Amazing! We loved ever minute of our stay. The staff is fantastic! Special thanks to Hector for the amazing mimosas. The daily treats are a greats touch. Location is amazing. Rooms are small but clean. Would come back again and again.

Mariott Vacation Club was a delightful stay. The room was comfortable, clean and we got what we paid for. The Reception desk staff were super friendly and supportive. I wished it extended to the Concierge staff who purposely left me on hold and...

Our stay was a very good one! Rooms are on the smaller side. They are neat, clean, beds are so comfortable, complimentary coffee and tea, and fridge. Roof top bar is nice with a beautiful skyline of the Empire State Building. Staff was friendly...
and also full of helpful tips! Location is prime. It's not loud but in the heart of everything. Definitely will be staying again!

The staff here is so rude and unhelpful. The concierge just stands there but can’t actually assist with anything and they direct you to the desk with tons of people on line. There’s no doorman. The valet is super lazy. The pillows are terrible-...
woke up with a stiff neck. The only thing this hotel has going for it, is the location. As a Marriott hotel, I would expect much better. I would never stay here again. Go to the Ritz Nomad instead !

y vehicle fixed with the exception of the one offer they gave me. Which was after I provided estimates as asked they said it was too expensive and they could get it done cheaper at the place they work with which upon review the company has fake 5 star reviews posted, so of course I declined. My insurance has been attempting to make contact and get the proper information to get my car fixed the right way and they have not been able to do so. So now I have to pay for the damages to get my car fixed. I have been attempting to contact the hotel manager for assistance and my calls have not been returned. I do NOT recommend this hotel OR its valet.
