Maricruz Hairstyles

ading up to and on our wedding day. She executed every hairstyle flawlessly and made each member of our party feel beautiful. We continue to admire her work every time we look back at photos. Maricruz is truly the best of the best, and we highly recommend her for your big day!

day. She is a true professional and incredibly talented and passionate about what she does. My entire wedding party looked absolutely beautiful and were so happy with their hair. My look was exactly what I envisioned and I would not have changed a thing. Thank you Maricruz for being a part of our big day. If you're reading this review - stop reading and reach out to Maricruz. You won't regret it.

arm, and incredibly attentive to my vision. She listened carefully to what I wanted and brought it to life even more beautifully than I imagined, and even gave me a chance to see different hairstyle options with a veil during the trial. On the day of the wedding, she was punctual, calm, and so kind—exactly the energy I needed. My hair looked stunning and stayed flawless all day and night, through photos, dancing, and every moment in between. I received so many compliments, and I truly felt like the best version of myself! Maricruz is not only talented, but also a joy to be around. If you're looking for someone who’s skilled, dependable, and genuinely passionate about making you feel amazing on your big day, she’s the one. Thank you, Maricruz, for being such an important part of my wedding day!

es to hold up in the August heat and humidity (and thank god she did because it ended up being 90 degrees with 60-80% humidity while we took photos/had the ceremony all outside on our wedding day)! She recommended extensions but did not force the purchase on me or affiliate herself with any brand - she was truly just recommending what the best products were to work with! I was so happy with how my hair turned out and with how well it held up! When I finally got back to my hotel room at 3 am my hair still looked FANTASTIC - and I was hard on my hair with 4+ hours outside in the heat and humidity, hitting the driving range at cocktail hour, dancing the night away and closing out the downtown bars. In addition to being insanely talented with hairstyles, her personality and communication skills are amazing and I enjoyed her company getting ready on my wedding morning! Her and her assistant were both happy, upbeat and insanely talented. Multiple of my bridesmaids have texted me over the past months to repeatedly compliment their work - saying they've used pictures from my wedding for samples at other weddings (adding they thought it came out best and held up best at my wedding - even despite the heat and humidity)!! I would HIGHLY recommend Maricruz to any bride looking for a stylist!

h her expertise. She didn't just style my hair; she helped me choose the perfect veil, navigate the world of hair extensions with confidence, and even helped me to design the day-of glam timelines. Her knowledge and dedication were remarkable. The team was professional, calming, and fun, making the getting-ready process enjoyable. I highly recommend them to any bride!

o the day. Ahead of my bridal trial, she gave me great guidance on hair extensions (which I had never used before). During the trial, she listened to what I wanted and gave suggestions based on what would be best for my face shape and my hair (which always struggles to hold a curl). She also took great care of my mom who had similar concerns around how well her very fine hair would hold a curl throughout the day. For the wedding itself, Maricruz did my hair, plus hair for my mom, my maid of honor, and my three bridesmaids. The weather turned out to be incredibly rainy and windy, but Maricruz was on time and ready to go despite traveling a decent distance. Given the rough weather, I was even more worried about how my hair would turn out, but Maricruz was committed to making my preferred hairstyle work. Despite the wind, rain, and hours of dancing, my hair held up perfectly. I felt beautiful, and my bridal party looked phenomenal, too. I’m so grateful to have worked with Maricruz for my wedding day.

k (I’m definitely insecure) but I didn’t question myself at all on my wedding day - Maricruz made me feel beautiful. I can’t even tell you how many compliments I got on my hair throughout the day, and the biggest bonus is that during our windy outdoor ceremony, my hair didn’t move at all - truly impressive. I feel so privileged to have worked with Maricruz and be graced by her work on my wedding day. All of my bridesmaids and my mom & mother-in-law also loved their hair. If you want to feel beautiful and be treated with respect on your wedding day, you would be smart to choose Maricruz!

desmaids and most importantly the mother of the bride and groom absolutely loved theirs as well! Our wedding day was windy and drizzling, but my hair did not move. Maricruz was kind enough to accommodate my bridal trial for the week of the wedding since I come from out of town. She took the time to be sure it was the exact style I wanted, which put me at such ease since the wedding was so close! Maricruz is the best! She is someone you want in your bridal suite with you on the morning of your wedding.

