Their attention to detail is immaculate--from initial planning, tasting, walk-through, and the day of. It's clear that they are super experienced in what they do. Every person we worked with was kind, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. Olivia on the sales team was especially pleasant to work with and so helpful in making recommendations and adjusting our plan with as many changes as needed. Holly, our day-of team lead ensured that everything went off without a hitch. Leading up to wedding day, I didn't have to stress about anything catering-related because I knew Market 93 would have it covered. There's a reason why every venue in the area has them as a preferred vendor. I truly cannot recommend them enough!

One of the things that impressed us most was that they cooked the food onsite. The quality of the meal was outstanding, and we received countless compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was. It is not easy to serve a large wedding meal at a high level, but Market 93 absolutely delivered.
What truly set them apart, however, was their flexibility and professionalism on the wedding day. Unexpected weather created challenges during cocktail hour, requiring guests to be spread across multiple spaces. The Market 93 team immediately adapted, setting up an additional bar and adjusting service plans to accommodate the changing situation. They remained calm, solution-oriented, and focused on ensuring our guests had the best experience possible.
As the mother of the groom, I can honestly say they were one of the easiest and most dependable vendors we worked with throughout the entire wedding process.

With so many details, Market 93 has perfected the process and they break it down into sections so you can focus without getting overwhelmed. They hold your hand through it all. M93 stands out to me, yes, because their food is Great, but also because their communication is so easy. Your rep is easily accessible to you via phone/email so it was so easy to rent an extra table in a pinch, add some unexpected kids meals to the menu, etc. The other stand-out of M93 is their waitstaff who caters, serves, cleans up at the wedding. They were beyond efficient, friendly and discreet in their ability to keep everything flowing from cocktail hour to sparkler send off. I would 100% recommend Market 93 !
