Mark did the wedding photography for my husband and I a couple of months ago, and we couldn't be happier with the work that he did! He got amazing shots of the entire day--from the preparations before the ceremony to the last moments of the reception. He was a lot of fun to work with and did outstanding work for a reasonable price. He also did an wonderful job editing our photos and customizing everything to our specific requests. If you choose Mark to do your wedding, you definitely won't regret it. I can't recommend him highly enough!
During such a stress filled day it was so nice not to worry about anything regarding the photography. Mark and his team were very professional, took control of everything and had great ideas for our photos! We love every photo and the only hard part is picking our favorite!!
Mark did an absolutely incredible job photographing my wedding earlier this year. He was professional, reliable and SO talented. He has given us memories that will will cherish forever. Thank you Mark
I highly recommend Mark. He was very creative with our pictures and we were able to get some wonderful photos that I know the chain photographers would not have gotten us for our wedding. He worked very hard for us all day and for a very reasonable price too!
Mark did my daughter's wedding photos and seemed bored through the entire day. He was usually standing around watching and didn't take any initiative to stage photos or look for great photo ops. For example, he totally missed the bride's grandfather singing a solo, a photo we would have loved to have. And the venue we were at had a pump organ that was gorgeous and very unusual. He didn't get a shot of it either. When he lined people up for the usual family photos on the altar, he didn't bother to put them so it would look pleasing (same number on each side, etc.).
All in all, it was very disappointing. If you're just looking for a great price, then he may be the one for you. But if you're looking for special moments, he sure isn't.
Mark worked the entire day - Even through the dancing at the reception.
Did a great job capturing the memories.
I heard about Mark through a woman at my dad's work. He had recently done her wedding and he came highly recommended. She gave me the link to her pictures on his website, and I was blown away. The pictures have such great detail. Another thing I really liked about his photos was that a third of the gallery wasn't taken up by the mainstream family pictures and ceremony pictures. He definitely came up with some incredible ideas that look fantastic on camera. I booked him as soon as possible for our wedding this past June, and I'm so glad we did. He was very easy to work with and does have an extra photographer that can be on hand for an extra fee (believe me, so worth it! - she ended up getting detailed shots while he took the bigger picture portraits throughout the day). Combined together, we got a DVD with all the photos to use as we pleased. Definitely not something you can get included in your package at most places. He did such a fantastic job during our wedding that a few friends of ours in the wedding party asked for his contact information the next day for their upcoming weddings. Book him now...he's word of mouth, but his calendar will definitely fill up quick with my friends alone! :)
I could not be happier with our wedding pictures! My husband and I put together a relatively low budget wedding and did not want to spend more than $1000 on pictures. Even that much made us cringe! We ended up finding our photographer on Craigslist, and we are SO glad we did! Our photography package ended up including all day services and over 500 pictures that we got on DVD with copyrights - all for $800! Mark was really easy to work with and very accommodating of our schedule requests. We wanted to do our guy-only and girl-only pictures before the ceremony and all family and whole wedding party pictures during the cocktail hour (one hour in between the ceremony and reception) so that we (the bride and groom) wouldn't see each other before the ceremony. Other photographers said that it would not be enough time, but Mark was very flexible and promised that he could make it work. And he did! Also, he was willing to come at any point in the day to do getting ready pictures and other things like that, and he stayed until the very end of the reception. Such a great value - my suggestion is that you book him now because I can only imagine that once he gets more well-known, he will be raising his prices!
