We went to Marcella's for my sister who was looking for her dream wedding dress. We had the most amazing experience from the beginning. We were welcomed in by Marcella, who was so friendly and welcoming right off the get go. Kassi also helped us during my sisters appointment and was so very amazing. My sister wasn't sure exactly what she wanted so she tried on two dresses, showed Kassi a picture and Kassi made all of my sisters dreams come true. She is getting a gown customized, exactly how she wants it to look. Hands down the best customer service at a bridal shop we've ever received. They love their customers and truly care for their brides. Thank you for being so amazing!

Are you ready to feel loved and adored during a bridal appointment? At Marcella’s, that’s just the way they do business. This family truly loves love. If I could leave a 6-star review, I would. I had an incredible experience at Marcella’s, and I didn’t just say yes to the dress - I felt like I said yes to joining a new family. Marcella and her daughter Kassi took time to get to know my fiancé and I, and it paid dividends during the dress process. I felt so honored during my dress appointment - and not just that, but every curve, muscle, and bulge on my body felt beautiful. This is a stark contrast to the feeling I had at other bridal salons. There was never any pressure at Marcella’s, and never any judgment - just pure love radiating around the shop. From an incredibly varied selection to personalized and knowledgeable help, and insightful marriage advice from Marcella herself - I just can’t say enough positive things about my visit. I could never express how much I enjoyed my experience here. The customer service is wonderful. They answered all my questions and helped me design a wedding dress that was absolutely STUNNING!! Marcella made sure every detail was perfect on my dress! Also have to give a shout out to Jenna for all her help through the whole process. Finding my white wedding dress while I was visiting my mom over winter break this past year, meant a lot to me. I'm so glad that we were able to share that experience at Marcella's Bridal!! Marcella and the rest of her staff were amazing! The dress was fantastic quality and was tailored perfectly for my wedding a couple weeks ago! They are perfect for a variety of price ranges and they make the whole experience relaxing! The dress was in such perfect condition even after flying all the way from Spokane to Connecticut, that it did not even need to be steamed! Thank you again Marcella's Bridal team! Flexible viewing/fitting schedule

I booked an appointment at Marcella's not realizing it would not just meet - but exceed every expectation I had. Jenna pulled a handful of dresses that matched all of the details I gave her. The first dress I tried on was "the one", but of course I had to visit a few more shops before I made a choice. Nothing compared to the customer service I received at Marcella's. I will always recommend them to any future brides. I can't wait to work with them over the next year leading up to my wedding. A big thank you to Jenna, Mikaila and Marcella! UPDATE: Holy smokes - the wedding has come and gone and I received so many compliments on my dress. Reflecting on all of my fittings and appointments with Marcella’s, I sill could not be happier. Marcella, Mikaila, Jenna and Bailey helped me each step of the way and always made me feel like the most beautiful bride-to-be. One thing that I do what to mention is that I appreciated the way that the staff respected my time and my budget. The entire process was seamless - from initial appointment to alterations and so on. There were never any hidden costs or surprise fees, which seem to pop up a lot when planning a wedding. Marcella and her crew let me know all costs up front, answered any and all questions I had and were transparent along the entire process. Again, I could not be happier with my experience! I️ was so incredibly happy with all that Marcella was able to do to transform my grandmother’s 60 year old dress into one that I loved. It was so special and I️ really enjoyed working with her and the staff. You can just see it in Marcella’s smile that she loves what she does, and she is so good at it!

Marcella's is hands down my recommendation for all things wedding gowns in the Spokane area! After some bad experiences shopping at other stores I somehow lucked out with getting Marcella herself to help me find a dress and she went above and beyond to create the perfect dress for me! Marcella and her staff take the time to meet with each bride without making you feel rushed and they truly listen to help find the perfect gown. I can literally say nothing but amazing things about Marcella's. Between myself, friends, and other family members buying their dress here we have worked with most of the team as well as Marcella herself everyone is so amazing, helpful, and personable. Having worked in retail I am very particular about how customer service should be and I was blown away with how great the experience was. They were conscious of the budget I had made known and let me try on dresses in my size to allow me to get the full experience. I was able to get the feel of what the day of would hold. I recommend them to all and proud to! Being remembered and called by name while in the salon makes you feel like a friend rather than an invoice, I feel like a Bride! Thank you Ladies for making it more then simply dress shopping.

