The Bayview Ballroom's view of the ocean, Marina, and the city is spectacular, especially on a sunny day. The food turned out great and the service was fantastic. I'm so happy we h...

The customer service is absolutely terrible.

I am can see the venue space again since they've remodeled the space. It's a bit nerve racking and is making me quite anxious. I understand they can be busy with other weddings or events but a simple response to my emails would be nice. . .
However I will say the view from the rooftop ballroom and ceremony spot is breathtakingly beautiful, my fiance and I fell in love with it at first site. I just wish I could see it now, since I'm starting to plan other aspects of the wedding.

ur package included everything we wanted and we got many little things taken care of on no charge. They are attentive to the point when they think about all the details you forget during these hectic times and draw your attention on them. Also available 24/7 days on phone and email, returning calls in very short period of time.

inator is lackluster. I had to stay on top of her for every little detail. She was nice but not too efficient. Luckily the day of coordinator was different and she did a great job! However the location can't be beat. And the food and service was fabulous!
Bad sales / coordinators.

The ceremony space and ball room on the roof are amazing. The only negative is it is a little dated. The carpet is very bright and bold and there is astroturf that is gray on the ...
