oor Rayna introduced herself and then asked me questions about myself and my girlfriend. She really spent the time getting to know my girlfriend and I and never brought up money or budget. She got to know me and I got to know her and this was so nice. She asked me what kind of design I had in mind and always asked me for my opinion and thoughts before sharing hers. She really wanted to create a ring that my girlfriend like and wanted and that I also liked. She even pointed me to do research during our first encounter/meeting to really put in the time to look at the perfect ring that I wanted. She never rushed me and even told me to go look at other jewelers which was so surprising. So I did the research and even went to other jewelers. However I had such a different experience with the other jewelers. They never really asked about me and my girlfriend, and more so on what kind of ring I wanted and my budget.
It really felt homey with MSD. I went back to MSD after researching and knew they were the perfect place to do the engagement ring for me. Through the next 3-4 meetings: I showed them the design I wanted, I picked out the center diamond I liked, they created CAD design and 3D print of the ring (so cool), and then saw the finished product! The ring was stunning and my fiance absolutely loves the ring. It was so easy and nice to work with MSD and Rayna and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! Thank you so much for everything Rayna and the MSD team!

We went into the showroom to pick out wedding band styles a couple of times and they were so patient and informative in the process. They worked with us to set a budget and make sure the engagement ring and wedding bands fit our budget, style and lifestyle.
We have stopped into the showroom many times since then to pick up the wedding bands or get them cleaned before the wedding day and they always remember our names and make the place feel so welcoming.

ocess of repurposing a family heirloom into a new, beautiful engagement ring that my fiancee loves! They are kind, welcoming, transparent (about timing, pricing, etc.) and helpful. Furthermore, they re-sized her ring in about 10 minutes because the jeweler was actually in the store instead of off-site! I don't want to make any promises that they can do it that fast every time, but it's just another example of the excellent customer service you can expect.

rs! Dino created a timeless, classic engagement ring through a no pressure, positive and informative process. We returned to design wedding bands and each member of the small staff took interest in our process, becoming more like friends than saleswomen. Each time we returned to Market Street we were addressed by name, always offered to clean my rings (no cost, ever, walk in anytime), and were provided a comfortable and very patient environment with individual and undivided attention in which to create lasting pieces we both loved and designed ourselves. less overwhelming, especially if you don’t have an exact idea of what you want. Eva and the team at MSD are super professional and they come through with a great product. Being able to use my grandmother’s ring to create something both my husband and I had input into made it that much more special. We also bought our wedding rings at MSD. While the price point may be higher than some other places the quality and craftsmanship are wonderful. They also resized my husband’s ring no problem when it was a little snug. I had some other jewelry from my grandmother which we had made into new earrings and necklaces. The old jewelry was not my style but it was so much fun to create something fresh and beautiful from pieces left to me from someone who meant a lot to me. You cannot go wrong with MSD for your jewelry needs!
