I certainly do understand how crazy times are, but at least a note/call saying "I got your note but am swamped" or something to that effect. I honestly thought I would be finding a new florist at the last minute then suddenly she responded. In addition, on the wedding day she was very curt and unfriendly. When she moved the flower arch and my daughter's planner inquired Dori was very rude and said the new location had been the location all along. We had plenty of emails and photos to prove otherwise. Again, things do change given weather and such, but communication is key. In addition, when you meet a family on the wedding day can you not at least fake being happy for them. I understand her own life may have been crap that day but really you are in a hospitality field. So while I can say your flowers will look very nice, I think the lack of communication and difficult personality would push me to recommend one of the other beautiful floral designers in the area.

florist was very resourceful in reusing our flowers from the church at our reception and bridesmaids bouquets as centerpieces so no flowers went to waste. She helped set up and break down and delivered the girls’ flowers right to our suite. I would highly recommend them for your floral needs.
