I am forever grateful to have. The posed group photos are beautiful and special too. Marci was extremely helpful creating a timeline beforehand, and day of she was extremely with little things, like bustling my dress! She was great with communication before the event and a pleasure to work with on the wedding day. Hiring Marci to photograph my wedding was 100% the right decision; the photos she took are an absolute treasure to me and my family.

We ended up getting married in my parents' backyard, and Marci was really nice about making the journey to their house, even though it was farther away than the original venue by an hour. However, it wasn't awkward at all -- Marci was wonderful! She fit right in. She was light-hearted and professional, and she had a calm and positive presence throughout the day. On the day of the ceremony Marci showed up very early, causing no concerns for us. She was knowledgeable of the area and did a great job getting us in the right places at the right time. She captured the magic of the first look, ceremony, cake cutting, reception, and everything else very well. After the ceremony she was able to get us the photos in half the time she promised them to us. So we got to add to our enjoyment of our honeymoon with all of our wedding photos! In short, Marci exceeded our (already high) expectations for our photographer at a very competitive price. If you’re looking for a photographer and Marci is available, you should book with her!

Marci WAS invisible, like she claims, but also totally present. We found Marci just by googling photographers online - she had such rave reviews on all the major sites and I loved her work so we went for it and reached out to her. She responded right away and her pricing was almost scary reasonable compared to some other photographers that we had contacted. Marci was an absolute delight to work with leading up to our wedding - she emailed us frequently, responded quickly to any inquiries we had and though we never met her until the wedding day, I knew we were going to be in great hands. The day of the wedding, Marci showed up on time and began working her magic - I appreciated that she ran the show and kept everyone on schedule and in order. We had some interesting family dynamics but wanted to make sure we had photos of everyone in the blended families and Marci was a huge help in being the ringleader and getting those shots we were worried we wouldnt be able to have. My favorite thing about Marci is when her photojournalist side comes out and captures fun moments and candids that I didnt even realize were happening - it made for some really special photos! She sent over 1600 images from our wedding within a week of our wedding day and we were absolutely blown away - we loved so many photos it was so hard to narrow down our favorites. I cannot recommend Marci enough - thank you again!

(She also captured my husband photo bombing me in several pictures and those are some of our favorites!!) Not only are our photos amazing but Marci was very helpful and professional throughout the whole planning process. We were also really impressed with how quickly we had access to our photos. Within weeks of our wedding we had all our photos. At the reception Marci also set up a monitor that showed some of the photos she had already taken of the day and that was fun for us and the guests to see. We were already receiving comments at the reception about how awesome our pictures would turn out! I would definitely recommend Marci to anyone looking to capture their special day. er emotion here. She works solo and is amazing at blending into the background, seamlessly taking photographs throughout the night. She is a unique photographer that stands by her work and does not do the stereotypical "Etsy poses" that you might run across more recently these days. So if you're looking for someone who will do a shoot from a list of wedding couture poses, she's not your gal. She works a lot with colors, reflection, sunlight, shadows, etc and you get comfortable in front of the camera pretty quickly with her. We met in person and she showed us her album of work, and then when I suggested a price range/time frame she actually suggested I do the less expensive package based on what she heard for the itinerary. I really appreciated her being honest and not trying to upsell us on anything. We did the engagement photo shoot which was an hour and then the 8 hour package for the wedding. We have digital copy rights to all the photos she took - 300ish total from the 1 hour shoot and 1800ish from the wedding! She is also super reasonably priced for amazing quality. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about the photo album so far. One downside may be if you try to navigate her website, it's a little wordy/redundant with some of the hyperlinks she has made and not so easy to navigate all the time. But she is aware of this and working on it. It has not been a problem for us when it came to hiring/communicating with her!

At our reception, she set up a TV and showed some of our engagement pictures as well as some pictures she took during the ceremony. All of the guests loved it! After the wedding we were supplied with over 1,500 photos of our special day. My mom even commented how wonderfully she did at capturing all of our guests. I would definitely recommend!

I forgot about, she is completely open to suggestions, and she doesn't see them as an insult (to all the worried brides like myself out there). She will work with you and your family through anything, even cranky babies (she was wonderful with our 2 year old and 4 month old). She was the only one ready when the groomsmen decided to throw the groom up in the air, or for an impromptu piggy back ride! I was a bit skeptical about the slideshow but it was an absolute hit! As a bride it was nice to see what was captured and what else was left to capture, and 8 hours may seem like a lot but it covered before, during and after my ceremony, destination photos, and almost all my reception. She understands it's your day and she will try her best to get what you want and to make sure you're satisfied with it all. I cannot say anything but good things about her, she's very real about it all too, there's no guessing games, it's all black and white with her (which I LOVE). You won't be disappointed, if you're lucky enough to book her. She is well worth it, and will make your day picture perfect.

She followed our wedding party bus to two extra locations and got amazing shots we hadn't even dreamed of. When we got to the reception, she already had chosen and edited a selection of the day's photos for a preview sideshow our guests loved! She captured amazing reception shots too and even snuck us outside to get sunset pictures by the water. Marci is really fun to work with and we would absolutely recommend her for any occasion. a insanely strict budget, but from all the advice I have gotten from couples who had already gotten married is the most important vendor is your photographer and if you find a good one, they are worth every penny. I couldn’t agree more, in a few years we are going to forget what our dinner tasted like and what the temperature was but we will always have these photos. I searched every wedding and review site available to search for photographers and we had Skype interviews with our top 8(!) photographers. The minute we spoke to Marci we knew we had found the perfect person to be our photographer. My husband is incredibly photogenic but when it comes to posed photos, I rarely look good so I was particular interested in Marci’s style which I believe she described as being a ninja. She would blend into the scenes and take lovely candid shots. My greatest hope is that there would be a few shots I really loved, then some more that were good, and then the majority unusable due to me being very un-photogenic. Here are the two truly incredible parts: First, we got out pictures A WEEK after our wedding. I have never heard of getting wedding photos so soon. Second, we found we had a really great problem- there were soooooo many INCREDIBLE photos, how do we even start to whittle them down? For someone as self conscious about their face as me, I never could have imagined I would be in love with as many photos as I am in love with from ours. Our number one priority in finding a photographer was getting someone who could capture our relationship, we feel it’s unique (as I’m sure any couple does) and Marci absolutely captured who we are as a couple. We are both comedians, and there is such a great variety of silly pictures and beautiful moments. She had already scouted picture locations in advance due to construction and really required very little thought from us the day of, which was appreciated from us. Our pictures are absolutely beautiful and there are a ton! I wanted to use wedding pictures for holiday gifts for all my extended family and sure enough, she managed to get great candid photos of every single guest. Six months later, my extended family is still talking about how awesome Marci was that day. Marci is a great person and an excellent photographer. We would choose her again in a heart beat!
