Albelisa was absolutely amazing to work with! She made my vision come to life and everything was so beautiful. She was so accommodating throughout the planning process and accepted my many changes and revisions. She was even able to add some last minute requests I had less than one week before the wedding which was so appreciated! When looking for a florist for our fall wedding this year at the Bird and Bottle Inn, we wanted to find someone that truly captured us as a couple. We were looking for a moody vibe, with a mix of burgundy, pinks and champagne. After speaking with multiple florists in the Hudson Valley area, we knew Albelisa was the right fit for our wedding. Albelisa worked with us throughout the year with multiple exchanges to ensure our vision was understood and laid out perfectly (friendly reminder that Pinterest photos have filters). The day of the wedding could not have been any more perfect. She and her team are ANGELS, absolutely INCREDIBLE! As someone who considers myself a bit obsessive with flowers, I can confidently say hands down that choosing Maple Field Floral was one of the best decisions of our wedding. It will honestly be difficult to put into words because of how blown away I am. I had a feeling Maple Field Floral was “the one” just from a few very specific pictures I found online- then I spoke with Albelisa for the first time and it was confirmed. She was so incredibly sweet, caring, and understood my vision (which at times was all over the place- lol) immediately! When I tell you I have not stopped looking at the photos (specifically of the flower set ups) from our big day- I am 100% serious. It was more perfect than I ever could have imagined. Perfection of the set ups aside- Albelisa and her team were so sweet, attentive, thoughtful, engaging….i could go on. In a word, Albelisa and her team were incredible. We gave Albelisa the seed of an idea and she ran with it! From our magnificent chuppah to the tablescapes, chandeliers, and all the floral touches in between, she created a vibrant, warm, magical atmosphere for our wedding day. She also did the florals for our welcome drinks which were so lovely. We also loved that Albelisa offered furniture rentals and ended up renting two of the collections, which worked out so nicely. When we asked for unique vases and table chargers, she jumped at it, procuring the perfect additions. Best Wedding Florist!! If you’re looking for the most beautiful floral décor at your wedding, look no further than Maple Field Floral! I am a lover of all plants and flowers, so this was a piece of our wedding that was super important to me. Not only was Albelisa so incredibly friendly and great to work with, but she brought my exact wedding floral dreams to life! After sending her some images and details on the floral décor we were looking for, including our colors and types of flowers, she created a mood board that perfectly reflected what we were looking for. Throughout the whole process, we had several phone calls and exchanged numerous emails to ensure we were on the same page. We ended up having inclement weather, so the pergola we were planning to use on site at the venue was no longer an option. Albelisa was so kind to bring another arch that we could use for the ceremony in its place. I am still obsessed with the most gorgeous bouquets, the perfect table décor and the stunning archway pieces they prepared. Maple Field Floral provided the wedding florals of my dreams. I highly recommend them for any wedding! To me, flowers were the most important part of my wedding so I did extensive research to find the perfect florist that fit my vision at a fair price. Maple Field Floral created a stunning floral arch for the ceremony (that was repurposed behind the head table at the reception!), beautiful bouquets & boutonnières for me and our bridal party, and incredible florals throughout the reception. Albelisa was great to work with, highly responsive, and very flexible as I changed my floral vision quite a bit about a month from my wedding day. Maple Field Floral also provided candle decor for the reception tables, and I rented a welcome sign and seating chart from them with handwritten calligraphy that turned out beautifully. I can't stop looking at pictures with all of the incredible flowers, and so many of our guests also said how stunning the florals were. Can't recommend them enough!

Albelisa and her team were an absolute DREAM to work with. From initial discussions through wedding day, we felt completely taken care of. Albelisa helped us navigate our budget but still ensure we had everything we needed. She was attentive, flexible (especially on wedding day when thunderstorms were touch and go!), and easy to work with. Our bouquets were fresh, pergola looked stunning, and the entire reception room was gorgeous. Albelisa even met with us a few months prior to the wedding to show us sample flowers in our venue so we could get a feel for what it would look like. We couldn't have chosen a better florist!!!

