Our team of Event Planners is affectionately known as The Mari-gals! Our planners have their own designated venues to help make your special day go flawlessly. So whether your wedding is at a venue, your backyard, or anywhere in-between, you'll have a designated Event Planner every step of the way. We love to hear your story as a couple and learn about your vision. We love helping make your dream a reality! Not only are we passionate about the food we sell, but we're also foodies as well! Marigold process seemed great at the start. We signed the agreement at one price (I had mentioned the beef option up front was always filet). Plot twist, after our tasting, the FOO...

D costs (excluding table settings, etc because they were up front that they quote those at the base level) skyrocketed. The quote came back far more expensive than the initial quote that we signed the agreement with. Eventually we got over this surprise. Come wedding day, we sit down and every guest has the wrong salad in front of them. We know it’s the wrong salad because my husband and I both hate ranch so we would never have picked it (nor was it the one from our trial tasting). The salads alone for our guests were ~$900. When I reached out to marigold after the wedding, they said not rely ignored my email. I have since followed up twice and they simply continued to ignore me. Guess the second the money hit the bank, they were done.

And beyond the decor and architecture of Tenk, the food was insane! People still tell me they think about the chicken empanadas from our passed hors d'oeuvres and how unique of an assortment Marigold can offer. Our full menu was Hors D'oeuvres: -chicken empanadas -chorizo corndogs -caprese spoons w/ balsamic "caviar" (vegetarian) Main Entress: -sous vide filet mignon -airline chicken -turmeric cauliflower steak (vegan) Late Night Snack: -soft pretzels w/ beer cheese and mustard Obviously on your wedding day you are continuously talking to friends and family and trying to dance any time you can. Katie and Phantasha helped me and my now husband make the best of it all by getting our drinks for us and boxing up some soft pretzels for us to enjoy in private. We were impressed because everything went so smoothly despite the changes. We initially selected Marigold because of their efficient communication compared to other companies, and given the changes that happened we were so glad we made that choice. Marigold is worth the investment because you will receive quality service in return. guests were so impressed with the venue and food. The ceremony space is so beautiful that hardly any decorations are even needed. The natural lighting really made the venue look incredible. Tenk is definitely a good choice if you have a large guest list and don't want a DIY wedding. Marigold catering takes care of a lot of that hard work for you. I can't say enough good things about Tenk. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere else.

main contact at Marigold and she was a rock star with the coordination and execution of everything! Their tasting experience was so much fun for my family and their chefs are INCREDIBLE!!! They were willing to customize parts of our meal selection, even adding a pasta course and creating unique dishes that were delicious! Heather took on so much for us in the planning phase including ordering the correct table sizes, finding the perfect serving vessels that went with our theme, meeting with us multiple times upon our request, doing and re-doing floor plans, coordinating details with our venue contact, planning deliveries with our bakery, and all the other behind-the-scenes tasks that I’m sure I’m not even aware of. On site the day before the ceremony, the Marigold staff was incredible. They worked so efficiently and had the room set exactly the way we planned and pictured it. We received so many compliments on the serving staff and the service was so incredibly smooth – Their professionalism made the dinner feel very upscale! We received INCREDIBLE feedback from friends and family on the quality of their food, which is a big deal from a big group of food-critical Italians! Katie and the Marigold team were very flexible and accommodating on our menu and our drink selection. rved at our wedding was hot, fresh, and on time. Katie and all of the servers were organized and efficient with both the passed hors d'oeuvres and our buffet. They were also incredibly caring and went the extra mile. My husband and I didn't have a lot of chances to eat hors d'oeuvres during the cocktail hour, but the lead waitress, Brenda, left us two plates of hors d'oeuvres at our seats at our head table. She also made sure we got slices of our cake since we were on our dance floor while it was served, and she brought both of us water throughout the night. They even boxed extra meals and delivered them to our bridal suite! And the food is delicious; everyone's plate was clean at the end of dinner! So many of our guests told us we had the best food of any wedding they've been to. Our experience with Marigold left us full, happy, and stress free!

up until a week before our wedding. That made for some tight squeezing in of finalizing the wedding and put preparations back. Thankfully the tasting and arrangements had been made earlier in the year, so we only needed to settle on final information and choices. Make sure you, the caterer contact, and the venue are on all on the same page when it comes to timing of the evening. We had a last minute surprise when our venue told us they only offer 5 hours and we had scheduled 6 with Marigold! The staff and chefs made our reception dinner a truly great experience and we could not have asked for more (or better!).

me more to go? Please????) Our guests were all so impressed with the food, and happy, well-fed guests were our goal! We worked with Marie to plan our event, and she was incredible. The amount of detail we went through to plan, plus all of the requests she accommodated- I'm pretty sure she's a catering angel. Marigold managed to make us a 100% gluten free menu that was so freaking amazing, nobody knew it was gluten free unless we told them; their chef is very experienced with dietary restrictions and even knew to fry the onions for the braised shortribs in cornstarch instead of flour AND let us know they changed out the oil to avoid any cross-contamination. That is not the kind of care or attention I think you could expect from many other places. Marie also helped us create our stunning surprise centerpieces at each of the table- cheese plates! Their selection was fantastic and it was such a fun and unique touch on the day. I was nervous on the day itself about getting a plated meal out on time to all the guests, and whether a meal for over 100 could possibly be as good as I remembered from the tasting. Not only was the food just as perfect as I recalled, the entire staff nailed it- it was the most impressive, organized, quick without seeming hectic, seamless team I have ever seen. I cannot imagine any caterer more professional, fun to work with, and with more mouth-watering dishes than Marigold. I'd highly highly recommend working with Marigold for any event you want your guests to remember with a huge smile (and maybe a bit of drool).

Our tasting provided a chance to tweak the menu and my husband got a chance to talk to their chef personally (chef to chef). We made a few other last minute changes and Marigold handled it all with ease. The food was delicious, our guests LOVED everything. Katie worked with our baker to set up the dessert table, worked with the bar staff to make sure we had everything we needed and helped set up and tear down so we didn't have to worry about a thing. The price was reasonable for the service and the quality of the food. I have zero complaints, I wish I could have them cook me dinner every night!
