Marno's Custom Catering

Marno's did such an amazing job! The food was incredible, especially given the fact that we were in the middle of the mountains with no access to running water :) Thank you so much for being so amazing!

Marno's provided the catering services for our daughter's wedding at the Flying Diamond Ranch in June 2018. Everything from the appetizers to the meal was fantastic. The service from the bartenders to the chefs to the servers exceeded our expectations. The cost was reasonable and everyone commented on how delicious and hot the food was. She even created a special lemon humus plate complemented with a selection of breads that appealed to all. Nanny is a real pro and takes pride in the food she serves. She even made a special request that her supplier provide the freshest red snapper possible, which was picked up in Denver the very day of the ceremony. It was cooked to perfection--no easy. Nanny dropped off all three entrees to the bride and groom's condo that night since she knows that rarely do they get to enjoy their special dinner at the wedding. They were so appreciative of this special effort and were indeed starving!

Nanny is an excellent caterer. She did a speedy and fantastic plated meal for my wedding of 108 people. Her staff were professional and friendly and we received many complements on the food from the guests. She developed a custom menu to our needs and price point. She was easy to work with, communicative, and delivered on everything. I consider her the best caterer in Steamboat Springs (and I'm not alone!). We even had hail during our ceremony but they still had the food prepared on time. Literally the best.

Marnos did a great job! Weather rolled in and we were forced to change plans and start the cocktail hour early. They tolled with the punches and everything went off without a hitch!
