Took my wives wedding set to have two of the bands soldered together and was told the stones were loose from her wearing them un soldered. One of the bands that she doesn't wear ye...
t also had loose stones. Yet this band had never been worn since they resized it. So me knowing nothing about jewelry, they quoted me 300 dollars to have them soldered and stones tightened and that they would be ready in a week. A week goes by and I go in to check on them and they haven't been touched. I decided to take them elsewhere. Croniers jewelers only charged me 40 dollars to do the same work and was done in 2 days. I will never return to this store.
I went to the store location in Auburn and loved it! Every time I went in everyone was so friendly and helpful. I had both my engagement ring and wedding band custom made there and...
they turned out beautifully! They also fixed stones that had worn out, welded my rings together, and engraved my new last name into my band. Everything I asked for they did without hesitation. Great customer service and absolutely gorgeous custom jewelry. I would highly recommend them!
Absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave, you are treated with such professionalism. I highly recommend anyone to shop here for any jewelry needs. ...
Marguirette/Lyle Fields, and Benjy Pope are THE only people in Montgomery I would trust to not only create a piece of jewelry but be apart of making memories -- whether its an engagement ring or gift ware. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to make everything perfect for the customer. Thank you to everyone at Marquirette's for all you do!
My husband has my engagement ring custom designed by Marquirette's so it was a no-brainer on where we would get our wedding bands since they did such an amazing job on my engagemen...
t ring. They are very reasonable in pricing, have a lot of options for all budgets and will finance if needed. My ring even had a few issues with it right before the ceremony and they made sure everything we would be wearing would be amazing and beautiful! We would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for rings or other jewelry. My husband also had his mothers pearls reset by their jeweler and designed some gorgeous pearl earrings for me to wear on my wedding day! Love their work and they stand by their products.
My husband and I received great service from the Marquirette's staff, got his wedding band on sale for half off, and they did a wonderful job working on my engagement ring/wedding ...
band that was my husband's grandmother's. A friend of mine also used Marquirette's when they got married and they had nothing but good things to say about them. Don't go anywhere else!
My ring, my husbands ring, and my daughters promise ring were all purchased from here. We made a great choice!
I cannot say enough about the staff at Marquirette's. They are all so kind. When my husband and I started engagement ring shopping, we went here after making a down payment on a ri...
ng at another store. We had already been to a few jewelers, but when we walked into Marquirettes, we felt like family. I quickly found a ring that was just perfect, and we ended up getting our deposit back from the other jeweler. The price was unbeatable, and they have great service after the sale. I can go back in at any time and they will clean my ring and check the settings free of charge. We are definitely loyal customers now, and go there frequently.
They helped Ryan pick out the ring, they offer free maintenance on all of their sales. they are very affordable and very polite. they are not pushy like most!!! we love Marquirette...

Everyone there was so nice and helpful! Could not have had a better experience!

ted to stick it into a huge, expensive setting. I felt like the other stores were holding their hands out for my fiances money.
I really appreciated that Lyle understood exactly what I wanted for my ring to look like and they more than worked with our budget.
I will be a life long customer to Marquirettes!!!!!
I went to just about every jewelry store in the surrounding area of Montgomery and none of them compared to Marquirettes. It had the best quality of merchandise and the staff was n...
ot overbearing at all which made my experience even more satisfying. I would definitely recommend this store to all of my friends and family. One would truly not be dissatisfied.

Amazing selection. You are able to register for fine china, silver, crystal, everyday items and gift ware. Not a stuffy registry area. I was glad I could get gift cards and was not...
stuck with the items I got if I received duplicates.
My husband had my engagement ring custom made by Marquirette's and now we wish we had gone soemwhere else. To begin with, my husband barely had the ring before he planned to propos...
e as it took them much longer than they had originally planned and they were not apologetic. Following the wedding I went in to discuss the imperfections in my wedding band and was yelled at in the middle of the store by Marquirette herself. She told me that I was one of her low end customers (my stone was my mothers and therefore, the cost we actually paid was lower) and continued to barrade me with awful comments when all I wanted to know was why my wedding band was not up to the same callibar as my engagement ring. Several of the stones had obvious flaws and were sunk in to the band rather than all on the same level. I stupidly left it with her to work on, and left the store crying! When I got it back (I sent my husband in to get it because I was afraid to see her) they had ruined the ring more by shaving down the edges to try and make the stones look like they were all level. I do NOT recommend this store to anyone as I would never want anyone to experience what I went through. We have used another jewelry store in the area ever since and they have been wonderful!