ccess. I was beyond thrilled with how my hair turned out—it exceeded all of my expectations! Even after hours of dancing, it remained perfectly intact and looked just as flawless at the end of the night as when it was first styled. What truly sets Maricruz apart is the way she went above and beyond. Not only did she make me feel beautiful with her incredible hairstyling, but she also stepped in to help fix and sew my dress sleeves when I needed it most. Her calming presence during a stressful moment made all the difference! If you’re looking for a talented and caring hairstylist for your wedding or special event, Maricruz Hairstyles is the one.

oughout her entire wedding day and Maricruz's ability to work wonders with all types of hair styles (short, long, curly, thin) I knew I wanted to have her do my hair for my big day! It was wonderful working with her again. Maricruz made me feel completely at ease throughout the whole hair trial, and especially on the big day! Maricruz's kind demeanor was also a much welcomed energy on the big day, not only did she help create the hairstyle of my dreams she also offered kind words and a calming presence during a high energy morning!

eally saying something. She is INCREDIBLE at what she does and I could not recommend her more. She is kind, knowledgeable, and honest. At my trial, we had a really informative conversation about hair styles and what it took to achieve them. This helped me narrow down my vision for the actual wedding day. On the wedding day, she showed up right on time and was a positive presence all morning. She created some of the most beautiful hair styles on all of my bridesmaids. For me, as the bride, she did an equally fantastic job. Everyone loved their hairstyles, felt confident, and commented how impressed they were with how long they stayed "perfect." Even though my hair was done mid-morning, the curls held well into the evening and were one of my favorite parts of my overall wedding look. Normally, my curls fall out within three hours. Her work was amazing!! I wish she could do my hair for every formal event in the future....Thank you, Maricruz!

ig day. She listened to our preferences and offered great suggestions that suited everyone perfectly. I highly recommend her for any event!

oved being able to connect with her during my trial, and day-of she was calm and patient with all of my girls - we were even ahead of schedule! Mari goes the extra mile, staying to ensure my veil was secure and my hair was perfection. Highly recommend working with Mari, I hope our paths cross again!!!

rs. Can't recommend her enough!

exactly what I had envisioned. My mother and bridal party also looked stunning. Highly recommend!

tagram and loved her work, and I couldn’t be happier that we did!! She is very responsive, organized, professional, and amazing at what she does. As someone who was unsure of what hairstyle to go with for the wedding, it was extremely helpful to try multiple styles at the trial. The whole bridal party loved their hair- Maricruz and her team executed perfectly for what everyone wanted. Could not recommend more!!

rial options as I wasn't sure what I wanted for my bridal look, and then made it come to life perfectly for the wedding day! She also brought an excellent assistant for my large bridal party, and made sure everything ran smoothly and on time throughout the day. Everyone loved their looks, for which she helped provide vision, and they lasted well through the afterparty. Thank you, Maricruz!

to creating the perfect look for my special day were evident. On the wedding day, her skill and artistry truly shined. Everyone loved their hair! Maricruz is not only exceptionally talented but also brings a calming presence to a busy day. Every strand was perfectly in place, and the hairstyle held up flawlessly throughout the celebration. Her attention to detail, passion for her craft, and genuine warmth made the entire experience delightful. I could not recommend her more highly!

y a couple of months until my wedding she just happened to have my weekend available. I feel so grateful to have had the talent of Maricruz on my wedding day. She came right to my hotel suite where I was getting ready with the rest of my bridal party. She made me feel like a movie star with her delivery and the final product. I had countless compliments on my hair and it remained looking fantastic from the time she finished it late morning until the end of our reception at the end of the night! She was wonderful in every way and I would highly recommend her!

