I found one of Mark's rings on Pinterest, after I'd been looking for wedding bands for months. My fiancé and I are in New York, and they promptly replied to my inquiry, and immediately arranged to send two different sample rings for me to try on in person. They arrived the next day (and were of course stunning) and once I made my decision, they were quick in beginning the process of creating my ring....which arrived just a couple weeks later! Such a pleasure to work with all of the them, and couldn't be more pleased with the gorgeous, unique wedding band they created for me. Thank you!!!

While most couples go ring shopping and the guy has a certain set of standards to choose by, I was in a very different situation where my fiancé wanted a complete surprise with everything; the ring, the engagement, the timing, the location. Of course I had to find this out from a secondary source, but it led to a more than stressful month for me to try to learn everything there is about diamonds and the four c's, engagement rings, styles, etc. It was pretty painful for me to shop around Los Angeles and look for something perfect for the perfect girl, but it was all so far out of my budget. Not only that, but I felt like all the merchants in the Jewelry District were trying to pin me down to a deal and I never saw something I really wanted, just stuff that might suffice. They all seemed desperate to keep me there until I was sold on something. I was pretty done with ring shopping when we were walking by Mark's place, but my sisters convinced me it was worth a last look before we really decided what we were going to get. While I had felt so mediocre about all the other designs I had seen, I really fell in love with everything I was seeing there. Ashley was also super helpful and never tried to push me into anything, even though I was loving all the designs there. I really really wanted something unique that nobody else would have, and something big enough to show her that it was a huge sacrifice for me, but that she was more than worth it. I ended up seeing one that really spoke to me, but was way out of my price range. After thinking about it for just one night I was sold on that ring and I ended up seeing Mark the next day. Instead of trying to barter, I brought him all the ceiling of what I had to offer, which was almost double what my original budget was (it really wasn't much), and I almost expected to be laughed out of there with not a lot to offer for such a nice place, but Mark seriously hooked me up with exactly what I wanted. He was able to make the perfect ring and find a stone that was twice as good as I had originally expected to get. He's super honest and is the only jeweler I'll being seeing from here on out. I've wanted the nicest ring for the perfect girl since I was a kid, and even though I didn't see it when I paid for it (I'd only given him a description of what I wanted and the money to do it with), he exceeded my expectations and also the expectations of my fiancé. She absolutely loves it because it's the perfect ring for her. Thanks again Mark! I'll be back soon for the wedding band!
