Was at a wedding they did this past weekend at the Zoo. The two Djs were phenomenal. They kept the dance floor full all night long and were really quite entertaining with out over doing it. They were fun and polite every time I had a request.

Met with him in person and he seemed fantastic. Someone actually recommended him to us. Then 3 days before the wedding, became a brides worst nightmare. He calls us on the phone to tell us the order of reception as well as reads us the bridal parties name to make sure it’s all correct. Names all read correctly, perfect! Then we start going over the day of timeline. (Nightmare #1) tells us how the day of time line will go. We kept telling him that we have to work off of our photographers timeline as they will only be there for so long. Marino Brothers kept telling us they don’t want to work off of the photographers schedule and that his (DJ) schedule will be more fitting. (Nightmare #2) While talking to him on the phone he tells us we have a balance owed of over $900. We proceeded to tell him we already paid it. He kept telling us he had no record of the payment. So we pulled up our credit card history, and there it was the payment to Marino Brothers, January 19th, 2018. So we told him if he wants us to send him a copy of it we would so he sees that it is paid in full. Over the phone he just said it’s fine I trust you guys. (Nightmare #3) At the reception when announcing the bridal party he messed us some names. I don’t understand how as he went over them 3 days prior!!!! (Nightmare #4) When calling up the groom to dance with his mom he said the best mans name instead!!! Who does that!!! We were so infuriated and beyond annoyed!!! Then at the wedding we were telling him can he do the shoe game at xyz time instead of what he told us. He said I don’t think that will work. So we said we want to do it and that we paid you a hefty amount and it’s our wedding, please do what we ask. So him being aggravated he complied. Good thing we told him to do stuff at xyz times because people were already starting to leave and would have never seen the fun stuff from the shoe game to the garter and bouquet toss. He just didn’t care what we wanted. He only wanted to go to his schedule. But because we only had our photographers for a certain time. We had to get all that in. I would never recommend the Marino Brothers to anyone. Especially after our experience. The uplighting he did was great, the rest of it was not!!! So if you don’t care and want to be a stressed and annoyed bride then use him. Just remember pictures are forever, music only last for a short amount of time. I’d rather see the photos then try and think what song was played when. So glad we went with our photographers day of timeline. Worked out better.

Jim and Ken helped make our Wedding amazing! We had our reception at BayArts in Bay Village, and even with everyone outside, with their setup inside they had everyone dancing all night! Marino Brothers brought the uplighting to make the night the pink paradise my wife wanted! You get DJs that will be part of the party while not making the party about them.

We used the Marino Bros for our Columbus wedding in Oct 2017, and they were awesome!!! They kept our guests (and me) on the dance floor the whole time. I still have people telling me it was the most fun party they had been to in a long time. Thanks Marino Bros!!!

We recently celebrated our wedding and used Marino Brothers DJ for our reception. They did keep people on the dance floor which was a must! However the reason I am rating this 3 stars is because my husband and I spent a lot of time going over our music selection and we had some specific songs that were a must play for special family that was not played. The time we spent to put together some solid playlist songs and not hear them played had us a little upset. Of course our guests did not know the difference so overall everyone danced and enjoyed their time. We just expected a little more especially after talking with the DJ for our wedding and being told that our requests were not a problem. They are a good DJ service and I do recommend their services, just make sure if you have specific requests that you make sure it is understood what you want.

Marino Brothers was the DJ for our wedding in Columbus on 1/16/16. We had previously attended a friend's wedding that had them as DJs and they were so much fun we hired them for our wedding too. Our DJs arrived on time and were completely prepared and attentive to our needs. Dave was so nice and is clearly a pro. The DJs were very interactive with the crowd, completed announcements perfectly, and even danced with us and on their equipment! We had such a blast and feel that we received excellent service for the price.

My experience with Marino Brothers was a very positive one. Dave had me on the phone three days before the wedding for as long as it took to get everything right, from the music selection to the pronunciation of names. Dave and Ken did an amazing job keeping my guests on the floor all night, it was never empty! We had such a blast and received so many compliments - Thank you!

