ur day-of coordinator! Sheri was so tremendously essential to my now husband and I enjoying our day (mostly) free from stress. We did the flowers and decorations ourselves, and Sheri and her assistant were so organized in getting all the info they needed to execute our vision. It all looked better than we even imagined, and they were incredibly generous with their time, even starting with decorating the day before the event to make sure that everything got done. We also went a little untraditional in our desserts and got whoopie pies instead of cake. Sheri picked up the desserts that morning and she and her assistant organized the dessert table to look so great! Sheri was our advocate throughout the whole process, checking in with vendors ahead of the day, communicating with them about the COVID precautions we put in place, and helping deal with any hiccups along the way. We wanted to read our vows to each other at our first look but realized my sister-in-law accidentally took the vow books back to her hotel (which was not where we were). Sheri quickly went off to get the vow book and met up with us in no time to make sure we still had that moment. At the end of the night, Sheri packed up all our decorations and packed what she was able to in my parents’ car, making it as easy as possible for everyone involved. We could not recommend her more! So incredibly worth it.

elegant, yet DIY-ed, reception in my dad’s backyard 2,000 miles away from where my fiance and I live! My dad is an anxious host, and I wanted to remove any burden he felt in the planning process and be sure he could enjoy the festivities. Sheri put us at ease, executed my vision (with the aid of her helpers!) and the day went great - despite an unexpected rainstorm during the party! With Sheri’s expert guidance, we planned logistics that helped us avoid many pitfalls and adapt to sudden changes. She worked with catering to quickly move the bar inside the house. She swept pools of water away from the patio so that I could have a (mostly) dry first dance with my husband. She gave us the brilliant idea to dance the Jewish Hora around the giant sycamore tree in the front yard (the only place where all our guests could dance together at once), and it created a truly unique experience and special memory. No task was too small and she was extremely detail-oriented throughout the whole process. Sheri’s vibe was awesome right from our first virtual meeting all the way through the end of the reception. She brought two assistants with her on the day of the event, and although all three were hard at work throughout, their genuine enthusiasm and happiness to be there gave us the feeling that they were three more guests, sharing in our joyous celebrations. TL/DR: if you want to enjoy your wedding day, hire a wedding planner—and Sheri fits the bill!

I was a little stressed about creating the timeline but Sheri helped put my mind at ease by creating a day of schedule that was seamless and coordinated with all of our vendors perfectly. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered for our wedding. On the day of the wedding, Sheri and Jess were so helpful and were always right there when you needed them. They did so much behind the scenes and kept the night running on time. Besides her incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness, Sheri is also so incredibly kind, calm and easy to talk to. Sheri is exactly the energy you want with you during the planning process and on your wedding day. The courier who was supposed to deliver our alcohol ceased operations a week before the big day, but Sheri lived in the vicinity of the liquor store and picked up all the liquor and brought it to the venue for us, coordinating directly with the store and the venue. Also, when I picked up my dress from the dry cleaner (where I had it steamed) the day before the wedding, I discovered that the dry cleaner had left a horrible spot on the front of the dress. Worst nightmare! Cherie (from Sheri's team) happens to be a fabric expert and came to my hotel room hours early to work on the dress, and was able to get the spot out! No one could ever tell it had been there. Also, Laura was very detail oriented and had great ideas -- for example, she walked around Philly with us and our photographer for photos before the ceremony and suggested great spots for pictures, all the while picking up my dress train and holding my stuff. She also helped to keep the caterer organized and made sure I had drinks and food the whole night. I had originally been skeptical when a friend suggested I hired a day-of coordinator, not thinking it was necessary... but hiring Sheri's team may have been the best decision of the entire wedding planning process! Thanks to all of them!

That’s not to say that my wedding day didn’t have issues (flash flooding at an outdoor venue), but Sheri did her part and so much more. Never getting married again, but I urge EVERYONE I meet that is to reach out to Sheri and have her as your wedding coordinator. I guarantee that she will do everything humanly possible to make you special day more than perfect.

Sheri would find decor items along the way and grab them for me , answer any silly questions I had like “ when to send out invites , how to get people to rsvp , and even what shape wear i should buy” . I seriously felt like I had a best friend in her . For me I had little family , i lost my sister my maid of honor , so having someone so sweet go above and beyond her job title meant the WORLD to me . Through the planning she also attended meetings with me and the venue , and asked the questions I was too afraid too . She got me a free signature drink with her bargaining skills . The day of is really where she shined . The night before she texted me (sweet as usual) to remind me to sleep well . Then to the wedding day she kept In Contact with me still answering any questions I had . Ran her butt off to set up my ceremony space and reception space. When i arrived I was in awe of just how perfect it all was . Through a down pour at my tented event on the rivers edge , Sheri pulled it all together and the sun came out to show off her beautiful work . When I got off the shuttle she was the first person I saw , and I wish I could have expressed how truly happy I was ! Through out the night sheri was on top of everyone , worked so well with the venue staff , smiled for some pictures, helped remove ketchup off my dress , fill in with a bow tie when my garter was lost , and just literally saved the day . Sheri is not just a coordinator , she is YOUR best friend that day . She will have your back and keep you happy . If you spend money on anything for your wedding hire her to keep it all together .