Did not enjoy my experience at Marcella's. First, they took me 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. My group just sat around waiting. Then, the woman was extremely pushy that I felt like I was being sold a used car. She also lied to me about how I would need to pay a rush fee since I'm buying so late (10 months before the wedding). I confirmed with another salon that is not true at all for the designer and it would come in 5 months without a rush. I did not appreciate that I was being pressured at Marcella's and also lied to. I would not recommend this to a friend.

I highly recommend Marcella's Bridal! They took care of me from my initial appointment to all the phone calls, fittings and my final dress pick up the day before my wedding. I went to every other bridal dress shop in Spokane and Coeur d' Alene and found the best customer service and selection of gowns at Marcella's. Choosing the perfect wedding dress for you can be a bit stressful, but Michaela and Cassie made it such a relaxing experience. I felt they really listened to what I wanted and were happy to assist me even after I bought my gown. Overall my experience at Marcella's was memorable and very personal. Go with Marcella's. They will exceed your expectations!

I bought my dress at Marcella's and had the best experience. I loved how they had completely one of a kind dresses, custom options, and that they took the time to really dive into my vision of my perfect wedding dress. The store I had gone to previously had told me that they sold hundreds of the dress that I had my eye on. So I loved the idea of wearing a dress that no one else would ever get to wear. It was a bonus that they did alterations in house. They were able to answer all my questions to make my dress buying experience easy and worry free. I had a budget of what I was hoping to spend on just my dress, and was able to stay well under that with the dress, alterations and accessories. My experience there was so fantastic, I applied to work there. As a customer first and an employee second, I can tell you that from all angles of the business, Marcella and her staff do it right. Customer service and satisfaction is their top priority. Their mission is not simply to sell dresses, but to include them into the Marcella's Bridal family. Their job is to listen and bring options that the bride will love and possibly something she might not have thought of herself. You would be surprised that something that something you didn't pin on pinterest would look so good on you :) We strive to keep lines of communication open when it came to various costs or alterations the bride might want, so that nothing was a surprise when you go to pay. Most of all, we were taught that it is our job to make the bride feel comfortable and feel beautiful. I have a million amazing things I could say about Marcella, Kassi and the whole staff. They truly are a family business that wants everyone who walks through the door to feel like they are part of that family. Thank you to the whole team for finding me the most beautiful wedding dress I have ever seen, and letting me work for a group that has left an impression that will last a lifetime.

My entire experience with Marcella's couldn't have been better. From my first appointment to when I picked up my dress, everyone was so caring and helpful. When I went in for my first appointment they pulled about 6 dresses for me to start with. The gal told me about each dress and asked which one I wanted to try on first. I tried on each dress and they put me in it, and if it wasn't right they tried adding beading to see if that changed my mind. In the end it came down to two dress and they dolled me up with the veil and flowers so I could really picture what I would look like. That made my decision easy! I absolutely love my dress and want to wear it all the time! When I went for my fitting they were so helpful, they even taught my maid of honor and mom how to lace me up so they could do it the day of!

Marcella was absolutely amazing. She and her whole staff were wonderful to work with and made the process so fun. The dress I bought was made for a convention and had never been worn before. It fit immediately and I felt so beautiful in it. I added a beaded belt, lace around the satin skirt and a head piece. Such a gorgeous ensemble. Thank you, Marcella!!

They started by asking your price, which I liked so you didn't get attached to anything you couldn't afford. My attendant found many dresses for me to try in the price range. She was calm and shared our excitement. Did not try to pressure me at any time. Even after buying they continued to offer good service and reminders about fittings.

This is the best place around for a personalized and unique experience! Marcella herself met with me every time I came in, and helped me to add on certain details to her design of my dress to make it perfect! I love the staff and it was always so fun going in. 100% recommend Marcella's!