Great entertainment from start to finish! We got DJs and up lighting from them, looked beautiful. They kept everything lively and upbeat the entire night. They started to know what songs our guests liked and got the entire dance floor filled up with everyone dancing! We even crowd surfed at our own wedding!! We loved it! They did a wonderful job!

I am SO happy we had Marino brothers DJ our wedding. These guys kept the dance floor packed and were such a fun time! They played just the right music to fit our tastes, and did a great job keeping the crowd going. Everyone had a blast, and I couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them! What they sell you, is NOT what you get. I had Marino Brothers at my wedding. I did both the DJ's and the Photobooth. I followed ALL directions given to me and had a specific play list for them to play songs off of. They barely played any of the songs that I requested. When I spoke with my DJ over the phone before the wedding, we specifically discussed a song that one of my guests would be requesting. The DJ even sang it to me on the phone! When my guest requested the song, he was told by the DJ that they didn't have it. They also did not play the dinner music I selected AT ALL. Not once did they get on the dance floor and energize our guests like they say they do. Now for the Photobooth: I went to a wedding a week prior to mine who also had the Marino Brothers. The photobooth guy literally acted like he hated his life. He was not even talking to people, let alone smiling at them! So I expressed these concerns with David, the manager, over the phone. He sent a different guy to my wedding, who acted like he hated his life too! He barely spoke to my guests. Set up during cocktail hour, didn't encourage anyone to sign my book, which I made quite clear was my guestbook. A guest even asked him if there was a book to sign and he told them no! Not all pictures taken were even in the photo book. He even started packing up almost a 1/2 hour early! I was so disappointed. I will not refer this business to anyone.

I couldn't have asked for better DJs! They truly made it one hell of a party and people are still coming up to us telling us how much fun our reception was. I've been to other weddings they done with different DJs than who we had and it was just as fun which I think is very important to know that it was just YOUR DJs that were awesome but that the whole company is!

We had Vince and Kevin as the DJ's for our wedding and they did not disappoint. They kept everyone on the dance floor and interacted with the crowd wonderfully. They never once tried stealing the show and were always around to help with anything that we needed. This didn't even stop at DJ service as they offered to take care of any little problems with the venue itself. Also, leading up to our ceremony we did all of our planning with Dave who made sure that he took down all of our information as we wanted it and planned a spectacular event. I would recommend this DJ service to anyone and everyone.

Our DJ’s were AMAZING! They contacted me a few days before the wedding and went over very detailed information so that I would not have to worry about this on the day of the wedding. He really helped me get a better timeline of all the important events that happen during the reception. When we arrived, they greeted us with smiles and enthusiasm, which is exactly the vibe we wanted for our reception. They got everyone on the dance floor and we partied all night! They had a wonderful music selection and clearly listened to my “no play list”. My husband and I would recommend them to anyone wanting a vibrant, engaging and memorable DJ. Would definitely give them a 10/10!!

Marino Brothers put on awesome entertainment for wedding receptions. We didn't look around for any other DJ's since my sister-in-law, had them for her wedding and were amazing! We had people on the dance floor the entire night!

We had heard a lot about these guys before we booked them and they lived up to our expectations! We danced all night and they were out there dancing with us! The lighting they brought just made the atmosphere in our venue as well!

The Marino Brothers are AMAZING!!! We were so pleased with their services - we used Marino Brother's DJ's as well as the up-lighting. Our DJ's were Ryan and Jim - they kept the party going, we even extended their services towards the end of the night because our guests were having such a great time! Ryan and Jim knew exactly what to play to keep the dance floor full all night - they even had choreographed dances, you can tell they really enjoy their job. If you want to have a fun and memorable wedding, hire the Marino Brother's...you will NOT be disappointed!!!!

We chose Marino Brothers after multiple other family members had used them in the past and we had enjoyed their services. The owner was great, but our dj's in specific sounded a little laid back for our taste while talking the day before. Marino Brothers provides 2 DJ’s at each event for you, so one can pump up the crowd while the other controls music, and they’re quite entertaining. We didn't choose the dance floor lighting package but had uplights around the facility that were stunning - they did a wonderful job. Be sure to specify what songs you definitely want and don’t want. We made our list of 20 songs and didn’t end up hearing a few that we wanted, although our dance floor was PACKED the entire time regardless!

