Marchand Ranch was a fantastic venue for our daughter's wedding in October. The facility is a tasteful blend of modern class and rustic charm. The location is beautiful, out of the...
way and quiet. We loved the all inclusive price and they provided so many unexpected perks! The 'Something Borrowed' shed was wonderful! So many beautiful things for us to use and the ranch was there to offer anything we may have forgotten. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make the day stress free. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!
Our entire experience with Marchand Ranch was amazing from start to finish. Tiffany was always available to answer questions and offer support whenever we needed it. The venue is b...
eautiful, and they continue to make upgrades. From when we had our tour a year before our wedding day, to the actual day of, they added so many great improvements that made our day even better.
One of our favorite features was the Something Borrowed Shed, which offers so many decorations to use as you wish. It saved us so much money and made planning so convenient! We also loved how flexible the venue was. They truly allow couples to add their own personal touches so your day reflects exactly what you envision.
Our day-of coordinator, Solana, was incredible. When our DJ wasn’t a good emcee, she stepped in and became our emcee without hesitation and made sure everything flowed perfectly. She also showed up to our rehearsal to help run everything and make sure everyone knew where to be and what the timing was. This helped the actual ceremony flow perfectly and everyone knew exactly what was happening and when.
It was also helpful to have access to recommended vendors familiar with the venue while still having the freedom to choose our own. We found a wonderful caterer through Tiffany’s recommendation, but weee still able to choose other vendors as we wanted, even if they weren’t the recommended vendors provided to us.
Our guests loved the location, accessibility, and setup, and we received so many compliments. You simply can’t beat the value for everything that’s included. We’re so grateful to Tiffany, Solana, and the entire Marchand Ranch team for helping us create the perfect day. Highly recommend!
The venue was absolutely beautiful. If you're looking for a venue with several different options for getting married, I highly recommend this one. The entire team (plus every one o...
f our other vendors) was very receptive to our needs that day. It truly was the best place to marry my best friend.
We had the absolute honor of having our hometown wedding at Marchand Ranch, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From day one, the team—especially Tiffany—was incredibly accomm...
odating, kind, and supportive. We were given so much flexibility throughout the planning process, with countless visits leading up to the big day and generous set-up time that made all the difference.
Tiffany and her team went above and beyond to ensure the space was perfect for our wedding, working tirelessly to complete beautiful additions to the venue in time for our day. Every detail was stunning, and it’s clear how much heart and passion she pours into making Marchand Ranch so special.
The venue itself is breathtaking, but what made it even more meaningful was the personal connection to the place and people behind it. We’re so proud to now be a small part of the Marchand Ranch legacy.
Our content turned out absolutely amazing—Luke did a phenomenal job capturing the space and the energy of the day. I’m so excited to keep editing and sharing everything, and you better believe Marchand will be tagged every time!
If you're considering Marchand Ranch for your wedding or event—do it. You’ll be in the best hands, and you’ll have a beautiful, meaningful, unforgettable experience.
Marchand Ranch was perfect for our wedding day! Everyone we worked with was filled with joy and was so helpful. They all really know what they're doing! We selected vendors (cateri...
ng, DJ, and photographer) that typically work at Marchand Ranch and it made everything so easy - since they already knew the lay of the land. Not to mention - THE PRICE!! We saved so much money and stress booking Marchand Ranch. You would NEVER guess this venue was that affordable. Our wedding was in June and we chose to have the ceremony and reception inside. While they do have some nice outside covered areas on the property, it still was really hot that day. So, having the inside option was PERFECT! Tiffany, Lydia, and Solana made our wedding day the best day ever!! I cannot recommend them enough!

ess. Any ideas you have, they will work to make it happen! The Something Borrowed shed was incredible and helped so much in the planning process and decor. It is an amazing addition. The venue itself had a beautiful rustic barn setting with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The huge sliding doors made the reception so fun with an indoor/outdoor dance floor. My mother is in a wheelchair and had no issues getting in and out of the venue nor any issues with parking. The venue comes with a day of coordinator, the highway was closed that morning and I didn't have to worry about communicating with my vendors at all and everything was taken care of! Tiffany and the whole team really help your vision come to life and you can really personalize the space to fit your decor and guests. They do not nickle and dime you for chairs and table cloths, a lot of places can't say the same!! I would highly recommend Marchand Ranch to any couple looking for a breathtaking, mountain inspired wedding venue where you can let your creativity fly and bring in outside vendors of your choice, which helps being budget friendly! I wish I could have a wedding there every weekend!

