With over 150 weddings under my belt and 10 years of photography experience you can rest assure I have been in every weather/lighting/room situation and can use my experience to adjust and to create amazing portraits.
In the months and weeks leading up to your wedding day, I will be there for you as well. We will create an efficient timeline, hammer out all the details and maybe even become friends!?
My hope is that on the day of your wedding you can relax and enjoy it while myself and my second shooter capture all the LOVE!

ty was no small feat: with my husband, and I, groomsmen, bridesmaids, personal attendance, and ushers we had 21 adults, two little ring bearers under three who weren’t in the mood for pictures, and three flower girls who wanted to be the stars of the show all day (and may have been constantly asking (screaming) questions all day! Somehow, she handled it all with incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine warmth. To make things run a little more smoothly when we really had to time crunch she had the names of everyone and my personal attendant, shouting out who we still needed photos with. She always found a way to make the schedule work on our time versus us, needing to change our schedule to accommodate.
When I realized I forgot a hanger for my dress photos, she didn’t even blink — she had one ready to go! It’s small details like that that show how prepared and experienced she is.
When I was searching for photographers, I kept seeing overly edited photos everywhere, but I wanted something timeless and true-to-color. The moment I saw her website, I knew that’s exactly what she delivers. Our initial call honestly felt like a formality, but on the wedding day, she completely exceeded every expectation. Despite so many things going off-schedule, she and our videographer were the two vendors who made the day run seamlessly.

d patience. My husband HATES getting his picture taken and he was the first to say that as long as Markina continues to take pictures, she will be our photographer. She's had to deal with some of my very suggestive extended family members and took in all their ideas, whether she used them or not, without being disrespectful. During our wedding, when she was 8 1/2 months pregnant, she was one of the first people there, on her feet the whole time getting some of our most favorite shots, and never showed her exhaustion. She was great in helping with the timeline to make sure we slotted enough for everything that we wanted to get in.
