Marisa Kinney Photography

id our photos come out incredibly we came out with a new friend! Having her alongside us for the day was an absolute joy. She was such a fun and positive energy and truly made the day even more magical. Thanks to her we have memories to last a lifetime! Cannot wait for her to take so many more of our milestone photos! XO

ted, and overall just made everything so easy going and fun. She has the best personality and is so good at what she does. Our photos came out absolutely stunning and perfect, I would recommend her to anyone for any big event! This girl knows what she’s doing and I am so glad we chose her to be a part of our special day!

o work with, quick to get back to a text or an email and truly makes taking pictures a breeze. She took our engagement photos and our wedding photos and we plan on using her again as we grow our family. Our wedding day was a 100° day in June and looking at all of our pictures, you couldn’t tell that we were sweating like crazy!! Marisa never complained about the heat either, she sweat right along with us! Her editing skills are amazing. Her photos are natural looking and very “clean” which is what I loved the most about her! Use her! She’s the best!!

any friends recommend her over the years, so we knew she was the first vendor we needed to lock down! Marisa is professional, flexible, and most importantly, easy to work with! She was willing to meet in person for coffee so that we could get to know each other and plan ahead of time for all of the “what-ifs” that inevitably happen on your big day. Marisa didn’t just take our picture - she made us laugh and truly have fun during our time together. Our friends and family have told us that the moments Marisa captured for us are a genuine reflection of who we are and our wedding day! The wedding package we purchased was reasonably priced, and it included an engagement photo shoot. Marisa also provided a significant discount for paying in full. Marisa’s editing style and the quality of her work are different from so many photoshoots we have seen flood our social media feeds over the years, and she was quick to deliver a sneak peak to us within 24 hours of our wedding. We feel so lucky to have Marisa in our lives and can’t recommend her enough!

cially on our wedding day. Our wedding pictures are absolutely stunning and Marissa truly captured the love and magic we felt on the biggest day of our lives. She created an environment that allowed us to be our true creative selves. We had so much fun capturing the day together! We are so grateful to have crossed paths with Marissa and would highly recommend her services to anyone. We can’t thank Marissa enough for being such a huge part of the best day of our lives and for making the experience nothing short of incredible for us.

st photos we've ever had captured of family members! The experience of working with her is also something my husband and I will never forget. She makes you feel like you've been friends for forever and so comfortable! We're immensely grateful that we booked her!!!

rk with throughout the entire process. From engagement pictures to the wedding day, there was constant communication and updates. She couldn't have made our big day any easier for us!

for anything more! She is a delight to have in your special moments and she fits into the day like an old friend. On our sunny 80+ degree day she kept the mood light, the portraits quick(while still capturing literally EVERYTHING) and her editing combined with it all… it’s just a dream. She was in constant communication and was incredibly helpful when putting together the timeline of our day to make sure we had time to capture everything we wanted. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else for your wedding! *it isn't allowing me to upload pictures but her Instagram is always up to date and has great shots featured*

rtless and fun. She is always responsive and works so hard to get edited pictures out in a timely manner. We have continued to use Marisa for all our professional photo needs and highly recommend her!

me out amazing!! Marisa responds quickly to every text and email, is flexible, and got our galleries back to us as quickly as possible! I would highly recommend Marisa to any couple.

vening to discuss our options and how we could move forward with booking her in such a short timeframe. Even though we didn’t get to meet Marisa in person until our wedding day, she immediately felt like a close friend. Her bubbly and warm personality made us feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. We’d recommend her to anyone and look forward to working with her again in the future!

umble persona. We loved her light and natural style that brought out the best in me and my husband, as camera shy as we are on our wedding day and for our engagement photos. Thank you Marisa for capturing the best day ever and providing us reminders for forever!

ng your picture taken. Cannot recommend enough!

perience and it was so effortless and fun to work with her. Admittedly as the bride and groom who had never had professional photos done before, we were both a little nervous, but Marisa made it so easy for us every step of the way. Her second shooter, Brielle, was also fantastic to work with. They really were like our own personal hype squad and it made us feel so comfortable and really enjoy the experience. Outside of just her skills as a photographer, Marisa is genuinely one of the kindest human beings ever and we feel so fortunate that we were able to snag her as our wedding photographer! Cannot recommend Marisa Kinney Photography enough!!!

huge fan of organized photos but was laughing and *jumping* in photos for Marisa. She was communicative, helpful, soooo kind, the most fun and we are so glad we used her for our wedding day. We know we found a photographer for life in her!

with a good friend. It's almost impossible to pick our favorites from all the photos. From the first coffee date with Marisa to the post-wedding delivery, she was kind, supportive, and so excited for us. You will not go wrong with her by your side for your big day!

e. I thought this would just be a quick check-in, but we ended up chatting for over 1.5 hours! She is very easy to get along with and is a ray of sunshine. On our wedding day Marisa and her second photographer Holly were patient, up-beat, and helpful. They provided poses for my husband and I (who honestly are awkward in front of a camera) and helped direct family and friends for photos. It is too soon after the wedding to have our full gallery, but just from the sneak peek shots that Marisa has sent, I can tell that the gallery will be gorgeous and perfect. She captured all of the moments we wanted, from big to small and her eye for lighting and color is unmatched. We had a wonderful experience with Marisa and I would think any couple would be missing out if they don't book her for their wedding.

