me feel very confident in having her shoot our big day. Her business partner & husband Demetrius Campbell was a different experience. I was quoted a 9 month turn around for a wedding video ( which I thought was a long time) but figured it took a lot of time to get the editing and sound just right. At 10 months I followed up and was told they were still working on it. I was mildly annoyed - but went along with it because I had no other option. Followed up again at 12 months.... And was told the same thing. They were still working on it and it was not complete. At about 15 1/2 months after I got married I received a sloppy version of my wedding that some once could have done better filing on their phone with - it had terrible cuts in it and a lot of noise during the ceremony. Not worth the money we paid for it. And NOTHING like the trailers on the website. Obviously I was upset and when I reached out to talk legalities of not delivering a product - I was told I would have to go through mediation because of the contract and I had gotten a discount. Regardless of what I paid I was a paying customer who has still at 1 year and 6 months not received a hard copy of the 4 minute wedding video that was sent to me as a final product. I’m sad on so many levels. 1. I have been more than patient in waiting for a hard copy - I’m always told by the husband ( Demetrius ) that he’s busy and will email me that night when he puts it in the mail. And it never comes 2. It feels as though because my business was discounted that my project was not as important to them to ensure my satisfaction. 3. It’s been a YEAR AND SIX MONTHS and I don’t have a hard copy of my wedding. That ended up being less than 4 minutes long. My wife advised against us paying for video service and I really wanted it so I pushed it along - and it was the worst decision. Do not hire him.
