These videographers don't just make something they think is good, but shoot, edit, and deliver a final product that is intimate yet fun. They desire for this movie to represent the day as it unfolds so that you can relive your timeless memories for years to come.

highlight video. My wife and I got married on 9/16/2023 and since then we only received a 1 minute teaser video, full ceremony video, full tea ceremony video, but we still have not received the full highlight video (which is 8-10 minute video) of the whole day. It’s literally been almost 2 YEARS and have been reminding them basically every single day to the point we had to ask for the full footage of the reception to find someone else to edit for us. It’s extremely frustrating to be a pest to someone to get something we paid for. He did give us a partial refund, but still rather just get what we both agreed on in the first place in a TIMELY manner. I think giving almost 2 YEARS of leeway and grace is well enough to accommodate for many extenuating circumstances.
It’s very disheartening since it was a special day for us. It’s tough to answer our friends and family who ask to see our video, and our response is that we still haven’t received it yet.