I can’t even begin to express how amazing Marcella is. Her shop is like stepping into a little world where the only thing that matters is you and finding your perfect dress. My sister used Marcella’s Bridal for her gown when she got married in 2014, and is still getting told how beautiful it was. I made appointments at other bridal shops when I was trying on dresses to be fair, but scheduled Marcella’s last knowing that would be where I would end up at. There’s just no comparison, she truly is the best. My gown was an original design by her, and throughout the year between buying it and the wedding, getting to see pieces of my gown come together into one amazing dress was like a dream. I was so impressed with how organized everything was, and the fact that even though I’d go months between fittings, when I showed up it was like our last fitting was a week ago. She had notes on everyone we talked about, remembered everything, and any team member I had worked with remembered me and was just as on top of it as she was. I had more people than I can remember tell me how beautiful it was and how it looked like it was built for me (it was!!) and hope every bride does herself a favor and goes to look at dresses at Marcella’s. You’ll fall in love with the team as well as the gowns!

I was introduced to Marcella's when my brother was getting married, since that is where my sister in law had purchased her gown. When I got engaged, I knew I wanted to check out her shop. When it came time to shop for dresses, I set up appointments for multiple stores, with Marcella's first on the list. However, I did not need any of the other appointments. Their salespeople were respectful of my budget and what I did or didn't want in a dress. They did not bring me dresses that were double my limit "just to see if you like it" and boost their commission. Even after the dress was purchased and it came time for alterations, Marcella and her staff were still incredibly welcoming, like I was a part of the family. While it may have been a little less money if I went to a bridal chain, I don't believe I would have received the same level of service. Thank you so much, Marcella!

When I first made the appointment, I was worried about selection, as I'm a size 16, but the lady who booked my appointment was so sweet and reassured me there would be plenty of options. When I showed up for my appointment I was really nervous, I'm not a girly-girl and trying on dresses is definitely not my thing. I especially didn't think I'd have the "moment" when you find the right dress. Marcella's daughter Kassi was my consultant, she made me feel so comfortable and after speaking with me for a few minutes she knew just what to pull for dresses. I tried on about four dresses, all of which I loved, but Kassi pointed out that I had really been eyeing the first one a lot and that I should try it on again. After I put the dress back on, I decided that I really loved it, but I wanted the skirt a little different, so Marcella came over and worked her magic to show me what she could do. As soon as I had the vision of what my dress would look like, I had my "moment" and even started to tear up. I never in a million years would have thought I'd feel this way about a dress. Kassi and Marcella were so fantastic and so helpful, it never crossed my mind to go anywhere else after I first met with Kassi. I'm going in for my first fitting in about 10 days, and when I called to make the appointment I spoke with Marcella, and again she was nothing but sweet on the phone and gave me lots of good information. They are always patient, and so kind. I highly recommend them. Although my dress was a little spendy (mainly because it ended up being a custom dress) Marcella's was so great, AND I got a free headpiece from Marcella herself (go to the Bridal shows in town - great vouchers for free stuff!). I would not change a thing about my experience, and that's exactly how I think a bride wants it to be.

This was my first experience trying on dresses and I was not impressed. I brought my mother, future mother-in-law, sister, and a couple friends and all of them were outraged with me the entire appointment. The consultant didn't listen to what I wanted, she only let me try on 4 dresses, and then after the 4 dresses she said, "ok which one do you choose. Remember there are no pictures allowed so if i see flashes then that means that you are buying this one." I felt rushed and confused. I had to tell the consultant multiple times that I wasn't going to buy a dress today and she continued to poke and push me. Luckily I tried dress shopping later at Celestial Selections in Spokane and it was a breath of fresh air. They were calm, reassuring, helpful, and listened to my wishes for a dress. I thought that since Marcella's Bridal is so expensive, that I would get wonderful service but I didn't.

The whole crew at Marcellas is awesome. You can't ask for better service then what you get at Marcellas. All of the ladies are extremely friendly and excited for you and your wedding.

