“Mark Raymond is the real deal.” – Press Democrat Mark has honed his cooking skills literally around the world, having worked in kitchens in New Zealand, Australia, London, Spain and Sonoma. He was even an opening chef for the infamous Roxanne’s Living Foods restaurant in Larkspur. He spent five years working in the wine industry as a General Manager and Winery Chef, which gave him a great sense of the art of wine and food pairing. In 2010, he launched Marks the Spot and has since been featured in over a dozen publications including The New York Times and Napa Valley Life Magazine.