We had the Marino Brothers for our wedding in August as they had come highly recommended, my mother in law actually had been to a wedding with them there and raved about them. They are a lot more expensive compared to other DJs but my husband felt it was money well spent for how reputable they were. Unfortunately, they did not live up to the hype at our wedding. We were very organized and had made several lists of song requests (we had a line on our invites so everyone could pick a favorite and we sorted through them) as well as a "do not play" list and a list of some of our must plays as well. This might sound like a lot but I think we had under 10 songs for both except for the requests which were around maybe 25. Anyway come the day of the wedding they only played one song that we had requested during dinner of all times on top of it. That was it! They didn't play a single song anyone else requested. I will say they were conscious about the do not play list, but I told them to go ahead and play one of the songs because I felt bad they weren't playing anyone's requests. It really did suck because I at least wish they played a few songs that meant a lot to my husband and I. The selection of music they did play was pretty odd too, not anything popular or current, we recently watched our wedding video and heard more of what we had missed and it was a lot of weird song choices. I will say though that our DJs were very upbeat and nice, we were just very disappointed we didn't get anything we wanted out of them as far as music.

I had previously been to a wedding done by Marino Brothers in 2011 and was blown away by how entertaining and funny those DJ's were. When my wedding rolled around, I knew that I wanted them as my DJ. We had Steve & Jason as our DJ's. They were awesome!!! Marino Brothers allows you to choose your "Want" list and your "NO" list which was awesome! I did not have to allow my family/friends to suffer through the Chicken Dance or the YMCA. Phew! The music selections were absolutely perfect. Steve also made sure that enough Greek music was played so my family had ample time to do the traditional Greek dances! I am so thankful that I chose Marino Brothers as our DJ!!! Thank you for helping us celebrate and dance our night away!!!

The Marino Brothers are the definition of professionals. From the first time I spoke with them they were full of energy, and always made me feel pumped about my wedding. They know exctly how to throw a great party, and I am so glad I had them at my wedding. They kept my guests dancing all night, and I love the DJs have a blast doing what they do! This is the best DJs in the business, and everyone should use this amazing company!!

Horrible. I can't believe I spent 900 and they did not listen to a word I said. I wrote out a request list of 46 songs and they only played 6 of them. They also ignored me when I said I wanted to throw my bouquet and kept playing the songs they wanted to. So disappointed my cousin had them last year and they were great, it was the worst dj experience ever

Vince and Kevin did a fantastic job of keeping the guests dancing and having a great time! They were upbeat and lively and knew just what to play to get people out on the floor and dancing!

These guys were SO fun, professional, and knew how to read the crowd perfectly. They weren't afraid to tell me what they thought of some of my song choices in my "must play list" which I appreciated because they know what works better at a wedding than I do. All in all, everyone had a blast at our wedding and a big part of that was thanks to the Marino Brothers. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We hired the Marino Brothers for our DJ's at our February 2012 wedding after seeing them at a bridal show. My mother, maid of honor, and I went to the bridal show and due to my mother having a recent surgery she was not able to walk around the large venue without taking breaks. While I walked around with my maid of honor my mother sat and conveniently go to see the Marino brothers booth and got to see them in action. My mother told me we had to book them for our wedding due to how fun they were to just watch at the bridal show. We put our deposit down at the show and were told that we were the first to ever book them at a show before and they did not have a copy of their contract with them. The main DJ ran over to their hotel and came back with the contract and we were able to get them for our wedding. The staff we worked with were wonderful and very professional. Our family and friends were nothing but complimentary of our DJ's and the dance floor was filled the entire night. They played everything we specified and got our guests involved. They worked the crowd to cheer for my husband as the crowd voted for him to crawl during the garter toss to get over to me! The Cincinnati crew did a wonderful job and we could not have been more pleased with them!

They were awesome. I had Matt as my DJ and he was so great. Made the party happen, encouraging everyone to dance. What a great time. Love these guys.

