Mark Diamond Music

We had the absolute pleasure of having Mark Diamond and the Milestone band play our wedding and they were the best part of the night! Our venue was acoustic-only and we were really nervous about finding a band that could perform a wide range of music and still get folks up and dancing even with the noise constraints. As soon as we talked to Mark, we knew we were in good hands--he is calming, hilarious, and so accommodating. He learned our song and at our request, even changed up some lyrics of our favorite songs to personalize them for family. He and his band are incredibly talented- they kept everyone on their feet all night long and so many of our guests told us they were the best wedding band they had ever heard! Their music was so amazing that we couldn't even tell that it was "unplugged." We can't imagine our wedding without them! Thank you, Mark and band!!

We highly recommend The Milestone Band for your wedding! They were an incredible addition to our wedding day. We booked the 3 piece jazz trio for cocktail hour and 6 piece band including one brass player (saxophone) for our reception. All of our wedding guests couldn’t stop raving about them and our dance floor was full the entire night! They were extremely talented, fun and exceeded all of our expectations. Mark was courteous, flexible and responsive to all of our requests and questions. He went above and beyond selecting music for our night, introducing us and introducing our special dances. We are hoping to book them again for our next party!

Mark and his band were all around so great to work with and most of all put on a great show at our wedding! Our guests were literally chanting “one more song” at the end of the wedding! So many people have reached out to ask me where I found these guys and to tell me how impressed they were. I worked with Mark to curate a very particular list of songs that I felt would be a great fit for our wedding which had a wide range of ages and musical taste. Mark was super helpful in this process and was very flexible in the approach to choosing the music, which he offers more than 1000 songs to choose from! Can’t say enough about Mark and his band. 10/10!

Stop now if you are searching for the perfect event music! Mark Diamond and his band performed a jazz set on the patio during hors dourves. Then, they led my wedding guests in a night of revelry and dancing. (As my son, a jazz musician, advised: get a jazz band that can also play rock!) Except for a few of my choices, I left the playlist up to his discretion. IT WAS PERFECT! In addition, working with Mark on preparations was seamless. We consulted via phone. He understood my intentions for both the hors dourves and the dance portions. All my guests commented that “it was the best band” they had experienced at an event. A fabulous time was had by all.

Working with Mark and the Milestone Band for our wedding was the best. True professionals. These cats can play. Mark made the whole process fun and made you feel heard. They have a huge catalog of songs to choose from that suit our style of music, very groovin. The things this group did to make the night special were so great from being able to keep a hora rocking 15 minutes to being super flexible with set flow due to unexpected delays (guest transport issues). Did I mention that they simply rock at their craft? Every musician brought something unique to the table while playing as a total cohesive unit. Before the night started I wanted to be friends with Mark and the group. I could not recommend more!

Mark Diamond was the first person to call me when I started looking for live music for my wedding and it honestly would've saved me a ton of time and headache if I had just immediately booked with him. But there are a lot of good musicians out there and we originally weren't sure which direction to go with the music so we weighed our options and attempted to book with someone else. Flash forward two weeks before the wedding and I've been talking with this other musician for a week or two trying to get demos that were promised, sign a contract, and pay and they seem unreachable half of the time. Finally three days go by and I haven't heard from this woman so I call Mark up and tell him I'd much rather go with him. He says, "no problem", finds musicians playing the exact instruments I want and even works with me on the price. He then put in a few hours over several conversations with me over the next week just to make sure everything will be perfect. Mark and his network of musicians are very talented and absolutely professional. The day of the wedding, there was a lot of nonsense with the caterers and other hired help but Mark and his crew were amazing. Everyone complimented my wife and me about our choice of music. He's also just a great guy and a pleasure to work with.

We hired Mark’s band, Def Trio, for our wedding reception and our guests are still talking about it, almost a month later! It was an absolute blast. The entire band is extremely talented and read the crowd really well. We seriously can not thank Mark and his team enough for making our evening so special & memorable. Not to mention they were also very professional, prompt, and accommodating. Look no further if you want an amazing band to add to your day!!!

I met Mark at a friend's wedding and got a chance to chat with him during cocktail hour. My wife and I had just started the wedding planning process and got his card. The music and band that night was incredible, we were immediately sold! We reached out to Mark a few weeks later and from the first steps Mark was professional and organized. We talked a few times before the wedding to get prepared/logistics. The night of the wedding went perfect and a lot of our guests mentioned how great the band was! We highly recommend Mark!

The music was awesome! We got the 5-peice band for our wedding and everyone was loving the bands energy and sound. Mark was very responsive and on top of things before the event with communication and on the day. They know what they are doing and they rocked the house! Even learned traditional Jewish songs for our Hora!