I started shopping at one of the big-name stores, to remain unnamed, and was horrified when they told me that each dress I thought I could love couldn't be made to fit me. I'm 5'1" and a pretty true 100 lbs, and I was very distraught. I came to Marcella's and they were much more attentive to what I was looking for (even though I hardly knew) and were exceptional about keeping up with my preferences and helping me find a dress I loved! I still didn't quite fill out my boob-cups, but hey - that's not their fault! And from what I hear, no one else noticed. ;). I'm very very happy with my dress and was happy to spend a little extra money to get the boutique service. My consultant came over and said hi every time I stopped in for (one-time fee only) alterations.

Oh my gosh!! If you are getting married in the spokane/cda area, get to Marcella's ASAP! You need an appointment so make sure to call ahead! The staff is absolutely AMAZING. After asking me a few questions about my wedding details the woman helping me went and grabbed me 5 dresses she thought I might like. The very first one was literally everything I pictured in my wedding dress. I tried it on and bought it that same hour! They know what they're doing & are so good at it! They made shopping for my dress fun and easy! Thanks ladies!

I went to Marcella's with a stack of wedding dress photos. Marcella guided me until we figured out exactly what I wanted. She made my dress; 100% custom made. English netting to perfection! Marcella and staff are fabulous!

The staff is professional, well mannered, and extremely helpful. This store was refreshing compared to shopping in Missoula (which has two wedding dress shops), and from the streamlined and ever popular David's Bridal. Marcella herself was at all of my fittings and that's the kind of service that I respect. I had almost given up hope after trying on a few dresses that weren't exactly was I was looking for, but then my bridal assistant asked if she could grab a few thing for me to try that weren't exactly what I described. The first dress she grabbed is what I fell for. It didn't have straps, but I didn't want a train, so we decided to cut off the train and make straps. Everyone was helpful and very professional. Highly recommend making this a stop along your search for the perfect dress!

After shopping around and nearly all the bridal stores in Spokane, I decided to check out Marcella's, a little hesitant and the cost. Our appointment was with Marcella herself; she sat us (Mom, Dad, Step Mom and I) down and asked about my wedding, venue, colors, formality level etc. She finally asked where I had gone dress shopping and what I had liked and not liked. I told her the only thing I even remotely liked was lace dresses. She had me stand up, looked me over and told me "I know what it's going to be and it's not lace, but I'm going to have to work you up to it. Let's go" A little confused, she put me in a dressing room and started me off with 3 lace dresses. After going out to the family and having them weigh in, she would always say "like. Not love. Let's go." About the 5th dress she put me in, I could see the twinkle in her eye and knew she was up to something. It was a silk, fit and flair v-neck, beautiful, but too plain for me. We walked out to the family, and they all said it looked great but not enough detail for me. Marcella said "I know. I'm not done yet" at ran to the back room. She came back with a pin cushion and yards of rhinestone lace ribbon. She pinned it on around the flair and under the bust and I immediately altered my opinion along with my family. It was the perfect dress. But, Marcella didn't think so yet. So she ran to the back again and came back with strips of the silk fabric and made a bow to go on the side of the dress! It added so much for such a little detail but it made the dress over-the-top amazing. She wanted me to come back every time I was in town to try it on, and when I came back a few months later with my hot pink wedding shoes she freaked and ran to the back again. This time she came back out and made a pink bow to switch out with the white one before the reception! She was so pleased with herself and I was so excited for my dress. She was so helpful and has this amazing vision of what a bride will look good in and will do it, even if it means completely customizing a dress. She understands the stress of weddings and had me come back and try my dress on whenever I felt a little worried about it. At the end of it all I got a lovely Thank You card from the bridal shop. They were an amazing boutique to work with and I would highly recommend them if you are a bride who doesn't want the same dress as everyone else and wants a more personalized shopping experience.

Marcella's Bridal did a great job across the board. Great service, great fitting, great people. I got a great deal on an off the rack dress that was way too big and then was able to customize the way it fit, changing the shape of the straps and from an A-frame to more of a fit and flare. They even let me bring in my own applique and attached it for me.