I've been to many weddings and the dj really can make or break the times had! Thankfully, I attended 2 weddings with this specific company and knew right away that they would DJ my wedding! From setting everything up with Dave on the phone to dealing personally with my actual dj- it was perfect. They took all of the worry out of the music portion for me and kept my dance floor alive all night! I'd recommend this great company to anyone.

I spent a lot of time researching DJs because I have been to weddings where the DJ was horrible and it made for a long night. With that said I am so happy that I selected the Marino Brothers for our DJs! They were beyond helpful with planning and laying out the day the week before and made sure that I was happy with how the day was going to flow. They reassured me that they were going to make sure it was the day I wanted and promised me a great night so I had high expectations for them. I can honestly say they went above and beyond with planning out the events (bouquet toss, garter toss, etc), playing the right music, and keeping us and our guests dancing and entertained. Do yourself a favor and book the Marino Brothers for your wedding because as a bride it will be one less thing for you to worry about! And if you can request Dave because he was the perfect DJ!

They made my wedding day so fun and special

The price for our DJ was a little more than some others, but definitely worth it. Steve called us the week of the wedding and went over all of the details, including items we had not thought of. He also made a remix that we requested for our bridal entrance. Having 2 DJs to run the show definitely was helpful, especially during our arrival at the hall and during the traditions we had throughout the night. I would definitely recommend them to any wedding where people are looking to have a good time!

I absolutely LOVE the Marino Brothers! The owner is just a super great guy! You receive two DJ's who are as interactive and outgoing as you want. They are on the speakers dancing, and get out and dance with the crowd. One is taking care of the music while the other is taking care of the guests. They did an EXCELLENT job with the bridal party and kept a great flow of music going!HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Very decent prices as well!!!! Gave us great discounts. Thanks Marino Brothers!!!

I would happily recommend Marino Brothers to anyone looking for outgoing, professional DJ's for their wedding! The Marino Brothers are the DJ's that will keep EVERYONE on the guest floor the entire night. They adjust the music often to keep people entertained and excited about dancing. They knew how to work and read the guests and play music for everyone's interests! They were amazing. Words cannot express how happy I was with these DJ's. They send 2 people out to play your wedding and all of my guests complimented the DJ's and expressed how entertaining they were!

The Marino Brothers were AWESOME! They set a great tone for the whole reception and kept everyone on the dance floor. They were so much fun and we have been told by countless guests what a fun wedding it was. I know much can be attributed to the djs as they kept the pace going. My husband and I didn't worry at all the whole night about music or announcements as they took care of it all in advance and knew what they were doing. We came prepared to pay a fee for overtime and kept the party going later than planned!

I was told that the Marino Brothers were the best and the fact that they've been around for years was a true testament of that. They met and exceeded every expectation I/We had. I knew a few things that I wanted and a few things that I didn't want, but other than that I left it up to them and they took care of everything! The reception was non-stop dancing from the minute dinner was over! When it came time for the bouquet toss I had no idea where my toss bouquet was and they ran off and brought it right back to me. We even extended another hour at the end of the night because it was so wonderful. I am a firm believer that the DJ is a major component in making or breaking the reception and the Marino Brothers definitely helped make our reception so incredible. I would recommend to anyone at anytime!

I had seen the Marino Brothers fun wedding for my friend Kellie's marriage, but when they came to mine, they far exceeded my expectations. They kept my dance floor full until close. My biggest regret..not paying them to stay longer! Amazing team. You can't go wrong!

Our wedding DJs, Drew & Charlie, were fun, energetic & Drew was a great MC. I highly recommend the 2 DJ system. However, they did not play a lot of the music I requested. I sent them a list of about 30 songs I wanted to hear and think they played about 10 of them. For what I paid, I expected them to follow my request to a T. They did strictly follow my do not play list, which I appreciated.