s thanks to the plentiful photos available on social media/reviews. Many hairstylists’ final products appeared forced with copious amounts of hairspray and/or “messy.” When I came across Maricruz’s work, it seemed too good to be true. Her hairstyles were elegant and appeared timeless, clean, and gorgeous. Her services did not disappoint. Our wedding day was hot and humid and every single one of my bridesmaids’ hair, my mother’s hair, my mother in law’s hair, and my hair stayed perfectly intact from our first look on the breezy beach through our last dance and beyond. We all felt *so* beautiful and received many compliments on our hair–many of our guests commented that we all looked so natural versus weddings where the entire bridal party and bride appear caked with hairspray. One of my bridesmaid’s kept her style in for several days as she was headed to a bachelorette party from my wedding and her hair remained flawless in appearance. My mom still talks about her wedding day hair in what feels like everyday conversation. Maricruz is magic, she’s professional, brings calm energy to your wedding day, and really made me feel special and confident for my wedding day. Thank you, Maricruz!!

d I feel so confident on my wedding day. At my trial, she was patient and understanding as we worked through so many styles to see what worked best for me. On this day of, the look was perfectly executed and my thick hair stayed curly all day long! Thank you Maricruz for helping to make my day so special!

y sister raved about how well her hair held for the entire day & in the humidity! I highly recommend Maricruz for your wedding day if you are looking for someone to be professional, reliable , with clear communication from the start! Hire Maricruz for your big day 👰🏼‍♀️

ome true. It took me months of searching before I came across Maricruz profile on Instagram, but as soon as I saw her work I knew she was the one. Maricruz was absolutely amazing. From my trial to the wedding day she was incredible. She understood exactly what I wanted and helped me perfect it by advising me on what I needed it such as extensions, and accessories to complement the look. Maricruz also did my bridesmaids hair, and they looked so beautiful. She made sure my girls looked just as good as I did, and I am so thankful for that. Without a doubt I would recommend Maricruz to everyone. The whole night all I heard from my guests was that my hair was impeccable and that I looked like a movie star. I am so thankful I found the perfect hairstylist for my wedding. You made my dream look become reality, thank you so much!

air as a bride, giving me the exact look I asked for, and to see the time, effort, and expertise she gave to my bridesmaids and MOB. Often we see both hair and makeup artists that only care about the bride and to get content for their social media of the bride. MariCruz is the exact opposite. She cares about every single person in her chair. She worked on my moms very fine short hair for as long as she needed to give her a French twist that looked like her own hair. She used product and accessories that matched her hair color. She made her feel incredible. It brought us to tears. Each one of my bridesmaids left her chair feeling so special and getting exactly what they asked for. It made me as a bride feel amazing. She is receptive, kind, and meticulous. She prides herself in her work and this is truly seen in every interaction she has. I could not recommend MariCruz more!!

ial to the amazing work done on my wedding day, Maricruz was there to be a kind, approachable, and seriously knowledgeable hairstylist. I kept calling her a wizard/magician all morning as each person's hair came out AMAZING! Thank you Maricruz for all you do for your brides!!!!

feated and was told i couldn’t wear my hair down and needed extensions. I work in bridal and Maricruz was recommended to me MULTIPLE times!!! I wish i started with her - because she is truly AMAZING! i wore my hair down AND waves without extensions! I got more compliments on my hair than my dress!!! IT WAS AMAZING! It was rainy windy for a few photos outside - i walked into my reception as if she just finished my hair! FLAWLESS! She is also extremely organized - and genuinely a kind person who cares about everyone she works with!!! From my mother to my niece to my MOH - she made everyone look absolutely magical. She is a true professional and it was an absolute joy to work with and a pleasure to have her in my room while getting ready :) I cant recommend her enough!

t asking for adjustments felt simple and approachable. Her work is fantastic. She styled me with an updo for my rehearsal dinner, a down with curls style for my ceremony and reception, and then stayed later for touch ups and to change my hair to a party ponytail for my afterparty look. She helped advise me to purchase clip in hair extensions to achieve the look I wanted for my wedding day. She and her team were full of positivity and joy, were timely and professional, styled 14 different people the morning of and everyone felt and looked phenomenal. Her vibe is great in your getting ready room and she really was wonderful to work with. She’s a magician! I’ll be encouraging everyone I know to hire her when they get married!

was hoping for and worked with me to get it perfect! She is able to work with all different hair types, and is able to create any style you or your bridesmaids ask for. She is very clear and professional in her communication and brings a warm, calm energy to the wedding day.

