Marlee was wonderful to work with! The flowers I had always envisioned for my wedding day became reality with Marlee. She listened to our requests and arranged the flowers thoroughly to bring our vision to life. On wedding day, she was punctual, and everything came to the venue in a timely and organized fashion. I would highly recommend Marlee for any floral arrangement needs!

We hired Mar. Floral for our June ‘22 Old Saybrook wedding and highly recommend Marlee! I changed my vision a few times and Marlee was patient and great at listening to uncover the look and feel I wanted - and she captured it perfectly with gorgeous bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, boutonnières for my husband and his groomsmen, and beautiful driftwood centerpieces for our reception. She is also very professional, was easy to work with, has fair pricing for the wedding industry, and hand delivered everything herself - on time and stress-free! Finally, she also did my sister’s wedding so we can vouch for her on two occasions!

Marlee was incredible to work with. She worked with us to create our vision even though we kept changing our minds. She’s so sweet and professional and our flowers were breathtaking. All of our guests were blown away as were we. I can’t recommend her enough. She’s the absolute best!

Mar did an amazing job putting together my bridal & bridesmaids bouquet along with decorating the rest of our venue in beautiful florals. Mar truly made my vision come to life with her floral artistry - would highly recommend!!!

Marlee is basically a part of our family at this point! Ha! :-) After my sister worked with her for her wedding last year, I knew I had to do the same. The flowers were shear perfection, and they were the same for all of our wedding-related events as well! From the shower to the wedding and everything in between, I couldn't recommend Mar more. Choosing Marlee as our wedding florist was one of the best decisions we made throughout our process. From the very first email until the wedding day, Marlee was responsive, prompt, creative, insanely organized and SO kind. She remembered all of the important details (even when they changed several times), made a game time decision to add roses to the bridesmaids bouquets due to extreme heat, and always responded to emails and calls quickly. Her arrangements were gorgeous, and my bouquet was simply spectacular - exactly how I pictured it. Even after a day in 100 degree heat, the flowers looked perfect days later. She helped us think of thoughtful details and ways we could make our event more special by adding fabric from gowns to tie the bouquets, adding a special arrangement for a sick friend, and special flowers for our mothers. She was not only an incredibly talented florist, but simply a kind human who helped us plan such a magical event. You will NOT regret choosing her. Thank you Marlee!

Marlee at Mar. Floral is so wonderful! I enjoyed our meetings and conversations regarding the flowers for my wedding. I showed her some ideas from Pinterest, told her the colors we were looking for, and asked her to include some important items in our arrangements. Not only did she incorporate everything we asked, they were the most beautifully stunning arrangements I'd ever seen! I will definitely be back to visit Mar for all of my floral needs! Where do I begin with Marlee? First of all, I should start by saying that I promised Marlee I wouldn't change my mind at all about the floral design but then changed my mind a ton of times haha. That being said, Marlee was fantastic about helping me put all of my thoughts and changes together to form one specific design. She never got frustrated with my slight changes, but instead seemed to embrace them and get excited about them. About a week before the wedding Marlee posted a picture on her Instagram of a small olive tree that I fell in love with and wanted as part of the centerpieces.. she advised me that they were very expensive individually but that we could improvise with olive branches instead for the same effect at a lesser cost and she did not disappoint! When I walked into the venue and saw everything that she had put together I was almost in tears it looked so incredible. She added little touches here and there with flowers that I had only mentioned in our conversations and honestly made all of my wedding floral dreams come true. I should also mention that the venue we got married at had preferred vendors so Marlee had only done a couple weddings there prior to mine.. not only did she make her way around the venue with ease but all of the "regular" vendors kept asking who the floral designer was and couldn't stop talking about how incredible everything looked. So, thank you THANK YOU Marlee, you did such an amazing job and it was so much fun to work with you!

Marlee is truly an artist when it comes to floral design. I emailed back and forth some ideas before our first meeting and she knew exactly what I wanted. My fiancé left talking about how amazingly talented she is and we knew we had to have her for our wedding. The floral at our wedding was gorgeous and beyond anything I could have imagined. You will not be let down if you pick MAR for your floral, no matter a wedding or any other occasion. We know we will be using her for years to come!

Everything was absolutely beautiful! I gave Marlee general directions in what I was looking for and she came back with something prettier than I could have imagined. We had so many compliments on my bouquet, the table arrangements and all the extras that we ordered. I highly recommend Mar and will continue to use them for other events.

Marlee is simply the best at what she does. My husband and I booked with her on the recommendation of our wedding planner, and we can’t imagine having worked with anyone else. When we met with her for the first time, we couldn’t believe how lucky we were - Marlee got our style and aesthetic immediately and made us feel completely confident that everything would turn out exactly as we’d hoped. It turns out that the arrangements were even more than we’d hoped for or even dreamed of. They were stunning, absolutely gorgeous. I had no idea that our slightly underdeveloped vision could be brought to life so perfectly. We were going for an English garden style: ethereal, elegant, and light. We would recommend Marlee to absolutely anyone and are so grateful that we were able to work with her for our wedding day.
