Markina the Magnificent. 11/10. She was seriously wonderful start to finish She did our engagement session and our wedding and I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide us through the process and be a part of our wedding day. We love all of our photos and felt SO comfortable with her. Her second shooter was amazing as well!!

Markina was great to work with! She responded quickly with any questions and was really well organized. We love how all the pictures turned out! She also made us feel way more comfortable with having our picture taken. The whole experience with Markina was great and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding photographer.

Markina was amazing to work with and did an outstanding job. I've always been the type of person that gets nervous about taking photos. Markina put us both at ease and made the entire process fun and relaxing. She took beautiful photos that we will cherish forever! The price was affordable and included free engagement photos and a USB drive of all of our edited digital images. I could not have been more thrilled with the outcome! I would recommend Markina for any of your photography needs!

Markina captured our day beautifully. She made sure to get photos of the big events as well as small details. I appreciated that she was so organized for the formal family portraits. She even offered to take additional formal photos for our extended family, after the official wedding portraits were done. And, I appreciated Markina’s wisdom in knowing how to schedule our day – she was super-organized and made it easy for us to relax and just enjoy. Markina is absolutely wonderful to work with! We did an engagement session with her and then our wedding - and the photos from both were amazing! My husband and I don't typically like to have our photos taken, but Markina made it super comfortable and fun. She has a great vision coming into it but she also really took the time to understand what we wanted. We both felt that everything was captured so perfectly!

Markina has a great eye and is so fun to work with! She took our ideas and wishes and added so many more that fit our style. We got married on a cold winter day in MN and she was fabulous with outdoor photos! We did not need an engagement session as we went to the mountains for those and she was willing to work with us on the package. She even scouted other areas within a few blocks of our reception site and asked if we wanted to sneak away for golden hour (sunset) shots. We can't wait for her to capture our growing family too!

Markina Is a fantastic photographer! She has done every milestone photo in my life and has captured each one better than I could have imagined! From engagement, wedding, maternity, baby pics-she does it all!!

Markina was exactly what my husband and I needed to capture our special moments. She shot out engagement photos outside in February and never showed anything but professionalism and patience. My husband HATES getting his picture taken and he was the first to say that as long as Markina continues to take pictures, she will be our photographer. She's had to deal with some of my very suggestive extended family members and took in all their ideas, whether she used them or not, without being disrespectful. During our wedding, when she was 8 1/2 months pregnant, she was one of the first people there, on her feet the whole time getting some of our most favorite shots, and never showed her exhaustion. We continue to go to her year after year for our family pictures, baby pictures, 1 year pictures, and dare I say it, hopefully high school graduation pics for our 3 daughters! Thanks for all the memories and great work.

My husband and I got married in May of 2018. Markina not only did our wedding pictures but our engagement photos too. She took the time to come to us when needed as we live in Mankato but got married in the twin cities area. She scoped out our venue ahead of time to find great spots for photos and ways to keep the family in the shade as it turned out to be a real hot day! She was great in helping with the timeline to make sure we slotted enough for everything that we wanted to get in. She spoke with us ahead of time to get our must haves and I promise no picture was left behind. She had a fantastic second shooter that was able to capture some fabulous moments, the two of them worked great together! Everything went smoothly and I fell in love with each and every picture taken. To this day I use Markina for all our photo needs. We have pictures all over our home from her- I can’t recommend her enough!!
