I went to 5 dress stores on the day I went dress shopping, and this store was by far the worst. I walked in, and the lady was incredibly rude to me; she told me they did not have any room available for me to try on dresses. I didn't make an a...ppointment, because I didn't really know what time I would get there or what order I was going to the stores that day (also, the website states "appointments recommended", not "appointments required", so according to the website, it wasn't necessary to do so). If there truly had been no room, I would have had no complaints and left the store, realizing that my not making an appointment was the reason I couldn't try on dresses, and that would have been my fault. However, there was one other bride in the store who was being helped by someone else, and there were three other open dressing rooms besides the one the other bride was in.
The lady once again told me there was no room and I couldn't try any gowns on as I was there, and I would have to come back, but feel free to look around. I was with my mom, and my mom asked why couldn't we use one of the open dressing rooms, the lady once again responded she didn't have room for me. When we questioned if someone else was coming in to use them, she responded no. We ended up looking around at the dresses, and since this was the last salon I went to that day, I knew what style of dress I would like the best. After looking through the store I could pick out which one I would like the best had I been allowed to try the dresses on. As we were leaving, she asked if I found anything. After learning there was only one dress I was really interested in, she immediately changed her mood and said I would be able to try on the one dress. Because of her earlier rudeness, I almost didn't try the dress on, but the people I arrived with convinced me to try it on since we were there. After this she was nice to us, her rude comments/tone gone. The dress was pretty, but I was treated so poorly the beginning of my visit I ultimately decided to buy my dress somewhere where the store workers weren't rude to me and treated me with respect.
