p. We had to remind them multiple times to charge our card for the agreed payment plan. They gave us trouble when we asked to move the ceremony outside due to covid restriction change. During the meeting with the canopy company, the owner told me she was going to charge us more for the set up which was no different other than the chairs were going outside instead of inside. When I asked her why, she said, "that's how business works and I won't argue with you anymore ", then rudely walked away from me. Two weeks before our wedding they tried to change our rehearsal day because they double booked. The day of the wedding we showed up at the agreed upon time and the coordinator was meeting with another couple in our space and our chairs were NOT set up yet. The drink tickets had the wrong last name on them (my last name which is my ex husband's name). My fiance was livid. Then we were told the coordinator picked up an undisclosed amount of PREPAID drink tickets off the table that guests should have been able to use. Then in the middle of a pose the owner stomped over and made us move out of a grassy area my photographer had shot in many times before. Mind you, we were NOT on the green or in anyone's way. The owner is rude, has zero customer service skills and her organization and communication skills are terrible!! I would not recommend this venue for your event. While it's lovely and the food is good, it's not worth the headaches.

ll. We had a breakfast buffet and people raved about the food. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are!
