She has managed cafes, trained teams of top-notch professionals, and has years of experience planning every detail of weddings. Outside of her job she is passionate about being outdoors and can often be found in the mountains. Often accompanying her are her two dogs who she loves more than anything. She is passionate about people and food and loves that she can combine both passions here within Market Catering.
Nicka Hiramoto

Over the last three decades, Nicka has worked for some of the best hotels, restaurants, bars, and caterers throughout the country. With a love for people and laughter, she has created truly unforgettable and personal events. Nicka is passionate about ensuring that your celebration is truly yours. Growing up on a mini farm in Oregon, Nicka loves animals of all kinds. She's an avid paddleboarder and has travelled to all corners of the US, bringing with her, her whole family. Of course if no water is to be found, she finds joy in rock crawling in her Jeep. Nicka is also the co-founder of Little Piggie and Me, a non-profit devoted to the awareness and support of the victims of intoxicated driving. She is truly a detail-oriented driven woman and is excited to help you with any occasion.

I was so happy to find Market Catering. I had no idea that they would be so easy to work with. The communication was honest and quick. Pricing was reasonable and they had great ideas for me. We had Market Catering take care of our son’s wedding reception. The food was delicious and plentiful. I worked with Tanner and he was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous ! The staff was equally as good. All were so attentive and went far and beyond expectations. They boxed up food for the couple and for the parents who didn’t get a chance to eat during the reception. Many people asked me who catered because they loved the food so much. We had a taco bar with beef and chicken and they also brought gluten free and vegan options upon request. I will definitely use this company again.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Market Catering, specifically Tanner for my son’s wedding, and I can't express how thrilled I am with their service. From the very first meeting, they were incredibly attentive and willing to accommodate every request I had. Their team was not only professional but also genuinely passionate about making our day special. They offered creative menu options that perfectly matched our vision and even helped when we attended a openhouse they held that left us excited for the big day. On the day of the wedding, they went above and beyond—setting up everything beautifully and ensuring that each detail was perfect. The food itself was a highlight, with guests raving about the flavors and presentation. They seamlessly handled special dietary requests without any fuss. Overall, Market catering made the catering aspect of our wedding stress-free and enjoyable.
