About this vendor
Albelisa is the Owner and Creative Director of Maple Field Floral, a boutique wedding and event floral design studio in Westchester, New York with an office/studio based in Downtown Peekskill.
Her love for floral design began in 2016 after helping a friend design centerpieces for her wedding.
She picked up party-planning and florals naturally as family and friends celebrating big milestones asked her to create floral arrangements and design mood boards for events.
After taking courses at The New York Botanical Garden & interning with several prominent Hudson Valley & NYC event/wedding floral designers to hone her craft, she began Maple Field Floral in late 2017.
When not flowering, Albelisa loves to spend time with her family (husband Sam and kids Liam & Stella), travel, craft, rummage through estate sales/thrift stores for the perfect vase/container, vintage furniture piece or unique styling tool!
We offer full service design (styling, delivery. set-up & break-down), A la carte flowers & Elopement packages (for pickup in our Westchester, NY design studio)
No matter which service you choose, your arrangements will have our free flowing, loose and organic, romantic style.

iful. She is incredibly talented and flexible, especially with a last minute change with our venue. We have received so many compliments on our florals. They really did set the vibe for the day. Above and beyond and a dream to work with!
The florals turned out even more beautifully than we could have ever imagined. Every arrangement was absolutely stunning, and everything came together so perfectly.

many compliments on the bouquets throughout the day, the tables and the entire pavilion was gorgeously decorated, and the chuppah was truly breathtaking. It was everything we had hoped for and more, and it made our ceremony feel so incredibly special.
Our wedding day genuinely exceeded our expectations, and we're so grateful for the care, creativity, and hard work you put into making it so beautiful. Thank you for helping create a day we'll cherish forever.
Maple Field Floral did my wedding florals recently and I was so thrilled with everything from start to finish! Albelisa is so sweet and flexible, and incredibly talented. I had a p...
retty wide color palate so I sent her a photo of my bridesmaids dresses and she perfectly matched the colors of their bouquets to their dresses. We had bud vases for centerpieces that were balanced perfectly and didn't feel small at all. She set up our candles perfectly despite missing boxes and made our ceremony space feel exactly like the fairy garden I always pictured for my wedding day. Her expertise shows in her designs as well as her professionalism and I cannot thank her enough!!
Working with Albelisa, the owner and creative director of Maple Field Floral, was an absolute dream. Going into the planning process, we had a vague vision of what we wanted, but i...
t wasn't fully clear. Albelisa took our scattered ideas and managed to bring them all together flawlessly, creating a beautiful, romantic, and incredibly cheerful atmosphere that blew us away.
What truly sets her apart, though, is her unparalleled flexibility and calm under pressure. When the forecast changed and we had to move our outdoor wedding indoors, Albelisa pivoted seamlessly with only a single day's notice. She adjusted our arrangements and found a way to completely recreate the natural beauty of an outdoor setting right inside our venue.
The flowers themselves were absolutely breathtaking. So many of our guests complimented them and joked that they wished they could make them last forever. To top it all off, Albelisa even recommended another artistically talented vendor so we can preserve and beautifully display our bouquet for years to come. She is a true artist and a wonderful professional. Hire Maple Field Floral immediately!
I didn’t have a clear vision going into wedding planning and know very little about flowers, but Albelisa made the entire process easy and stress-free. She seemed to get my vision ...
even when I couldn't explain it. She and my wedding planner arranged to meet us at a rentals store during our planning process, and Albelisa came prepared with bouquets that would be similar to the ones she would create for our wedding day. She set up model tablescapes with all different tablecloth, napkin, vase and candle combos so that I could start to visualize it and helped me feel so much more confident with our choices. Truly above and beyond!
When I was getting ready on our wedding morning and looked out the window to the ceremony space and saw the arch she and her team created, my jaw seriously dropped. The arch and all the centerpieces, bouquets, and other beautiful accents were absolutely gorgeous. The color scheme was perfect for our fall wedding and the overall look was just beautiful. We received SO many compliments from guests throughout the day and in the days following.
Would absolutely recommend!!!

dget to other parts of the wedding. With that being said, Albelisa, did an incredible job of making our wedding florals look beautiful at an affordable price. We wanted colorful and whimsical, and Albelisa nailed our vision. We had bud vases for our tables, and she did such a lovely job making everything look so beautiful. Would highly recommend her and Maple Field Floral!!
We had an incredible experience with Albelisa for our wedding day in September. I truly cannot imagine the flowers being more beautiful than they were. Everyone was stunned at how ...
gorgeous the bouquets and arrangements were, including me! We gave minimal direction — a vague color palette, some Pinterest links and a budget — and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. We also rented a few items from her for our tablescapes, like candles and bud vases. She offered us some rattan chargers too, as if she had seen inside my brain....she knew our vision better than we did! It all turned out phenomenally well. We were so grateful we chose Maple Field Floral and would recommend Albelisa 100 times over.
Amazing to work with, went above and beyond our expectations and brought my dream florals to life!

