made and the day before my wedding I was due to check in with my bridal party. I called in the morning to confirm everything and they again confirmed all the details. Once I arrived they said queen beds did not exist it was one king and 2 queens. After getting them to understand I was just given confirmation hours prior they finally decided to upgrade my room to the presidential suite with all 8 of us having full access to the M lounge. All keys were supposed to open both rooms. Keys did not work. Basically I did not get to rest at all prior to the rehearsal. Dealt with the room issues for almost 2 hours. Our rehearsal dinner was also scheduled in the restaurant downstairs. I was supposed to have a credit for the restaurant from each room based on the reservation I had. They would not let us pay the bill directly. They made us charge it to the room, then I had to go to the front desk to close the bill. Again lost about an hour with my family and friends. When we went back upstairs the keys again did not work. Told my girls to wait in the M lounge while I again went to the front desk. The person working in there kicked my mother and sister out saying you had to be a member. They said they had access and were asked to leave. I was very disappointed and upset. I can't believe it. Obviously at this point it was too late for me to go to another hotel. Spoke to the front desk about how they were asked to leave the M lounge. The gentleman apologized and said he would speak to her right away. When they went back she again asked them to leave. I was so mad, I went to the front desk and again said I could not believe this was happening. Luckily I did not run into the person who was in the lounge because they would have gotten a piece of my mind too. Basically the only good was I had the presidential suite for the night. I don't see myself staying there again.
