She then made it a point to interact with me towards the end of the reception to ask me to leave her a good review. Additionally she told the guests that there was no more beer and we ended up taking 3 Costco cases of beer home. She hardly interacted with me prior to the wedding and it was extremely disheartening to have this experience with her. We got married in September 2023. Hopefully she starts doing better for other people going forward.

s how I found Marie. I sent several emails at the beginning of my inquiry explaining what was important to us in bartending our wedding. I emphasized that we wanted 2 bartenders, our signature cocktails mixed and ready to be poured, options for beer, wine, etc. Marie assured me she would be a great fit. Throughout the process of planning our wedding, Marie called, text, and would email often for clarification and planning purposes. The frustration that came from this was that we also hired a wedding planner to handle the schedule and logistics. Despite repeatedly telling Marie that my planner would reach out, she was persistent with communication and questions that only my planner could answer for her. We have heard from several of our guests, as well as other vendors that worked our wedding, that Marie was frustrating, short-tempered, even rude to work with. Despite my repeated emphasis on wanting drinks mixed and ready to go, this didn't happen. Despite my repeated emphasis on wanting two bartenders, she insisted one would be plenty. Both resulting in a line for our guests-the ONE thing we really wanted to avoid. I gave specifics of what type of beer and wine we wanted-which were not actually purchased for our wedding. She calculated and purchased our beer and wine and we ran out during our reception. Requiring two groomsmen to make a run for more. Overall, I am frustrated with my experience with Marie's Bartending at our wedding. I can't say I would recommend.