ned. She made me feel so beautiful and special from the day of the trial all the way to her taking a few extra minutes to place my veil perfectly after I put on my dress. She was so helpful throughout the entire process, offering advice and answers to my many questions along the way. She is truly so talented and her kindness and care was felt by every one of my bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, and flower girl. She not only created beautiful and unique hairstyles for each person, but they were impeccably done and stayed through a humid, then rainy, July day and perfectly in place until the end of the night. I can not recommend Maricruz enough and feel so lucky that I had the opportunity to work with her for my wedding!

en't able to have a trial before I booked her, but I didn't hesitate based on her glowing reviews and I am so happy that I did. I have fine thin hair, and she still managed to give me a gloriously thick updo for my wedding without me having to purchase extensions. Throughout the process she was nothing but kind and responsive. The morning of the wedding, she had a flat tire and was running an hour behind schedule. Nevertheless, she managed to accommodate everyone who had an appointment, and we still somehow finished on time. Everyone was very happy with their hair, and all the styles lasted throughout the wet day and still looked amazing! Due to the rain, I had to change my getting-dressed location from the hotel to the venue, and Maricruz kindly offered to come over so she could attach my veil. Don't hesitate -- hire Maricruz for your wedding. You won't regret it!

the attendants. On wedding day, Maricruz was on time and arrived with a detailed schedule for the day. Maricruz set up her station in our daughter’s bridal suite. She worked methodically to style each attendant and the bride just as they wanted. Our daughter, the bride, and all her attendants were so happy with their hair styles. All Maricruz’s hairstyles held well beyond the wedding! One attendant even wrote to us the next day saying she had not had time to shower but that her hair still looked terrific! Thank you, Maricruz!!

sitate to hire Maricruz and her team!

erfect all day and night and even more than that it was comfortable! She was also the sweetest person to work with. Any bride would be beyond blessed to have her on their team <3

shtags. Every post I liked and clicked happened to be her work. I was so thrilled that she was available for my wedding date! I would recommend booking her as far out in advance as possible, she is popular and books quickly! Maricruz is professional and talented. She knows what will work best for your hair but also does not try to convince you to do something that you don't want to do. I loved working with her and all my bridesmaids looked gorgeous as well!

ty!!

my bridesmaids felt it. She offered suggestions and was so detailed with everyone. I was in love with my hair, my mother’s hair-do and my bridesmaids hair-dos! She had us all looking like queens. Everyone’s hair lasted the whole day— through rain and a whole lot of dancing! If you haven’t booked her already, don’t think twice! Thank you Maricruz for being part of my glam team and the fabulous hair on the wedding day! Your work is truly a piece of art!

le offering expertise throughout the process. On the morning of the wedding, she worked through 5 bridesmaid styles and my bridal hair with ease, professionalism, and incredible talent. With just a few photos and quick discussion, Maricruz knew exactly what each girl wanted and delivered that tenfold. We received numerous compliments at the wedding for our hair and we all remarked that it was exactly what we wanted. More than that, however, I have to acknowledge her generosity and graciousness. She stayed beyond our scheduled time to help insert and adjust my veil so it looked perfect with my hairpiece and then on top of that (!) she added a quick braid and ponytail to our flower girl just out of the kindness of her heart. Maricruz, thank you for being such an important part of our wedding day. I would recommend her to anyone getting married without hesitation.

tc. Not only did she do an amazing job on my wedding hair as well as the bridal party, she is a pleasure to work with. She is organized, responsive, and accommodating. She was such a calming presence on my wedding day. Despite being in close quarters with a group of loud and talkative girls, Maricruz silently did her thing and worked magic on our hair. All of my girlfriends loved their hair and everyone's styles held up perfectly throughout the night. Cannot recommend Maricruz enough!!

