Hello friend! I'm Leslie - owner here at Marie Ellen Photography, LLC. I'm a super easy going person who is always down for the macarena at your reception, a good puppy cuddle (yes - you can bring them to the engagement session. Please don't make me beg!), and all things love and marriage. So many amazing couples have entrusted me to photograph their wedding and capture the memories that will remind them of their special day forever. I bring all that experience to your wedding. I know how to put you at ease if you’re nervous about having photos taken and I’m there to help every step of the way, if needed. Whether you're getting married downtown in Atlanta, at a vineyard with 300 guests in Dahlonega, or on sandy white beaches with your closest friends and family in Destin, I'd love to be there to capture the day that marks the start of your marriage. I'm there to capture the joy, laughter, emotion and beauty of the start of your lives together as Mr. & Mrs., and the images we take together will keep those memories alive for generations.

een the most stressful day much less so. Her natural light edits are breathtaking and she is great at guiding poses for a more candid appearance instead of staged/ posed pictures. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. She is even shooting my best friend's wedding in January from my recommendation! I will continue to use Leslie for any photography in the future, and can't imagine a more perfect wedding photographer.

She and Raegan both showed up on time, smiling and ready to go. She not only kept us at ease, but our parties too! I can't tell you how many family and bridal party members commented on how much fun she was to work with. She got it ALL - funny or serious. We look through our wedding photos at LEAST once a day and fall more in love with them every time we go through them. She didn't just capture the moments, she also somehow captured all the magic of our wedding day in the photos as well. We will truly cherish them forever.

was pregnant, I moved my wedding up to Spring 2020, just to have COVID-19 hit to move my wedding back to Summer 2020, and it was all crazy and felt unstable. Honestly, I think I was past plans B and C and was trying plans X and Y by the time I finally felt comfortable to committing to having a safe wedding. This is where I found Leslie and I am so thankful!!
Leslie gave me an affordable price quote for her services, especially considering I booked her two weeks in advance for my wedding.
She was not only extremely professional through her mannerisms and social distancing at my wedding, but she went above and beyond and was friendly, caring, supportive and a presence of comfort. I’m not the most photogenic, but Leslie had some simple and easy ways to help my husband and I focus on the excitement of being married and celebrating as opposed to nervous and posing for photos.
Her turn around time was phenomenal. I had access to my photos in a crazy fast amount of time, and the quality of the photos blows me away. I have spent days just staring at them, extremely happy with my choice to support Leslie and her photography. The decision to do so really has paid off because I will always treasure these memories and Leslie captured them perfectly.

Unfortunately, my wedding was cancelled due to COVID-19. While many vendors neither refunded me nor provided any services, Leslie went above and beyond to make sure we had special "wedding" photos. She met us at our wedding venue on a date that was convenient for us (even though it was her son's birthday!).
Leslie is relaxed, kind, and great at capturing sweet moments. I absolutely recommend her for any wedding or event.
