12/10 - An Absolutely Magical Wedding Weekend at Maple Hill Farm Chase and I cannot recommend Maple Hill Farm Inn & Conference Center highly enough. Our wedding on August 15, 2026 was truly everything we could have hoped for, and so much of that is because of this incredible venue and the people who work there. First, the property itself is absolutely stunning. The fields, trails, gardens, ceremony site, and reception building are all beautiful, and there are so many gorgeous places for photos. The entire property has such a special, peaceful feeling that made our wedding weekend feel truly magical. They even bush-hogged one of the trails for us so we could use it for photos, which was such a thoughtful touch. When we thought the white tent from our rehearsal dinner would be taken down, they surprised us by leaving it up for the weekend! But what truly sets Maple Hill Farm apart is the staff. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly cared for. Angela was absolutely phenomenal. She was attentive, organized, kind, and genuinely invested in making sure our weekend was everything we wanted it to be. She handled countless little details behind the scenes and made us feel like we could actually relax and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about what needed to happen next. The catering was wonderful, and every member of the kitchen and bartending teams was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception were both handled beautifully, and our guests had nothing but wonderful things to say. We also loved being able to stay on-site. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the hot tubs were such a fun bonus, and having breakfast available made the entire weekend feel easy and convenient for our family and wedding party. From the breathtaking property to the incredible food to the staff who went above and beyond for us, Maple Hill Farm gave us a wedding weekend we will never forget. We are so incredibly grateful to everyone there for helping make August 15th so special. If you are considering Maple Hill Farm for your wedding, book it. You will not regret it. We would choose this venue again in a heartbeat and could not recommend it more highly!

MHFI was a gorgeous, homey place to hold my small 45-person wedding. It was remote, but only 10 minutes from the highway. It was quaint without feeling like somewhere my grandmother would have picked in the 40s. It was stunning in my photos from both the inside and outside. They were flexible when my number of guests changed only days before the wedding. The only knock I would give them is that I was not afforded the opportunity to taste the food before the day, but even that was not an issue because it was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. Maple Hill Farm Inn and Conference Center is a full-service wedding event venue and inn located in a tranquil setting of Hallowell, ME, surrounded by fields and trees. It is set on 50 acres of land with incredible sunsets. It has nine guest rooms, including an incredible wedding suite for the special couple! Wedding weekends and family stays are a wonderful way to celebrate with a larger group! The pricing is designed to be reasonable and flexible to accommodate most budgets and wedding sizes. There are several options for weddings: Outside, Tent, Large Indoor, and Smaller Indoor. Wedding sizes from 5 to 300 (tent required for over 135) can be held here. Food options are plentiful and can be customized to meet almost any tastes/preferences, including vegan and gluten-free choices. The inn was recently purchased by two sisters (Angela and Shelley) and their husbands (David and Corey) - they are in the process of updating and investing in the property to make it even more special, including the addition of the new wedding suite! They are excited to welcome you to the property and build on the incredible history and gorgeous land already here. The planning staff at Maple Hill is here to ensure that your wedding runs smoothly and without unneeded stress. The facility is fully set up with all the things you will need, including tables, chairs, dinnerware, an on-site bar, and full catering services.

My fiancé and I had the best day of our lives at our wedding held at Maple Hill! It was the perfect location for us with beautiful scenery and enough room to easily accommodate our...

~155 guests + a 9-piece band and dance floor! We had a lovely rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding with a terrific pasta bar. A good portion of my wedding party (including my parents) were able to stay over-night at the Inn and start decorating the reception area first thing in the morning. I had hair and make-up people come to my Room 1 to get ready. The ceremony was held outside on the front lawn of the Inn with folding chairs and it was *beautiful*. They cater on site and did yummy plated meals for us that we selected off their menu (rosemary rubbed steak, raspberry balsamic glazed chicken, sage and butternut squash ravioli, and chicken tenders for the kids). Cash bar available with many options. Plus an awesome breakfast with each stay! Despite what the last review says, the owners Scott and Vince are very professional and went above and beyond to make special accommodations for us. I highly recommend Maple Hill as a wedding venue!

o us that if we are going to have our wedding there we are going to have it his way or there will be no wedding there. Absolutely positively do not rent this venue for your wedding. Be warned. Poor management.

added to the personable atmosphere of our event. I cannot rave enough about the amazing customer service we received from Scott and Vince. From the moment we started planning our wedding reception at Maple Hill, from every moment in between, and to the actual wedding weekend itself, I can honestly say that I have never felt more special and catered to at any other hotel or bed and breakfast. Scott and Vince went above and beyond to make sure that not only our wedding reception, but our stay at the inn was something we would always remember. Every email correspondence that I had was answered promptly, and I was always treated with the upmost respect, and a “yes we can do that” attitude that made planning my wedding at Maple Hill extremely stress free and easy. We had a banquet style dinner at our reception, with the choices of pork loin and a garlic cream chicken, along with various sides. Both of these options were to die for! Scott and Vince even made my husband and I two plates to bring up to our room after the reception, as brides and grooms typically do not get much time to eat during their reception. When my husband went down to the common area refrigerator that night to get our plates, Scott met my husband and told him that if we needed anything at anytime of the night to please do not hesitate to call them. Their level of care for their guests is beyond compare. The rooms at the inn are beautiful and immaculately clean; decorated with rustic decor. We stayed in room 8, which had an amazingly comfortable king size bed, and an oversized jacuzzi tub that was fabulous for soaking my tired dancing feet in! Breakfast is included in your stay, and you get to order off a menu, along with some continental items such as yogurt and fruit salad. We ate there both Saturday and Sunday morning, and were not disappointed with the food! The backdrop of the bed and breakfast is absolutely gorgeous, and we received some amazing photos from our photographer in their picturesque location! I would absolutely recommend Maple Hill to any bride and groom looking for a place to hold their wedding and/or their reception, or even anyone looking for a place to vacation. The service you will receive from Scott, Vince, and their staff is unparalleled. Thank you both again for such a memorable wedding weekend, we cannot begin to express our gratitude toward you both! We will for sure be life long visitors to Maple Hill!