Marino Bros has also done 2 other weddings in the family and the dance floor has been packed every time I've seen them. They paid close attention to how people reacted to music and if a song wasn't working, they changed it to get people back on the dance floor. Our DJ's even went to get me a drink from the bar because they didn't want me to have to leave the dance floor. They were a ton of fun. My only complaint was that we wanted my FIL to give a speech last, after the BM and MOH because he is an awesome speaker. The DJ argued this point with me until I agreed to have my FIL speak first and the BM last. It wasn't that big of a deal, but I felt like it was a conversation that didn't need to happen and he shouldn't have questioned what I wanted. Since our reception was in an outdoor tent, it did get hot throughout the night so there were times when people weren't dancing. The DJ found me and basically said that I was ruining the dancing because DH and I were talking and not dancing, he sternly told me that if he played my 'must have' songs, I had to dance to them. It was a 30 second convo and I forgot about it that night, but after a couple of weeks it does stick in my mind as another discussion that didn't need to happen.

Loved the Marino Brothers! Dave talked me through everything and answered all my questions. He was so much fun at the wedding and the guests had a great time!

They played a mixture of all different types of music! The DJs got the crowd going! Our dance floor was packed all night! We got so many compliments from our guests on what an awesome party it was! They helped make our wedding the talk of the town! :)

We had the Marino Brothers dj our May wedding. Our two djs were Adam and Burnsey (his nickname I guess). They did such a fabulous job! They were interactive but not too over the top. The entire night was a blast for everyone, we got many many compliments on "how fun our wedding was." They made sure to keep my husband and me in the loop as to what was going on and kept the reception moving along. Even though we did all the traditional dances (bridal party, mother-son, father-daughter, anniversary) the djs made sure that we had enough time for requests and all the regular dancing and fun. They even brought props which made pictures hysterical! I would highly highly recommend the Marino Brothers to anyone wanting a fun, upbeat wedding!

Mike Bonick was my DJ from Marino Brothers and he was GREAT! I sent in my information and I wanted the DJ to touch base with me since I had a few special things that I wanted to set up for my husband and I didn't want him to know. We talked for about 45 minutes and got all of the details ironed out and everything went off without a hitch. He checked with me if there was anytone that wanted something particular to make sure that I was OK with it. It was a great time. We danced all night. If Mike started to play a song that the crowd wasn't into he would immediately make the adjustments to get us back out on the dance floor. At one point a song started playing that we didn't know...he just daid..."im just kidding" and moved onto the next song. One of the older guests requested a Polka and he checked with me before playing one. He was AWESOME! I got everything I asked for!

Well hire the Marino Brothers. They will MC, DJ, and do crowd pumping for you. All at an affordable price. From start to finish in the process with them, you get to know your personal DJ's and by the time the night arrives - you know you are in good hands and you will have a great party. They had our crowd going until the last song. We could have went another hour with the way they DJ'd.

Have to give it to Marino Bros. They made the evening pumpin. Guests always remained on the dance floor with their endless selection of music. They did an outstanding job as MC, working effeciently prior to the wedding ensuring all details were correct and accurate pronunciation with bridal party names. Would use them again....absolutely!

The music at our wedding got everyone up and dancing - thanks to Marino Brothers DJs. The guys knew how to read the crowd and were able to play songs that everyone liked. They were even out dancing on the floor - and it was hilarious! A couple of days before, my DJ called to go over every aspect of the night from start to finish. It was exactly as we had discussed over the phone and it was fantastic! Although the price is slightly off-putting - they are WORTH IT!!!!

best djs out there! We have used the Marino brothers twice now--for both my wedding and my sisters and both times they have been excellent. By far the best dj I have seen at a wedding. They are energetic, fun, and they know how to keep a party going! People are still talking at how good they were. They really listen to what the client wants and are FANTASTIC to work with. If you want a great party use them!

These DJs are very interactive and knew how to have a good time!

Once they receive your deposit you receive a book in mail that you can select songs and also allow you to make a list of your favorite songs. They call to go over the names and times, i did not have to set up a meeting with them and did not meet them until i was about to be introduced. I was totally ok with that because of my busy schedule and all the other planning that is involved. Only downfall with them is that we had to remind them of the bouquet and guarder toss and a lot of the songs we requested were not played until the end of the night or when there was no dancing going on yet. We still loved the music they played and was happy with the whole evening. They are extremely nice people and that is always my number 1 when finding someone to work with. Makes my stress level not so high :)

This was the best part of the our reception. The two DJ's were great. The music was in a good order and the dance floor was always crowded. Ask for DJ Ryan. He made sure our night went exactly the way we wanted it to. If there was anything wrong that night he took care of it. They were very entertaining and I would recommend this company to anyone.