The vision and work of Albelissa was amazing. She brought the vision I had to life. The only miss was that the detail of flowers being delivered was completely overlooked. I was more surprised it was never asked by her. We got married at a venue she was very familiar with so maybe that’s why? The florals at our December wedding were breathtaking. And the entire reception room smelled like a Christmas tree! It was so magical. Albelisa was so professional and easy to work with. The entire planning process was seamless. All I had to do was send her my ideas and she made my vision come to life. We worked with Albelisa and her team for both our 2020 mini-mony and our full reception in 2021. With very little input from us (jewel tones, fall seasonal flowers and lots of greenery), Albelisa created stunning bouquets, ceremony decor and centerpieces for our 2021 wedding. She worked within our budget and was even able to pull off a last-minute rain plan with a rented arch and lanterns in case we needed to move our ceremony inside (luckily we didn't!) When I arrived at the venue on the afternoon of our wedding, Albelisa had everything set up inside for the rain plan, but about an hour before our ceremony, the skies were clear, so she was able to quickly and seamlessly move all of the decor back to the outdoor space. I cannot appreciate her flexibility and professionalism in this moment enough. And the pictures we got as a result speak for themselves! We loved every detail of her florals and her communication skills and talent are unmatched.

Maple Field Floral is amazing! Albelisa and her team made sure our winter wedding decorations and floral arrangements were beautiful, and that they were. We had MFF provide the centerpieces, sweetheart table decorations, candles, lanterns, and other reception décor as well as the bouquet and boutonnieres for the bride and groomsmen. Each piece was incredible in matching up to our color palette and atmosphere. Guests were seated at a long rectangular table, so the centerpieces were essentially connected all the way through. It essentially looked and felt like a medieval dinner setting for a king and queen, which is exactly what we wanted. Communication was quick and easy, Albelisa and her team were prompt in responding to any questions we had. She also went out of her way to get an additional two roses that we could give to our mothers during the mass, right before communion. I had forgotten to tell her to bring them, and the priest brought it up right before the mass about 15 minutes before it was supposed to begin. She ran out, got the roses, and was back before anyone could notice!

Albelisa is THE BEST! She was there every step of the way throughout our entire planning process! We were married this past July after having to reschedule from July 2020 (covid). She helped make our postponement easier. Albelisa and her team were such a huge part of our wedding day. Not only did she provide stunning flowers for my bouquet, our couple's table, and guest tables, but she also created beautiful pressed-flower table numbers for us as well as a flawless display for our escort cards using flowers, greenery, and vintage books! I am still not over how perfect my wedding day was thanks to Albelisa and Maple Field Floral! My bouquet was sooo stunning and so were all the flowers arranged throughout my reception venue. Albelisa has SUCH an incredible way of clarifying visions…for example, on our first phone call I told her what I loosely envisioned/liked and she followed up with a virtual mood board with the flowers and colors I spoke about. It was exactly what I imagined. She is so cooperative and patient…for example, I reached out one month before the wedding and I wanted to add a certain flower to the bouquets and a few other things. Albelisa made it so easy and enjoyable and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole planning process. She has great advice and so much experience. Albelisa is amazing! When I started looking for a florist, the only detail I had in mind was the colors for the flowers. Before I even booked Maple Field Floral, Albelisa took the time to help me realize my vision for my wedding day. When we had to postpone our July 2020 wedding, Albelisa responded with her 2021 availability almost immediately. She attended the planning meeting with our wedding coordinator and provided great insight on which linen colors would compliment the flowers best. With the ever-changing COVID restrictions, I had to modify the number of table floral arrangements a few times; Albelisa was always patient and understanding. All of the floral arrangements came out beautiful the day of the wedding! In addition to the flowers, Albelisa was able to provide candles for the entrance of our reception hall, a beautiful arch, and two easels for our welcome sign and guest book. Above and beyond! Albelisa is not only a talented, passionate floral artist but she is a wonderful person. Because of covid we postponed our wedding 4 times and each time Albelisa worked with us on a new date. We finally decided to have a small ceremony and I asked Albelisa to do a bouquet, boutonnière and arch. She went above and beyond! The arch, the florals and everything made a really crappy situation a breeze with beautiful photos we will cherish forever. For our recent wedding at Lakewood Estate, Maple Field Floral did our florals and decor, including table numbers, furniture rentals, candle decor, easels for signage, lanterns/crates, and more. Albelisa was super flexible and helpful in providing options that would fit within our budget, and it was really easy to rent decor items from her rather than DIY-ing everything ourselves. She even brought multiple easels for us to choose from on the day of the wedding, because she was worried the ones we chose might be too big for our signs. Albelisa was also flexible with her team’s arrival time, as our photographer needed loose stems earlier in the day to complete details shots. The flowers were vibrant and beautiful—the floral arch was amazing. All our guests clamored to take centerpieces home! After the wedding, she and her team came back to pick up their decor around the time we were having our outdoor wedding brunch in front of the ceremony arch. She saw that we were having brunch, and offered to come back to pick up the arch later, which I thought was super considerate and kind of her. Highly recommend the Maple Field Floral team!

