Amazing!! From the very beginning to the very end it was nothing but perfect. Everyone at the Marriott was very friendly and helpful. They helped make my special day perfect!!

My husband and I were planning our wedding from Washington, DC and wanted a venue with a package that streamlined the process. Rita gave us the tour and talked us through the package. Rich was our man through the planning process right through the day of. It was great. With a 7th floor ballroom and outdoor balcony overlooking the river the location was the best in Springfield. I cannot rave about the staff enough. They were amazing, from the front desk through the waitstaff and head servers. Everyone went out of their way to help us. EVEN finding my husband and I a location to rehearse our dance the day before. They also threw in an ambient lighting package for us on the day of. Also the included vendors were wonderful, the flowers were gorgeous and I only provided loose guidelines and let them have at it. And the cake was delicious!! (and Beautiful but I was after flavor).

Everything about our wedding reception at the Marriott was perfect! It went exactly according to how we wanted it. Rita, Rich, Melanie and the rest of the Marriott Team exceed our expectations. We could not have been more thrilled and we've had so many compliments on a beautiful place and wedding! Thanks to the Marriott!
