Mark really went above and beyond to assist us with our jewelry needs. I've been to a few jewelers in the area and this establishment has impressed me the most. Looking forward to ...
doing business in the future with Mariloff Diamonds.
When looking for an engagement ring, I looked at many places. Mariloff's diamonds were less expensive than equivalent diamonds at the other stores (especially chain stores) while t...
heir staff were far more helpful. Rachael helped me find a diamond, and in addition to being very kind, she was also exceptionally helpful, professional, and transparent - some other stores were hesitant to reveal their diamonds' ratings or cost, but Rachael always provided the grading card, price, and a loop to examine each diamond she brought out. She also provided a large number of diamonds within my budget to look at. They provided similarly excellent service and value in getting a ring to go with the diamond! I would definitely recommend Mariloff to family members, friends, or anyone looking for a place with incredibly helpful staff (even to customers like me with a fairly modest budget) that can give them a far better diamond, at a substantially lower cost than chain stores like Jared, Robbin's Bros, etc.
My son-in-law went to Mariloff based on a recommendation he received from a friend, and found that their service and knowledge is top-notch. They designed an engagement ring for m...

We had the most incredible experience at this store. My fiancee brought me here because I wanted a custom ring designed and they did not disappoint. Jim is the most helpful (and ...
patient) person we have worked with, and after getting my engagement ring created perfectly, we went back for my wedding ring. Every time we go in, even just to say hello, Jim offers to clean our rings, and takes a few minutes to visit. It is the absolute BEST place to get rings in all of Texas!!

ve had to go visit them a couple of times since our engagement. The first time I needed to get my ring resized. I can't remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was super friendly and helpful. My ring was resized and ready to go the NEXT DAY (and this was during one their busy seasons, Christmas time)!!
I had to go in a second time to get a copy of the appraisal for my engagement ring. While I was there, Jim offered to get my ring cleaned and redipped! Yes please!!! The are simply amazing!

s and they've all been blown away by the engagement rings they've found at Mariloff's. The team is great, but specifically ask for the "Diamond Whisperer" Jim Martin. Nobody calls him that, but we should. He's great, he puts you at ease, and is very knowledgable. Mariloff's is always my #1 choice. Shop elsewhere first, so that when you get to Mariloff's you'll know you're getting a great ring and a great deal. 5 Stars all the way, every time!

king out the perfect engagement ring. Mark sent photos, information and everything else we needed. Next Mark helped us pick out the perfect wedding rings! We are both very happy with our selection. The service did not stop there. I needed my engagement ring sized smaller and he was kind enough to have us all taken care of by sending the ring back to be sized and immediately overnighted back to us. Then I wanted to have my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together, he had this taken care of for us immediately too! All communication is very prompt and informative.
We are very happy that we were able to work with a professional, educated and kind gemologist! Thank you for everything! Look forward to working with you again.
Even if you don't live in Dallas you can feel confident that Mark will find exactly what you need and provide excellent service.