g the way, she was easy to communicate with during the planning process and provided helpful vision boards. The florals turned out so much better than I could have imagined. Our venue, Red Maple Vineyard, was transformed from the beautiful florals. After our wedding we got compliments from our friends, family, and co-workers. I can't recommend Maple Field Floral enough!

eautifully on our wedding day. The florals were incredible. She created a mix of designs for our centerpieces and went above and beyond to show me samples in person ahead of time. The arch, bouquets, and floral boutonnières she designed were beautiful. They were exactly what we were hoping for. She also has a huge collection of rental items, and we rented a few pieces of decor to tie our vision together. She also recommended a local artist for our signage, and completed our welcome sign with gorgeous flowers. She clearly spent a lot of time putting everything together for our wedding, and I’m so happy we chose her for our florals. She was very easy to work with and responded to emails and phone messages quickly. I can’t recommend her and her company enough!

my many changes and revisions. She was even able to add some last minute requests I had less than one week before the wedding which was so appreciated! We also used them for our seating chart, welcome sign, table numbers and place cards, all which were beautiful. I highly recommend Maple Field Floral and I am so glad I used them for my wedding!

, with a mix of burgundy, pinks and champagne. After speaking with multiple florists in the Hudson Valley area, we knew Albelisa was the right fit for our wedding. Albelisa worked with us throughout the year with multiple exchanges to ensure our vision was understood and laid out perfectly (friendly reminder that Pinterest photos have filters). The day of the wedding could not have been any more perfect. She and her team are ANGELS, absolutely INCREDIBLE! As someone who considers myself a bit obsessive with flowers, I can confidently say hands down that choosing Maple Field Floral was one of the best decisions of our wedding. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts Albelisa - we're so grateful for you and your team!!
P.S. They also offer rentals! We rented vintage furniture, a wall for our table numbers, and a mirror among other items!

ine- then I spoke with Albelisa for the first time and it was confirmed. She was so incredibly sweet, caring, and understood my vision (which at times was all over the place- lol) immediately! When I tell you I have not stopped looking at the photos (specifically of the flower set ups) from our big day- I am 100% serious. It was more perfect than I ever could have imagined. Perfection of the set ups aside- Albelisa and her team were so sweet, attentive, thoughtful, engaging….i could go on. I cannot recommend Maple Field Floral enough…they make magic happen and dreams come true!!

REAL TALK: investing in real flowers, and more importantly, the right florist, can elevate your wedding day in ways you can't imagine... I cannot recommend working with Albelisa enough. She isn’t just a florist; she’s an expert visual designer. Booking her was one of the BEST decisions we made!

lbelisa was very honest and supportive along the way. Her passion is expressed so beautifully in her work. I was speechless when I saw everything the day of my wedding. I could not have dreamt up a better bouquet if I tried. My bouquet consisted of wildflowers and other gorgeous flowers from local vendors. Every single thing I asked for Albelisa delivered on and then some! My DIY welcome sign fell through the week of the wedding but this vendor has a calligrapher that was their the day of my wedding and the sign came out so perfect. Albelisa is so creative and passionate and she will work with you to make your floral dreams come true!! Worth every penny.

e floral touches in between, she created a vibrant, warm, magical atmosphere for our wedding day. She also did the florals for our welcome drinks which were so lovely.
We also loved that Albelisa offered furniture rentals and ended up renting two of the collections, which worked out so nicely. When we asked for unique vases and table chargers, she jumped at it, procuring the perfect additions. She also worked with us to incorporate some quirky ideas, like creating floral arrangements around old typewriters, which ended up being a fun and elegant addition.
Thank you so much, Team MFF!!

his was a piece of our wedding that was super important to me. Not only was Albelisa so incredibly friendly and great to work with, but she brought my exact wedding floral dreams to life! After sending her some images and details on the floral décor we were looking for, including our colors and types of flowers, she created a mood board that perfectly reflected what we were looking for. Throughout the whole process, we had several phone calls and exchanged numerous emails to ensure we were on the same page.
We ended up having inclement weather, so the pergola we were planning to use on site at the venue was no longer an option. Albelisa was so kind to bring another arch that we could use for the ceremony in its place. I am still obsessed with the most gorgeous bouquets, the perfect table décor and the stunning archway pieces they prepared. I highly highly recommend working with Albelisa at Maple Field Floral for your wedding!!

research to find the perfect florist that fit my vision at a fair price. Maple Field Floral created a stunning floral arch for the ceremony (that was repurposed behind the head table at the reception!), beautiful bouquets & boutonnières for me and our bridal party, and incredible florals throughout the reception. Albelisa was great to work with, highly responsive, and very flexible as I changed my floral vision quite a bit about a month from my wedding day. Maple Field Floral also provided candle decor for the reception tables, and I rented a welcome sign and seating chart from them with handwritten calligraphy that turned out beautifully. I can't stop looking at pictures with all of the incredible flowers, and so many of our guests also said how stunning the florals were. Can't recommend them enough!