After several dress shopping experiences in Houston (where I live), I was disappointed in the selection I found. I decided to give Spokane's dress shops a try (since I'm getting married in Priest Lake). However, I had horrible experiences at all of the Spokane and Coeur d'Alene dress shops visited. My mother and I were ignored, bossed around, and blown off. I resigned myself to returning to Houston, buying a dress that I had liked (but not loved), and shipping it up for my big day. Then, my dad suggested stopping at Marcella's for one last try. I was really against the idea, because I had had such negative experiences at other Spokane area shops, and because I just wasn't impressed by Marcella's website. But he called and made an appointment, so, reluctantly, I went. Marcella's was completely different from all the other Spokane shops. I was listened to--REALLY listened to. Melissa sat down and we chatted for a while, and she asked questions about the style and theme of my wedding. Then, she pulled a few dresses based on our conversation, and voila! We found the one! This was such a laid-back, comfortable experience. The girls working at Marcella's were not pushy or rude, and I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. Marcella, the owner, was also readily available and eager to help. Overall, I would have to say that Marcella's has the best environment, the best service, and the best selection in Spokane. I cannot gush enough about how great my experiences here have been!

I was really pleased with my experience at Marcellas. The girls were great at listening to what I needed and found the perfect dress for me. Each time I go in there they are smiling and ready to help.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Marcella & her amazing team at Marcella's Bridal. 5 years ago my best friend went to Marcella to have her two wedding dress' made, so naturally when I got engaged I went to Marcella as well. I had a picture of a gown I wanted to be made for me & the moment I got there for my appointment, every step was a breeze. I tried on a few dress' so we could get an idea of they style & fit I was looking for. Then Marcella came out & started draping me in fabrics & lace, showing me multiple buttons to choose from, giving me more options that I could possibly imagine. The entire appointment was such an amazing experience, I felt like a bride & every girl should feel like a bride when she is shopping for her wedding gown. Needless to say, my gown has turned out perfect! Marcella is always accommodating, she's fun & friendly, imaginative & splendid. I know that 5 other friends have gone to her now as well, to have their gowns custom made from Marcella & have all been extremely pleased w/ their gowns. If you live in Spokane, around Spokane, Idaho or Montana....go to Marcella, you will not regret one second of it & will leave w/ a smile on your face & memories to last a lifetime!

I found my perfect wedding dress at Marcella's Bridal after looking at several other shops in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene. The dresses at Marcella's were of much higher quality than any of the other shops I looked at and they are very reasonably priced. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and not pushy at all. Marcella does all of the alterations herself and the quality and prices are excellent. I live in Chicago but got married in Spokane and the staff was very accommodating to my tight time schedule. They were able to get all the alterations done in just a few days so the dress looked perfect for the wedding. I love my dress and am so glad that I picked one from Marcella's.

When I started the hunt for my wedding gown, I knew that in my small town I would not be able to find anything, so I made the two hour trek up to Spokane with a list of bridal shops, and Marcella's was first on the list. The staff was incredibly friendly and after trying on a handful of dresses I found my wedding dress! Later down the road they helped me with a few adjustments (adding more sparkle to the dress) and my dress was perfect! I would highly recommend them to any bride-to-be!

When I told my consultant at Marcella's what I was looking for in a dress, she pulled a bunch of dresses that fit my description. After a few, she pulled a couple that she wanted me to at least try on. I remember lookin at one in particular that had ruffles and I thought, jeeeez this lady isn't even listening to me, I would never wear ruffles. Well I put the dress on just to humor her, and I immediately fell in love and when I went out to show my family I got the "gasp", that was it, it was my dress.

I went to Marcella's reluctantly at my stepmom's request after 3 other stores of the same dresses. Kassi asked what I liked, what inspired me, what I didn't like, what I wanted to look like, and the budget. They let my stepmom and I loose while Kassi rounded up a few dresses. After I tried on my picks I saw the one she talked about and it was over from there. I am uncomfortable spending much on a one-time dress, but realistically the price paid was nothing compared to the Private Collection dress. The ladies were so kind, so professional and personal, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, Marcella made my stepmom's dress and another relative bought her dress there, too! The $0.50 to park at a meter isn't even a consideration!

