mily and everyone enjoyed the lagoon style pool, water slides, green space games and lazy river. The covered porch hot tub and balcony were well used. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness, friendly staff and quality of the food and drinks. The extra surprises like the shark character and Easter bunny were appreciated. Tracey, one of the bartenders, went to great lengths to provide activities for teens and tweens, spending her own money on
prizes besides the free slushy. Tracey was exceptionally attentive to all guests. We will be back!

ation or friendliness of front desk staff. We had to call several times and they either don’t call back or show up. The first night we needed a blanket and they never brought it. We asked how much it would be to extend our stay. Instead of calling us back with a price like they said they would, they charged my card and I still haven’t been refunded.
The lazy river is heated which was amazing bc the beach and other pools were too cold. I do wish they had round pool floats instead of the flat noodles. The entire water park area was clean and had very kind staff. The beach was only like a 2 minute walk across the street.
We definitely recommend this property and would stay again. I do hope they get better with communication. It wasn’t just us. We saw other negative interactions with front desk staff and visitors.
Washer/dryer are not in surf bungalows. I wish this was clear on the website. The pictures showed them.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. I can’t wait to return! There were plenty of activities for both adults and kids, and the beach was just a short walk away, making access super easy with wristband entry.
The on-site restaurants offered delicious meals, and there are many great dining options within walking distance or a quick drive. Overall, it was the perfect place to stay, and we will definitely be back!

e food on site is delicious. If you can upgrade from a bungalow to any of the bigger houses, it is so worth it. If you plan on cooking at the house, make sure you bring some spices and oil. Next time I’m going to do the beach house. All of the employees were super helpful getting us anything we needed and answering questions. We rented a cabana at the pool for a day and that was nice to relax, especially when there was a short rain storm. The kids floated for about 10 miles on the lazy river. Definitely recommend Margaritaville.

The property itself is beautiful, the grounds are well-designed, and the location is excellent. Unfortunately, the resort experience did not live up to the appearance of the property.
Our stay was marked by numerous issues, including cleanline...
ss concerns upon arrival, ants in the kitchen and bedroom, a leaking coffee maker, a malfunctioning dryer, and repeated TV outages. Basic supplies such as bar soap, coffee filters, paper towels, and even pool towels were either unavailable or difficult to obtain. Multiple requests to the front desk required repeated follow-up, and several issues were never resolved during our stay.
We were also disappointed that several advertised amenities and activities were unavailable, inconsistent, or not as advertised. The poolside grill was closed the entire time, pool service was limited, staff seemed unaware of advertised food and drink specials, and activities such as bingo were poorly managed. The cottage we received also did not match the balcony shown in the online photos.
The biggest issue was the lack of communication and follow-through. Staff members often provided conflicting information, and promised service requests frequently went unfulfilled. While the property has great potential and is visually appealing, the overall guest experience fell well below expectations for the price paid.
