Mark Allen Jewelers

y like some jewelers can be. I felt so at ease shopping at Mark Allen Jewelers. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for fine jewelry. My ring is absolutely beautiful. Felicia asked the most helpful questions to help me create the perfect ring. It is everything I imagined. She also was respectful of my budget while still offering insightful guidance to modify the ring to exactly what I was envisioning.

s started off with excitement but quickly showed signs of carelessness. My fiancée was never sized before the ring was ordered, which resulted in the ring needing to be resized right after pick-up—something we expected a professional jeweler to handle from the beginning. While the store presents a polished image, the service fell short once the transaction was completed. Communication became inconsistent, and it was clear that the warmth we received as buyers faded once payment was made. When we pointed out an issue with pricing versus the online listing, it took effort on our part to get it acknowledged and corrected. One of the most unsettling parts of the experience happened when I returned to pick up the rings. The owner raised his voice, pointed at me, and said, “I’m warning you here,” then walked off without explanation. It was uncomfortable, inappropriate, and felt like a complete reversal from how I was treated as a buyer. We were never looking for perfection, just a level of care and professionalism that matches the emotional significance—and financial investment—of buying wedding jewelry. If you’re considering Mark Allen Jewelers, I’d strongly encourage doing your research, reading all reviews, and asking detailed questions up front. We’ve since seen how other local jewelers, like E.R. Sawyer, consistently respond to their customers and show appreciation for all feedback. That kind of attention goes a long way, and it’s something we wish we had experienced here.

none I've ever seen and I've done my research. The service is impeccable and Mark is a really great guy to work with. I will definitely go back there for any other jewelry purposes.

pick out our wedding bands. He didn't try to push us into buying anything but gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision. Mark and his staff are very friendly and made us feel comfortable.
