If I could give no stars I would. After ordering earrings from their site for a substantial cost they arrived over a week later. The earrings were of poor quality, the post bent, ...and they appeared "cheap" . Not wedding quality in my opinion. Upon returning them I made numerous attempts to get a refund due to the quality. They denied a refund and reported to my bank that they never received the returned merchandise which they did as I have emails as proof. Now back in contact with them they are telling me "the funds are tied up". Very sketchy! This company now has my money $250 and merchandise. They told me they will not be responding to me any longer and they are not sure when "these funds" will be available. This as been a nightmare during such an important time in my life. Save yourself the headache and STAY away from this company.