I wouldn't go any where else. I loved my whole experience at Marcella's. I loved my dress and they can do anything you want, to make your dress unique. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. Best bridal shop in town.

This is a lovely store run by lovely ladies, but unfrtunately it was not my shopping style. I like to look at dresses and select which ones I want to try. At Marcella's, they select what you will try for you, based on sort of an interest survey. Though I brought pictures from magazines, gave detailed descriptions of dress features I liked, and the sales associate helping me seemed to understand what I was looking for, all of the dresses I was brought to try on were not what I liked or wanted at all. I thought that perhaps I had just had a bad experience, because I know several people who go their dress at Marcella's and were very happy, but just a few weeks ago my best friend had the same experience as me. In fact, she felt that they were trying to up-sell her by bringing her more expensive dresses, or suggesting custom alterations when she didn't like a dress. I don't know, I'm sure this store is great for people who like the pampered princess experience when wedding dress shopping, but if you are independant, hands-on, and don't want to spend a fortune, this may not be the dress store for you.

The gown was beautiful!

I got my dress for $99! It was such a lucky find!! It was lacey and covered in beads and just exquisite! They def didn't have a lot of selection to choose from. I happened to just find a diamond in a haystack. The service was great though. I went to David's Bridal as well and was not nearly as impressed with them as Marcella's. I would def recommend going and checking them out! You never know...you might find what I did!!

While I did not find the perfect dress for me here, I was very impressed with the store. The shop was clean and nice with a beautiful selection of gowns. Most of all, I appreciated the personal care and attention of the sales associates. They were helpful and friendly and seemed to each care about the brides.

This is such a fantastic bridal shop! My friends and I had gone to Cicada, and had a really bad experience. We were walking by Marcella's and decided to check it out on a whim, without an appointment. Sonja was the one helping us and she was AWESOME. It was obvious she really liked her job and was very knowledgable about everything in the shop. She even went in the back and dug up a gown from last years collection that she thought I would like. And she was right. It was the perfect wedding gown for me. Then Marcella came over to take a look, and she is just fun, with a lot of "how gorgeous" and "beautiful" etc, etc. And what new bride doesn't eat that up?

Was so impressed with Marcella's consultants. Initially, was skeptical about finding a dress that felt like it was made for me. With Carrie's help, she pulled a dress that I didn't even think about. Carrie knew what would look good on me. I would recommend Marcella's to everyone.

Marcella herself is a bubbly, fun woman who loves to make every bride feel gorgeous. Not only was my experience with her bridal store a huge success, but I walked out feeling like a confident, beautiful bride ready to face the 150+ people. Her assistant manager, Carie, is an incredible woman full of compassion and joy for each of her brides. You can't go wrong with making an appointment with Marcella's.

Everyone at Marcella's is so happy and energetic that you get excited just walking in the door. We purchased all of the bridal pary dresses and mothers dresses there. Marcella listened to what I explained of the dress I was looking for and she found the perfect dress for me!

I purchased my wedding gown at Marcella's and love the dress still. I did not look around the entire store when trying on dresses but they seemed to have a good selection, as I tried on many different styles. The staff and Marcella were all very helpful in answering questions and altering the gown. My husband and I also purchased the bridesmaid dresses from Marcella's. They were beautiful and most of the girls are already planning to wear them again. They looked perfect. I am not sure that they have the cheapest prices in town but their product is good. We were very pleased with everything. I only had one bridesmaid disappointed that she felt she was measured wrong and her dress was to big resulting in the additional expense of alterations. Otherwise the other 6 bridesmaids dresses only needed minor tweaking. When all was said and done they all loved the dresses and the overall experience including me.

I went here first to shop for wedding gowns and was not impressed. First, you have to pay to park, the owner is way pushy, and their interest for purchasing a dress is over 20% which is outrageous!!!

Marcella was wonderful! She was 100% committed to her customers insuring that their wedding gown was the absolute perfect one. She truly cared about my wedding and that meant a lot to me!;I didn't have any bad experiences with this bridal salon... only good things to say!!
