to use every benefit that I was entitled to. They were very professional, courteous & friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet and had a spectacular river view. More businesses would flourish if they had customer service staff representing their brand the way these ladies did.

I want to take a moment to recognize two standout team members from my recent stay at the Marriott in Jacksonville. Amy was everywhere… I first noticed her working the bar and restaurant downstairs, then later she was the one who brought my foo...
d up to my room as room service. I even saw her setting up during the day and closing at night. No matter the time, she gave every guest her full attention and did everything she could to ensure we had a great experience.
David, the bartender, was equally impressive. He carries himself like an old-school professional, and he made one of the best Old Fashioneds I’ve ever had. The level of skill and care he puts into his craft was something I honestly wasn’t expecting to find in a hotel bar.
Amy and David made my stay feel special, and I truly appreciate the hospitality they showed. Thank you both for turning a simple hotel visit into an experience worth remembering.
