PDA in front of other people but around Mariah I just felt calm and comfortable. She understood exactly what we were looking for. So far we have only received our sneak peeks for our wedding photos but I was BLOWN AWAY with how quickly we received them and how many she sent!!! For it just being sneak peeks there was easily over 100 gorgeous photos. I will recommend Mariah to anyone I know that is getting married or needs a photographer for anything.

I loved seeing her excitement for our day and every time we reached out with questions she was happy to help. She had a fanny pack when shooting too that was full of emergency kit items- plenty of which came in handy! She was a sweetheart in making sure I was okay when I looked nervous and even helped my family look for my pair of earrings that went missing. Somehow Mariah was able to capture all the different family and bridal party shots we wanted, while still having fun with us. I always felt comfortable with her and never staged. ours from Tampa, where she is based. I honestly had no idea how far away she was until she met me at my venue the night before the wedding and mentioned staying at an Airbnb nearby. By some kind of algorithmic miracle, The Knot brought us together. Not only did Mariah travel far to be at our wedding, but she answered all the questions I had during our rehearsal (even those meant for the event coordinator). BEYOND prepared for any minor catastrophe that could have come our way, Mariah graciously offered a Tide to Go stick from her mini wedding emergency kit as soon as she walked into my hotel suite to start our getting ready photos. Mariah stuck with us through all our weird quirks (including lots of baby hands and greasy pizza slices). She even covered my husband’s face with makeup when he arrived at the venue with a scratch from our pup. This photographer thinks of EVERYTHING. Honestly, she was a lot more prepared for this wedding than I was. Mariah was quick and efficient, loud enough to get her message across to a group of obnoxiously giggling ladies, and, all around, amazing at her job. I usually hate every picture of myself. But, somehow, some way, Mariah made me feel beautiful in every single photo. And she captured the moments I will want to remember forever. I can’t thank her enough.

noticed. All of a sudden she’d pop out to steer you away from putting champagne glasses in front of your face during a toast, and then she’d capture a magical photo from behind the scenes. She acted as so much more than a photographer on our wedding day. She was our cheerleader, pointing out the positives, when the power went out and nothing was going right. Nothing shook her, she just carried on and made sure everything kept moving and you were happy. She was genuinely excited for all of the moments of our day and made sure to capture them in the way we wanted, it didn’t matter how unique the request.