We hired Mark Diamond/The Milestone Band for our wedding in September and were so impressed by them. My spouse and I were cringing over all the popstar style wedding bands we were finding in Denver. Mark and his band are just seriously amazing musicians with great taste in music. We had Van Morrison, Johnny Cash, Radiohead played at our wedding, etc. They even learned a Sharon Van Etten song for us, and we kind of liked their version better. Even though we had a small wedding, they were still able to keep the energy up, and we had a pretty good dance floor going. Mark was also extremely kind and professional in all his interactions and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend them and opting for the saxophone!

Mark and his Milestone band played at our acoustic only wedding venue for our ceremony, an afternoon of socializing, and a night of dancing. They were very professional, easy to work with, and are all incredibly talented musicians who had no trouble delivering a fantastic outdoor acoustic wedding experience. They even made our wedding dance extra special by taking the initiative to learn an additional song from the same album we’d chosen to dance from and segueing from that first dance into the rest of the night in style. We would absolutely hire Mark again for future events.

Mark and his band absolutely crushed it at our wedding. There were some sound restrictions they had to comply with and it was absolutely flawless. The repertoire selection is just as impressive. My husband and I hired Mark’s musicians and his band, the Milestone (5 piece band), for our wedding in Colorado this past August. Not only did Mark provide the band, The Milestone, for our amazing wedding reception but he also provided musicians for our Ceremony and Cocktail Hour and Mark himself played in all 3 events! Mark is a jack of all trades and I couldn’t imagine working with anyone else on our big day. Not only did we work with Mark to coordinate and manage all 3 events, but he also provided song recommendations, had several planning phone calls with us leading up to our wedding, coordinated a song with my sister as she sang while I walked down the aisle during the ceremony, played in all 3 events, helped MC when the bridal party entered the wedding reception room and passed off the mic in-between speeches during dinner! Mark is very professional, personable, organized, prompt, experienced, wonderful to work with, and is an amazing musician. He made us feel very comfortable from day 1 and instantly earned our trust to perform all music for our wedding. The Milestone were a huge hit at our wedding reception and guests were talking about the band for several days after! The dance floor was packed with friends and family dancing all night and our guests didn’t want the music to end! Mark’s band has over 1,000 songs to choose from, and they even learned 1 new song for our wedding reception which was a blast! In fact, my best friend loved Mark and the band so much that her and her husband booked The Milestone for their wedding in Colorado this April 2022. We are so excited for this wedding and can’t wait to see Mark and The Milestone again! We would highly recommend Mark Diamond Music / The Milestone for any events, especially weddings, as they are the best and Mark is great to work with, so look no further!

Wow! What a class act. Mark Diamond and the Milestone Band single handedly made our wedding an unforgettable event. They are so versatile, playing Van Morrison during cocktail hour, Miles Davis during dinner and Led Zeppelin during the reception. All our guests commented that the band was the highlight of the night. I would recommend Mark time and time again. Thank you so much!

I don't know how to express how perfect Mark Diamond was for us. The venue we chose was acoustic only, and honestly, I was pretty concerned about how the music would turn out. My wife is not big on dancing/party scene, but part of me was really bummed that we wouldn't have a packed and energetic dance floor. My groomsmen were equally bummed when I told them we would be having an acoustic band. I COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! Mark Diamond and his band absolutely rocked. The dance floor was rocking all night, everyone was signing and dancing as if there was a traditional dj and then some. My friends still won't shut up about the music and how amazing it was, and my best man will forever utter the phrase "I still can't believe how hard that dude on the bass rocked acoustic bohemian rhapsody." Beyond that though, Mark is clearly a very experienced professional. The little touches he added made the night so memorable. The calm and chill energy he brought to EVERY single conversation and interaction made us trust him from day one. He knew when to push on things that would make a real difference and when to go with the flow/our requests. We had a Jewish wedding as well, and Mark and the band can absolutely do an acoustic Horah justice! He cracked jokes, he felt the room and played the right songs at the right time, and he understood exactly what we wanted/always asked the important questions to make sure we were on the exact same page. He was worth every penny and then some. He's one cool cat, and I am beyond grateful that he was part of that magical night.

Mark was absolutely fantastic to work with as we planned our wedding! He was so flexible with our requests, and I truly felt like he was invested in helping us make the day as perfect as possible. He bent over backwards to accommodate us, and was a really great communicator--he checked in just frequently enough to address everything and tie up loose ends. On the actual wedding day, he was professional but was still absolutely genuine and personable. For the half of the wedding that I wasn't spending dancing, I was talking to my friends and family who were complementing the band and song choice for the event! I would 10000000% recommend!

We were about a week and a half away from the wedding when we were told that the our music coordinators would not be able to work for our wedding. I was stressed and my fiance and I desperately searched for someone who would not be busy on June 1st, a popular saturday for June weddings. My fiance contacted Mark and he was able to work with us and pulled together a music selection and a band that made our wedding just perfect! It seemed as though we had planned the music for months and every one of our guests were so impressed. In the end it turned out for the better that our other band fell through. Mark and his guys were so talented and helped make our day so special and stress free:)