bout. Then, the pandemic started and I decided to reach out to her just in case she became available that day. She did! I was ecstatic. It was meant to be. My mother and sister are cosmetologists so I feel like I have a high standard of hair. I looked at every single picture on her Instagram and decided that I wanted Hollywood waves for my wedding day. I have thin, fine hair so I would use clip in extensions. During my trial I asked Maricruz her advice on my hairstyle based on my dress and she agreed the Hollywood waves would look amazing. Leading up to the wedding day she sent very clear instructions for me and my bridal party (read the emails ladies!) and I later realized that these instructions she wants you to follow are so your wedding day runs smoothly! She was so professional, showed up early, and each bridesmaid had their hair done on time. She knew what time who should go to makeup and who should go to hair etc. The morning of my wedding ran so smoothly thanks to her. My bridal party is hard to impress, and everyone LOVED their hair. My MIL almost didn’t get her hair done because she doesn’t like how it comes out usually, and she was raving about how Maricruz did her hair. She not only does a great job, but she knows how to work with all hair types and what will look good on each person. Getting to my hair, it was PERFECT. I know people who were talked out of Hollywood waves for their because they are time consuming and hard to do, but Maricruz did them PERFECTLY. And my wedding day was on a rainy Saturday outside in August. My hair didn’t move, didn’t frizz. I always show everyone a video I have on my phone dancing at 11:30pm having the time of my life on my wedding night and my hair is still just as beautiful and intact as during the ceremony! I recommend Maricruz to anyone who will listen. She is SO talented, and if you’re like me and think you need to look the best you ever have on your wedding day, then hire Maricruz!

to the mother of the bride to the bride she was meticulous in making everyone's wedding day vision come true. She was extremely flexible with scheduling hair trials for my wedding and accommodated x2 trials so that we could go over a variety of styles. My wedding hair looked exactly like my trial hair - but even better! It was a long day - with all hair being done by 2pm but the wedding not ending until 1am - and no ones hair moved an inch! It was slightly rainy, windy and we danced all night and not one person needed a hair touch up. She is truly exceptional at what she does - I have already recommended her to several people after having such a great experience. Thanks again, Maricruz!

tail for rehearsal and half up for wedding). We had huge wind gusts for our wedding day, and my hair survived the day, which was truly a miracle. She is so kind and professional and did a beautiful job on all the bridesmaid styles as well. It was such a pleasure working with her. I will be recommending her to anyone future brides to be that I come across. Thank you Maricruz!!!

tponement, Maricruz was responsive, accommodating and super supportive. At my trial appointment, it became quickly apparent that there is not a single updo that she can't do -- I showed her a couple pictures of styles I found that she herself had done on brides in the past, but also a few that I had found on random brides on Instagram, magazines, etc. -- and Maricruz completed all of them almost exactly as pictured. I expected to be rushed through the trial to keep within the appointment time, or for her to be slightly annoyed if I asked to try an extra style or two, but it was actually at her insistence I try at LEAST four, just to be sure. And I'm so glad she did, as I ended up choosing one that I didn't initially think I preferred. She is so generous with her time -- and that extends to the wedding day as well. Maricruz showed up exactly on time the day-of, gave each of my bridesmaids and my mom the most beautiful, classy, flawlessly executed hair styles, and was such a calming presence throughout the morning. She even stayed behind for an extra hour after completing the last bridesmaid's hair, just so she could put my veil on to ensure it was secure and placed properly. It should come as no surprise that my updo was not only stunning, it stayed in place the entire afternoon and night. Not a SINGLE hair fell out of place by midnight, which is really saying something... it withstood a rowdy Horah in addition to a whole lot of jumping and dancing! Cannot recommend Maricruz enough.

day of the wedding (no 80's prom dos here). Highly recommend!

ir styles and took several photos and videos for me so that I could really appreciate each style and make a decision regarding which I liked best. She even did a hair trial with my mom, who was really nervous about having her hair done. Maricruz made my mom feel very comfortable and eased all of her anxiety! On my wedding day, we decided to slightly alter one of the styles from the trial, and we used a different hair piece than we initially planned, and it looked SO perfect! I felt so beautiful. My hair stayed curled and beautiful all night long, even after several hours on the dance floor. The whole wedding party - four bridesmaids, two moms, and one grandma - were all absolutely thrilled with their hair! Everyone looked so beautiful and felt very confident. Maricruz was very communicative, friendly, organized, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process! Booking Maricruz for my wedding day was one of the very best wedding decisions I made. She is an absolute joy to work with, and I enthusiastically recommend her!

ing short of a princess on my wedding day.
