The first time I needed to get my ring resized. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was super friendly and helpful. My ring was resized and ready to go the NEXT DAY (and this was during one their busy seasons, Christmas time)!! I had to go in a second time to get a copy of the appraisal for my engagement ring. While I was there, Jim offered to get my ring cleaned and redipped! Yes please!!! The are simply amazing!
