and saying hello, to him always somehow popping up exactly when I needed him and then seeming to disappear like a ghost whenever I did not need him, yet he was still there, capturing every moment. He is such a warm, friendly, nice person, you feel like you've known him all your life when he arrives! He and his second photographer were on top of all of the shots we wanted and confirmed with us multiple times that we'd gotten all the shots we needed. Genuinely a wonderful person and I am so happy to have gotten to work with him!

uldn't cover our wedding. I found Mark online and what I loved about his work was he was able to capture the feeling and mood of the wedding. We did not hire a videographer but hiring Mark is 2-for-1. Every photo really captured our wedding vibe and our family dynamic. I also hired Mark for our cultural ceremony two days ahead (Henna) for a few hours. I am happy I did that because he was able to capture the essence of that ceremony as well and we had beautiful photos from there. I highly recommend Mark and definitely recommend checking out his website for his photo portfolio. He does an excellent job of doing a storytelling approach to photography.

day, it was a Minimony at the Copley Fairmont during COVID, and we had the whole place to ourselves. Mark is very familiar with the Fairmont, so we went to all the different ballrooms and hallways to take photos. He did a great mix of formal and informal photos and was easygoing and fun to work with. The photos were available within a few weeks and they are GORGEOUS. We could not be happier with them. And his rates are very reasonable. We highly recommend Mark!!

inflexible and he made it very difficult for us to make the already challenging decision to postpone our wedding. We planned to work with Mark for our June 2021 wedding. Mark completed our engagement photo session a few months before the pandemic shut down. We found him to be awkward and provided little guidance or feedback throughout the session making my fiancé and I both felt awkward and we feel like it definitely shows in the pictures. We ended up having to edit his photos to make one usable for our save the dates. We reached out to Mark 6 months prior to our planned wedding date to explain to him that we were concerned about needing to postpone the wedding. He told us we would work together to find a new date. We coordinated with our venue and other vendors and sent Mark at least 3 potential dates that worked for our family and our other vendors. Mark replied that he was “booked out for Saturday’s in 2021” and that he wouldn’t be able to do any of the dates we presented. We told him our venue could not make a go or no go decision until 2 months before the June data due to uncertainty on Covid restrictions. He then agreed to follow suit with the venue and make a final decision 2 months prior to the wedding date. Nevertheless, despite numerous contacts and communications with Mark, he would continuously send us “breach of contract” notice. When I asked about it, he told me to ignore them. We tried to maintain an open dialogue with Mark. We felt that he would say one thing to us on the phone and then contradict that in a future email. We were already discouraged by our wedding being called off not by us but by the state not allowing our wedding on the original contract date. We felt trapped by the contract and by his unwillingness to work with us. We decided to terminate the contract with him. I know this is one bad review of his many positive ones, but we felt it was important to share our personal experiences.

kly to our inquiry about his services and chatted with us over the phone within a few days to get more information on what we were looking for. He checked in throughout the time between that call and the ceremony to make sure he understood our needs and that we felt comfortable. He even made sure his fee reflected our actual needs on the day as opposed to purely charging us based on the fact we were getting married. On our actual elopement day, he made us feel at ease. He was on time, kind, warm, and funny. It was like we had known him for years even though we had only met him in person on that day. We had flown to Boston to elope as just the two of us, so we were able to capitalize on our mobility to take pictures in several beautiful spots around the city as well as in our hotel. It was honestly a great time and will be a fond memory for years to come. I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Mark, but will recommend him to any and all who are looking for a photographer in the Boston area. He is a consummate professional and made our special day that much more perfect.

He was very personable and easy going which made our wedding day go smooth and stress free. these photos to be different than my “usual” pictures. I wanted genuine emotions captured without having to pose for every picture all day. It was so much better being able to relax and have him do what he loves doing , which is capturing raw and genuine moments of the our day. They came out gorgeous. Mark blended in seamlessly with our wedding guests and his calming, easy-going presence was a cherished part of our wedding weekend. Mark gave us the greatest gift in being our wedding photographer and we are so grateful for the stunning photographs he created. Thank you Mark, for everything! We are forever grateful to you!

ark has such a gift for capturing moments, making people feel relaxed and was very reasonably priced. He also got us our photos very quickly. We hired Mark for an engagement session about six months before our wedding and for the three days of events the weekend of our wedding. He’s jovial, talented, organized, very experienced, and captured moments we didn’t even realize he was getting. Looking over my wedding photos, I can literally feel the happiness emanating from them. And as someone who doesn’t feel she’s particularly photogenic, he captured photos of me, my husband and our guests that made us look like celebrities!

He scouted out the best spot for our first look when I hadn’t thought about it, stood outside in a snowstorm in the dark to get my dreamed of snowy picture, and helped wrangle our large family like a pro!