Our bouquets were fresh, pergola looked stunning, and the entire reception room was gorgeous. Albelisa even met with us a few months prior to the wedding to show us sample flowers in our venue so we could get a feel for what it would look like. We couldn't have chosen a better florist!!!
I was blown away with how beautiful my bouquet and all the floral arrangements were at my wedding! Albelisa was so helpful and throughout the process and brought my vision to life!...

he morning of the wedding, I felt confident that I chose the right company to work with. We booked 1.5 years out and throughout the planning process, my vision evolved. Albelisa and I had a phone call about a month out to discuss the final proposal and then I did not lift a finger. Albelisa gave great suggestions and worked within my budget to create stunning arrangements. Maple Field Floral has rentals so we didn't need to worry about buying table numbers, candles, etc... It was a one-stop shop and I could not be happier with the results. If you are getting married in the Hudson Valley, I highly recommend that you explore their website, socials, and reach out for a consultation!

ecember wedding were breathtaking. And the entire reception room smelled like a Christmas tree! It was so magical. Albelisa was so professional and easy to work with. The entire planning process was seamless. All I had to do was send her my ideas and she made my vision come to life. Everything from the bouquets, to the centerpieces, to the ceremony arch were a work of art. I am so happy we chose MFF for our wedding. Do yourself a favor and book them for your wedding also!
We worked with Albelisa and her team for both our 2020 mini-mony and our full reception in 2021. With very little input from us (jewel tones, fall seasonal flowers and lots of gree...
nery), Albelisa created stunning bouquets, ceremony decor and centerpieces for our 2021 wedding. She worked within our budget and was even able to pull off a last-minute rain plan with a rented arch and lanterns in case we needed to move our ceremony inside (luckily we didn't!) When I arrived at the venue on the afternoon of our wedding, Albelisa had everything set up inside for the rain plan, but about an hour before our ceremony, the skies were clear, so she was able to quickly and seamlessly move all of the decor back to the outdoor space. I cannot appreciate her flexibility and professionalism in this moment enough. And the pictures we got as a result speak for themselves! We loved every detail of her florals and her communication skills and talent are unmatched.
Maple Field Floral is amazing! Albelisa and her team made sure our winter wedding decorations and floral arrangements were beautiful, and that they were. We had MFF provide the cen...
terpieces, sweetheart table decorations, candles, lanterns, and other reception décor as well as the bouquet and boutonnieres for the bride and groomsmen.
Each piece was incredible in matching up to our color palette and atmosphere. Guests were seated at a long rectangular table, so the centerpieces were essentially connected all the way through. It essentially looked and felt like a medieval dinner setting for a king and queen, which is exactly what we wanted. Communication was quick and easy, Albelisa and her team were prompt in responding to any questions we had. She also went out of her way to get an additional two roses that we could give to our mothers during the mass, right before communion. I had forgotten to tell her to bring them, and the priest brought it up right before the mass about 15 minutes before it was supposed to begin. She ran out, got the roses, and was back before anyone could notice!
Albelisa is THE BEST! She was there every step of the way throughout our entire planning process! We were married this past July after having to reschedule from July 2020 (covid). ...
She helped make our postponement easier. Albelisa and her team were such a huge part of our wedding day. Not only did she provide stunning flowers for my bouquet, our couple's table, and guest tables, but she also created beautiful pressed-flower table numbers for us as well as a flawless display for our escort cards using flowers, greenery, and vintage books! It was an absolute dream working with Maple Field Floral and I recommend them to anyone who is looking for stunning flowers and professional service for their wedding day! Thanks again to Albelisa and her team at Maple Field Floral!
I am still not over how perfect my wedding day was thanks to Albelisa and Maple Field Floral! My bouquet was sooo stunning and so were all the flowers arranged throughout my recep...
tion venue. Albelisa has SUCH an incredible way of clarifying visions…for example, on our first phone call I told her what I loosely envisioned/liked and she followed up with a virtual mood board with the flowers and colors I spoke about. It was exactly what I imagined. She is so cooperative and patient…for example, I reached out one month before the wedding and I wanted to add a certain flower to the bouquets and a few other things. Albelisa made it so easy and enjoyable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole planning process. She has great advice and so much experience. I also found it so helpful that her company has a ton of things to rent. I rented easels for my seating chart and welcome sign and beautiful chargers, table numbers, candles. She also collaborates with Stacey Rogan, a wedding planner, who I booked thanks to seeing their work on social media. You’d be LUCKY to book Albelisa and Maple Field Floral for your wedding!!