Oh wow - where to begin! Maple Field Floral is truly a gem and Albelisa is a pleasure to work with. She created a timeless, elegant look for our wedding and her company provided furniture and other unique rentals to create a unique space! It goes without saying that if you look at Maple Field Floral's work online, you will be in awe of their floral pairings and portfolio, but once you begin communicating with Abelisa and her team on your floral vision, it becomes more clear how talented they are. We came across Maple Field Floral in our quest for a florist for our wedding day and although they were out of our personal budget, we mentally were already sold on them. They were able to fulfill our vision by providing recommendations for economically friendly choices, in addition to maintaining a variety of first choice flowers. Another reason we chose Maple Field Floral was because of their rental offerings, such as their champagne wall. We loved the idea of pairing the champagne wall with our outdoor, whimsical wedding and reception vibe, to greet our guests, while also utilizing the back of the wall for a photo-op with a custom neon sign we had made separately to display. Abelisa was hands on and joined us for our venue site visit and worked with us on building our vision and we really appreciated her experience.

I’m so over the moon with Albelisa and the beautiful flowers she provided for our wedding! She is so creative! I received so many compliments regarding the flowers!! All I did was give her a couple of colors I liked and only requested Calla Lilies and Albelisa did the rest!! It was so easy and stress free!! I was not blown away by my experience with my floral vendor as I was with all of my other vendors. Albelisa seemed passionate and easy to work with when I met her in person at my venue to walk through ideas but after that the communication slipped off completely and when I was sitting at my sweetheart table with my husband taking the decor in on our wedding day a piece of me was disappointed I have not don’t more research and gone with another vendor. Communication was lacking. When I had asked Albelisa when she could provide me with a quote she said X day and never met that deadline. She was almost a week late and when I followed up to inquire she always made me feel as I was bothering her. The very expensive candelabra I had behind my husband and I had tea lights which were supposed to be lit were not. After an hour into the reception I noticed and had my cousin come up and light them for me. This miss impacted some of my intimate photos in the room with my husband for our first look. Finally we had discussed a large candle display to be showcased in 2 archways. The goal was to make the archways look full and robust. That goal was not met. Also there was a floral piece in one archway and not the other, I never asked for a floral piece so not sure where this came from which made the two archways not look even and symmetric. Overall, this vendor was the least communicative to work with compared to all of my other vendors and I was not happy with her execution on my wedding day.

We found Albelisa through a recommendation from our Day-Of Coordinator, Stacey Rogan. From consultation to delivery, working with Albelisa at Maplefield Floral was a breeze. Albelisa was happy to work within our desired budget and had a lot of wonderful suggestions for unique bouquet ideas we hadn't thought of. She worked with us on selecting in-season florals and made all my mood board ideas/dreams come true. As with most weddings this year, we downsized to a minimony in 2020. It was so easy to reschedule and move our full contract to our 2021 date with Albelisa and she was able to make me a gorgeous bridal bouquet and matching boutonniere this year. Communication and delivery day of our wedding was excellent and we're so excited to work with Albelisa again in 2021.

Albelisa is AMAZING!! Because of Covid, my wedding plans changed a lot. Albelisa was so understanding, helpful, and supportive through it all! When our venue cancelled, she went above and beyond to help me transform my backyard for the reception. She helped me rework my order without question when the location of the wedding changed. Beyond just being super helpful and patient, her work is absolutely gorgeous and was the highlight of my wedding! When I walked into the backyard when she was done, I was blown away by how beautiful everything turned out. She took my inspiration photos and turned them into reality. It was truly magical. PS: Things had to be modified last minute due to COVID and she was willing to work with us- as our reception of 180 quickly changed to small ceremony/reception of under 20 people. We appreciate you being flexible with us due to the special circumstances!

As our original set wedding date was May 30th 2020, we decided to postpone the huge wedding/reception until June 2021, and decided to do something small June 20th 2020. All I can say is Albelisa did such an amazing job with only 3 weeks notice! And work well as I decided to add in something extra 6 days prior! I sent some many different floral bouquets because I’m so indecisive, but she ABSOLUTELY nailed it.