the second I got off the phone with Marisa for the first time, I knew she was the right fit. Oh boy, did she deliver! I have been a part of many weddings, and I've never worked with a photographer who has a better grasp on people management and professionalism. Marisa knew how to lead our families, wedding party, etc. with clear direction while making the process enjoyable for everybody. Countless people came up to me and remarked on how wonderful she was. This is not to mention the HUGE number of beautiful photos we received after our wedding. She captured every single moment and truly embodied our vision and the joy of our day. Several friends/bridesmaids who are getting married in the near future have said they would go out of their way to hire Marisa, after working with her and seeing her work. I could go on and on, but nobody wants to read a full essay. You need to hire Marisa! She's the best!

loved working with her for our engagement session and our wedding! She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera and we LOVE how the pictures turned out! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer!

edding. As someone who is very camera shy, she has made it so easy and relaxed for us!!! It felt like it was a friend following us and hyping us up all day! She was so flexible with our first wedding being canceled to Rescheduling. I haven’t received my photos just yet (just had the wedding) from the wedding, however from all of the other photo sessions with Marisa, I know they will be nothing but amazing 💕💕 Don’t hesitate to book with her!!!

e captured everything perfectly, she made everyone feel amazing and comfortable. There is no awkward guessing how to pose she placed everyone perfectly and even hyped us up the whole time. She didn’t bat an eye at our large bridal party and even larger family photos, she made sure we got photos with every person and combination on our list and did it efficiently so our families could enjoy cocktail hour. We are absolutely thrilled by the quality of the photos we received and our families cannot stop raving about them. Our only problem is that we can’t narrow down our favorites for an album (a pretty good problem to have). My husband and I loved working with Marisa and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

there was no need to look any further. We instantly felt a connection and I was captivated by her energy and spirit. I knew I wanted her to be a huge part of our wedding day (as well as become best friends)! Haha she made every detail of the planning so easy for me/us and I can’t thank her enough! Our engagement session further supported the realization that things were going to be perfect and we were in the best possible hands with her. I am beyond grateful for the attention to detail…she helped me with my timeline/day-of planning because I was clueless and even met me for dinner to discuss things to take away the stress!! Then the big day came and I knew no matter what, she would bring your calm, positive spirit with her and all would be good. Everyone could feel it and for my bridemaids (most of whom already loved her from their own maternity shoots) couldn’t speak highly enough of her either. Marisa captured everything I could have thought of and more and listened to every ask/request I had that day. Her work is incredible and Marisa, as a person, is equally as incredible! I have/will continue to recommend her to anyone I know because gaining a friend out of a photographer is just as amazing as her work!

ery length to make sure she captures the best moments of your special day. She was very responsive and reached out about details and gave ideas, when needed. We cannot recommend her enough for all of your photography needs!

have everything you need! Her love language is COFFEE so we got along great! Wedding days are stressful so having someone you can count on is important. We couldn’t thank Marisa enough for all she did in our wedding day!

and made the day go so smoothly. She even took us out for drinks before the big day to meet beforehand! And in addition, her photos are absolutely stunning.

he camera. Marisa always responds to questions in a reasonable time frame and has even helped us with planning by recommending other wedding vendors she has worked with in the past. We are so thankful to have her as our wedding photographer and plan to use her for all of our future photography needs!

met her over coffee that she was the PERFECT person to capture our big day. Not only is her work flawless, but her personality is what sold us on making her our photographer. She was fun, energetic, and kept our wedding party of 18 engaged the entire time! (Which is not an easy task!) Not to mention the days leading up to our wedding she was SO helpful and thoughtful with our timeline AND treated me to dinner, which made the planning period that much more fun and less stressful! Not only did I score the BEST photographer, but I gained an amazing friend out of the deal. I would recommend Marisa 1000x if I could! Best wedding investment that we made!

tures to the most efficient day-of timeline! She made pictures fun and relaxing and took the stress out of it all! She was incredibly professional, and we couldn't have asked for a better photographer to capture our day! Highly recommend!

y from the second I first contacted her and couldn't have been more delightful and personable to work with. Even if you aren't photogenic (as my husband and I were not), she will direct you through every single pose and will make you feel amazing about yourselves. Marisa photographed our engagement and wedding photos and they were absolutely breathtaking! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to capture the most amazing day of our lives. I went into the process simply looking for a photographer and I came out with not only the most beautiful pictures I could have ever asked for, but I also gained a new best friend. Marisa is truly a beautiful person inside and out and I cannot suggest her enough. Now we are just waiting for the future to have her capture our pregnancy and newborn photos!

comfortable and confident the entire time! Our photos came out amazing. She just shot our wedding a few days ago, but our experience was just as amazing! Marisa is so kind, fun and energetic; she truly is a pleasure to work with. We are so excited to see how our wedding photos turn out, but we already know they will be phenomenal! Booking Marisa was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We can't wait to use her again!

eople you will ever meet. We loved her! Photos turned out great! Would not recommend anyone else!

ng. Marisa has a true gift for photography and makes it so much fun. Anyone would be crazy not to choose her for their event! Will absolutely go to her for any photo sessions for the future.