The two DJs that we had were phenomenal! They listened to everything that I wanted and added in what kept the party going. They were very professional did an amazing job. We received several compliments from guest weeks later about our DJ and were told 'it was the best DJ they have seen at a wedding' and my husband and I felt the same way!

Best DJ's ever, I know they are good because my family has been using them for years. They were the DJ's and all my aunts weddings which I have 6 and my brothers also. They know how to do there jobs and they are the best around.

So you know how everyone feels the DJs are so important b/c you want to get people on the dance floor... these guys were the best!!!!! They truly are into their jobs and it shows!!! I first experienced the Marino Bros at my girlfriends wedding and after that I told my boyfriend, at the time, that when we get married we are having them I dont care! He said OK so when he finally purposed to me they were the first thing I pretty much booked. They are awesome, they get everyone on their feet and its an all out party. Drew and Josh, our DJs from Marino Brothers were AWESOME! They got the party started and kept it going all night. They took requests from guests, including showing us tons of their awesome dance moves. Everyone from the wedding can't stop talking about how great the DJs were!

I went to 4 weddings this year, including my own. I was the only one who had an involved DJ and it made all the difference. The dance floor was packed up until the last dance because of these DJ's. IF you want a memorable night full of dancing and laughter, YOU HAVE TO GO WITH THE MARINO BROTHERS!!! WORTH EVERY PENNY

DJ Mike and Rocko were everything we could have imagined for our wedding. They kept playing music that kept people on the dance floor. Our dance floor was packed until midnight and many people told us they had never seen so many people on the dance floor and have never been to a wedding that so many people stayed the entire time. They played all different kinds of music which was awesome for our crowd. Two of my friends ended up booking them for their weddings next year. If you are looking for a DJ they are awesome and I couldn't have imagined anything better :)

These Dj's were absolutely amazing! They kept the dance floor full all night and played the best music! They kept the part going and even joined into the dancing!

Marino Brothers were absolutely fantastic! The music choices were perfect and logically progressed through the night beginning with choices that were pleasing to all generations and ending with a mix of current music. The DJs would also randomly break out some dance routines and props like giant sunglasses as the night wore on. We received many compliments and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

He was very clear on instructions. He allowed us to select all the music of our choice and was very accommodating. He gave us a burnt copy of the cd selection from our dinner hour as a keep-sake!;He charged an extra $100 for each additional half-hour over his contracted time, which is really steep! He should consider that he and his DJ partner were getting gratuity on top of all the charges!

He was fun. Picked some really fun and was very entertaining.

They called a couple days before the wedding to finalize everything and explain to me in what order we would do everything.They explained if my husband & I needed anything done during the reception (even lights,temputure adjusted) go to them, and they would do the running around for us. And they made the party fun. They had a lot of energy and enthusiasm. They did great!

They were fun and played a good variety of music.;Didn't play a few things that were specifically requested and when I requested them at the reception I had to wait several songs for them to play.

Our DJ's were amazing! We had the best time ever! Everyone commented on what a great time they had. Everyone was dancing! I hate most wedding music, so they stayed away from it, but left some traditional songs that I o.k'd. It felt like a huge party and not like any other wedding I went to. They were happy that I gave them a list of songs to ban that they play at every wedding. But they were happy to do whatever I wanted as well! I am hoping to hire them for just a regular party! They were incredible!

They kept the crowd moving and really paid attention to what was getting and keeping people on the dance floor. We had several compliments about the DJ choice.

DJ's make or break your reception. People wont dance if there isn't a 'party' atmospher going. Marino Bros. had the party going until the place closed. The only time people weren't dance was during dinner. They had all the music we selected, added a great selection to ours, and kept it going for everyone!;Bring extra cash for them to extend their time because you'll want it!

They were very easy to work. They called about a week before the wedding to go over all the details and make sure that they pernounced all the names correctly. They really made it a fun atmosphere and got everyone involved. They were really good about not playing things that we didn't want played.;They book up really quickly!!
