished edge. Full AV and music controls turn the room into a stage for anything from an intimate rehearsal dinner to a late-night reception after-party.
What sets it apart: its invitation-only, behind-the-velvet-rope feel makes it the venue for couples who want their wedding weekend to feel like the best-kept secret in Miami.
Maple & Ash Miami
Spanning two stories and 22,000 square feet at Miami Worldcenter, Maple & Ash Miami is equal parts steakhouse and stage. The Bar Lounge & Dining Room buzzes around an open kitchen and wood-burning hearth, while the Salon & Atrium centers on the "Upside Palm" a chandelier of more than 10,000 crystal beads reinterpreting Miami's palm trees overhead. For couples who want something smaller and more exclusive, Bar Bocuse and Petit Bocuse offer intimate nooks built for caviar, champagne, and rare cuts of beef. The design throughout draws on 1970s Miami glamour and Art Deco lines bold, but never losing its sense of occasion.
What sets it apart: scale. It's the rare venue that can host an intimate vow renewal in one corner and a 200-guest reception under the Upside Palm in the next.
Eight Bar Miami
Eight Bar trades steakhouse drama for indoor-outdoor ease. By day, the room is an airy, garden-inspired retreat awash in natural light; by night, up-lit palms and leopard-print wallpaper turn it into a sultry, dimly lit lounge. Black-and-white patterned marble floors and a sculptural stone host stand anchor the space, while a raw bar and bistro menu keep the mood approachable rather than formal.
What sets it apart: versatility. Eight Bar is built to shift from a sun-drenched engagement brunch to a moody welcome-party lounge within the same four walls — ideal for multi-day wedding celebrations that need more than one mood.

The interior design is absolutely stunning. It’s dark, sexy, and filled with real candles that create an incredible atmosphere - very moody, elegant, and simply wow.
The service was amazing. Our server, Nelson, was friendly, attentive, and we ...
had zero issues - quite the opposite. Everything felt effortless, and we truly enjoyed the experience.
I’m very picky when it comes to food, but for me the food was a solid 10/10. The octopus was completely different from any I’ve tried before, the three-color fish was excellent, the hand-cut frites with rosemary, parmesan, and garlic aioli were perfect, and the pasta - Ricotta Agnolotti & Winter Truffle - was absolutely amazing.
We still had room for dessert and ordered the chocolate cake. There were only two of us, and when it arrived, I was honestly impressed by the size and somehow, we still finished it

We had an amazing experience at Maple & Ash and it was the perfect way to kick off our weekend.
We arrived early for our reservation and were invited to start the evening at their speakeasy-style lounge, The Studio. The atmosphere there was in...
timate, stylish, and exactly what you’d expect from a great night in Miami—an ideal place to ease into the evening with cocktails before dinner.
Once seated in the main dining room, the experience only got better. The service was excellent—attentive, polished, and well-paced despite how busy the restaurant was that night. It was clearly a celebratory, high-energy evening, yet we never felt rushed.
Every dish was outstanding. We started with the lobster dumplings, followed by the roasted bone marrow, pull-apart bread service, and Wagyu beef carpaccio, all of which were beautifully executed. The ribeye, paired with both béarnaise and au poivre sauces, was rich, deeply flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The sides complemented the meal seamlessly.
What stood out most was how well the courses flowed—each dish bridged into the next effortlessly, creating a cohesive and memorable dining experience. Everything was truly melt-in-your-mouth, from start to finish.
Maple & Ash delivers on food, atmosphere, and service. It’s a high-quality steakhouse and an excellent choice for anyone visiting Miami or looking for an elevated dining experience. Highly recommended.

Dear readers, I’d like to share my recent dining experience at Maple & Ash in Miami.
The atmosphere is excellent and the kitchen is operating at a very high level. Overall, the food quality is outstanding and the evening could have easily been...
a five-star experience.
The carpaccio was exceptional — perfectly balanced, delicate, and memorable. Huge respect to the chefs for such a refined and thoughtful dish.
The beef tartare was decent, though not the strongest I’ve had. Personally, I would have preferred crispier bruschetta to better complement the texture.
The crab/lobster dumplings were creative and enjoyable, especially with the added sauce that shifted the flavor profile while eating.
The tomahawk steak was cooked exactly as requested, beautifully presented, and done right.
Unfortunately, the reason this restaurant did not receive all five stars comes down to our waiter.
From a visual and performative standpoint, he clearly knows how to create a show. His tattoos added character, and the way he approached the table — stirring a cocktail, slightly spilling it, and inviting everyone to start — looked stylish and entertaining.
However, beyond the performance, the professionalism simply wasn’t there. Basic requests were handled poorly, and guest comfort felt secondary to personal ego. This was especially surprising considering our dinner for three exceeded $500 without alcohol, as we intentionally chose not to drink that evening. At this level, service should be attentive, respectful, and focused on the guest — regardless of alcohol consumption.
Because of this, the waiter unintentionally became the “star” of the evening — but not in a positive way. His approach ultimately prevented what could have been a flawless five-star experience.
That said, the management team was excellent — attentive, respectful, and genuinely professional. They clearly understand hospitality and represent the restaurant very well.
Overall:
Food ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Kitchen ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Service (waiter) ⭐
P.S. Special thanks to the hostesses — they personally walked me to the restroom instead of just pointing the way. With the complex layout and many mirrors, this level of care really stood out.

So tonight was my first time dining at Maple & Ash, and here is my honest review.
We started at the bar for drinks, but the bartender was standoffish and it took a while to get her attention. Once seated, there was another delay before our wai...
tress came over, and we had to ask someone to send her to our table. When she did arrive, she was very friendly and personable.
For appetizers, we had the lobster dumplings, which were just okay, and the French dip that our waitress suggested, which was amazing. The oysters on the half shell were excellent, and the Maple & Ash wedge salad was outstanding. Our waitress suggested splitting the salad and serving the bacon on the side since I do not eat pork, but the salad arrived neither divided nor with the bacon on the side. The Golden Kaluga caviar was absolutely delicious, and my Mediterranean branzino was a 10 out of 10. Dessert was the flambé, which was incredible, though next time I would ask for less rum.
Overall, the food was outstanding and lived up to the hype. While our server was sweet and had a great personality, the lack of attentiveness made the experience less enjoyable. With better service, this would have been an exceptional dining experience.
