ut jewelry design went above and beyond the other jewelers we visited. Mark and Kelly were able to work with us to customize the perfect engagement ring that fit our needs and expectations. They lent us their time and expertise and taught us everything we needed to know and assured us that our ring was one of a kind. We love the detail and design work that went into the ring. We have raved about our perfect ring to friends and family and have gotten many compliments every where we go. We are extremely happy and excited that we decided on Mark Michael Diamond Designs and we would highly recommend this place to everyone and anyone.
Words cannot express the genuine guest service and outstanding work of everyone at Mark Michael Diamond Designs. My husband and I had been gifted a family heirloom engagement ring,...
and we wanted to find a diamond designer who would truly treasure the ring and it's significance to us. After going to Mark Michael Diamond Designs, we can't imagine a better company for the job. Wow! They took our original, antique ring with family diamonds that were 4 generations old, and Kelly worked to replicate the ring with our own special touches. They worked within our given budget perfectly. We were also given a 3D-printed, custom-designed ring model to try on during the process. It goes without saying...the final product was amazing. You can see the ring on their before/after gallery: http://www.markmichaeldiamonds.com/before-after/. This diamond shop goes the extra mile - we received a lovely, handwritten wedding card and a special wedding gift in the mail to display our new ring. Thank you so very much Kelly!
