I am so glad it did, and I am so glad it was Megan conducting our ceremony. She was incredibly responsive when we initially contacted her; we had an initial consultation call where she walked us through the various options for the ceremony, and then another call 10 days before the ceremony for all the finishing touches. As we planned to exchanged our vows privately, she also provided us with beautiful vows. We wanted to do a handfasting with all the members of the family, and she put in so much care into ensuring that all the names were pronounced perfectly - a monumental feat as we have a multicultural family. She was punctual on the day of the ceremony (she got there before us!!) and explained the filing process for the marriage license. Though the word "perfect" may sound hyperbolic, I felt that "perfect" is the only word to describe the ceremony she conducted and the words she had chosen. We asked for a non-denominational ceremony, and we wanted to keep the gendered words to a minimum. Megan delivered exactly what we wanted and more. We were the 820th couple that she had married, and it absolutely shows - she knew exactly what looked best for photos, and she knew how to position everyone. After the wedding, she sent us the script for our ceremony, and kept us updated on our marriage license filling. I am so happy she was a part of our big day, and she created this moment that we will cherish forever. Snatch her up fast before she books up!!

professional and more importantly, Megan! She is detail oriented, professional, personable, authentic and has a wonderful personality. People kept telling me before the wedding that things will go wrong on the day of your wedding but Megan was not going to let that happen for the ceremony. When I arrived at the venue Megan had pulled me aside with concerns around the ceremony stage as our flowers were placed with little room left for my wedding dress train. She took control, consulted a friend and already had a solution in place to moved the arrangements around *THIS is what going above and beyond looks like and it doesn't stop there. The florist was waiting for the rest of the wedding party to arrive so they could place the boutonnieres and hand out the corsages but Megan could sense the florist was a bit overwhelmed and jumped right in taking charge letting the florist know it would be no hassle at all for her to take the flowers and pass out/pin herself. During our family portraits Megan had found my husband and I to deliver us our specialty cocktails (which were much needed at this point haha). There are so many other small details I am missing from the phone meetings, vow review beforehand, handling our very loud wedding party during rehearsal and before the wedding ceremony. As for the most important part of the day... the ceremony. The words she read really hit home when you are standing up there ready to say I do and she spoke with such grace it was absolutely beautiful. IF you are between officiants this is YOUR review telling you to book Megan. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for being there for us in every way on our special day!

Everyone we spoke to was very impressed with the ceremony she put together and presented. Even some of our older relatives who didn’t seem to understand how we just “hired some random person off the internet” said she did a wonderful job!

Megan made sure everything was organized from the vows, to the rings. the tree watering ceremony, and making sure the bridal party knew where to walk and when.