rchand Ranch venue and surrounding area are stunning and easy to get to! The owners and staff are so attentive to your needs & wants! They include so many of the things you need in price, other venues typically add all those things on! What a savings! I have watched this venue go from the modest ranch barn to the truly beautiful venue it is today! And still improving! I have seen Tiffany and her staff go above and beyond to provide everything possible for a stress-free event for weddings and events! In Colorado, it's so important to have an option for indoor/outdoor events! From a professional standpoint, I recommend Marchand Ranch for your wedding or event! Schedule your free tour and check it out! Bonus- you will not find a nicer or more genuine family to work with for your special event!

nse that they received. I will review with only the facts. Please know that these are not my opinions or rumors.
The positive is the venue is beautiful inside and out! The mountains in the background are breathtaking! It has the perfect exit setup. We were so pleased with the exit. The bride and groom suites are fabulous. The pictures turned out amazing. Our photographer and DJ were awesome!
The negatives. Communication was a challenge especially with the day of coordinators. We had Hope up until two weeks before the wedding and then the owner switched us to Solana. Just know that you won’t receive much from them until the day of and at that point it is still very limited. My daughter would text questions and never receive answers. She asked about an early run through that was offered in the contract and never received a return text until the day she had asked for. We had also got this feedback from a bride that had done her wedding there before us, unfortunately it was too late as we had already signed the contract.
If you do a summer wedding, know that it will be uncomfortably hot. We chose this venue because it was advertised that it was air conditioned. It has cooling units but in the summer heat and with the doors open just know it will be scorching until the sun goes down.
We were told and it is listed that the venue can hold up to 300 people for a seated event and 400 for buffet style. We had 287 people rsvp but only 255 showed. There is no possible way for 300 people to fit in the venue for a sit down function know that there will be tables outside with that amount of people.
Also make sure you are aware of the table sitting capacity. Through text my daughter was told the tables seated 8-10 people we ASSUMED 10 people could sit at each table that is not correct. There are tables that can seat 8 and tables that can seat 10. Make sure you know the number of each.
The venue offers tablecloths. If you care about the shape the table clothes are in or there appearance, rent them. The table clothes were given to us wrinkled . There was a huge burn hole in one of them. The square top tablecloths are not long enough and the head tablecloth barely even covered the back of the table.
We texted to ask about a water source and we were told that there was a water source available. When we got to the venue we asked about the water source and the owner showed the groom's mother to the male restroom and she was offered that water source right next to the urinal. When she said that was not acceptable she was then offered the outside Spicket. If those sources are not acceptable to you make sure to bring in your own water. We wish that information had been made clear to us when we asked.
The flies are terrible. We had family members standing by the dessert table fanning the flies away all night. We should have realized that might be a problem given the indoor/outdoor venue and livestock nearby. But it was definitely not something we considered when booking.
The audio system at the ceremony spot was terrible if you aren’t in the first five rows you won’t hear anything.
There are only 300 chairs so the chairs will be at the ceremony spot and then moved into the venue after the ceremony. Just be aware of that and the fact that your elderly family that is there early will have nowhere to sit in the venue other than on coolers or the floor.
Know when giving a head count to the caterer that you will need to account for the owner, the day or coordinator, and at least two other coordinators that show up for the party. This is something that I have heard from a huge portion of my guests. The coordinators were walking away from the dessert table multiple times with the plates over flowing. This became a huge issue for us and the guests because there wasn’t even enough food to feed the guests that we had.
Do not make the same huge mistake that we made. We took the advice of the owner when booking our caterer. She recommended this certain caterer because she would bring her whole family and they could serve a large group in a short amount of time. This caterer was on the venue “trusted” vendor list and came very highly recommended by the owner. We had met with the caterer in advance and a plan was made and the caterer assured us she could deliver the service. The owner has mentioned multiple times that there could be a language barrier so the groom's father who is fluent in Spanish came to make sure there was not a problem with understanding on either part. We were promised that she would be able to feed 300 people pork and steak tacos until 9:45pm even if they all ate 8 tacos. We were also promised endless chips and salsa. The caterer showed up 1 hour late with only one other person and only pork meat. It took 2 hours to serve the guests that stayed and over 20 of those guests did not get fed. At the most she served 225 people out of the estimated 300 she was to serve. So when booking a trusted vendor do your own research make sure you talk to their past clients and know that they are able to meet your needs.
The food situation ruined the night for us as parents. At the end of the night I was told by the owner how lucky we were that our guests were so gracious. The whole drive home all I could think of was that my guests who drove at least 1 hour should not have had to be gracious and as an owner you should be mortified and offer a sincere apology. After our experience I feel anything but lucky. I feel extremely disappointed and embarrassed. Especially after spending the large amount of money that we did. I’m now faced with the task of making sure we send apology notes to our guests.
