SUCH a fantastic experience. We had a large wedding planned for August 2020 but had to completely change plans. We rescheduled our large wedding for October 2021 but made a visit...
to Colorado to not only plan (or REplan I should say) but while we were there we hired Marry Me In Colorado and eloped! For legal purposes we needed to get married this year and we didn't want to do a cheesy Vegas or courthouse wedding. Kevin was amazing, we were literally on top of the world and said our vows in such an emotional and romantic ceremony! Jason photographed the ceremony and a few romantics and he was so gracious and made us feel so comfortable! We have already hired Marry Me In Colorado to work with us again for our large wedding in 2021 but wanted to shout out to them for their professionalism and just an overall great experience!
We booked a platinum package with MMIC and had our ceremony on September 21, 2019.
What I didn't love is as follows: They sent us a welcome package with forms to fill out and de...
cisions to make about various parts of the wedding. There were choices to make about the flowers, the cake and a very detailed list of what pictures you wanted the photographer to take. We checked what we wanted and then sent it back. This also included where the reception was going to be held and what time the cake should be delivered. Fast forward to two days before the wedding-Kevin called me and said that the bakery that they were using couldn't do the cake I picked out and asked me to pick a different option. Why would they list a cake and then use a baker that couldn't do it? OK so I picked another cake. Then, even though Kevin called us to remind us to allow for extra travel time, he was late himself. OK. Then the photographer didn't even look at the paper I filled out on the pictures I wanted taken so majority of them didn't get done. The photographer did ask us if there were any other pictures we wanted but I didn't know he hadn't taken any of the family while I was getting ready and my mind was going so fast, I couldn't remember what was on the list that I wanted. Why have us fill out this paper if nobody uses it? We ordered the wine box set and Kevin asked me if we wanted to provide our own wine. I said no-why would we buy a wine box set if the wine wasn't provided. So he said that they would pick something out but wasn't sure if it would be any good. When we got there on the wedding day, he said that he's not allowed to provide alcohol. Then the cake.....the bakery that they had the cake made at delivered the cake to the reception venue hours early. The reception venue won't take outside food if the people aren't there to receive it. Luckily, the venue made an exception but I go back to-why have us fill out these forms that asks us what time to have it delivered if nobody pays attention to it?
The last thing I'll cover is the photography prints. Our package came with some prints. When we got the CD of the photos (timely) we emailed them to tell them which prints we wanted. We did that on October 29, 2019. We never heard from them that they received our email so I reached out again on November 6th (communication wasn't always great and they struggled to reply to emails at times). They confirmed on November 7th that they got it and would get them ordered. They go through a 3rd party vendor and tell you that it can take 4-8 weeks so we didn't reach out again until January 6, 2020 asking about them. They never responded so I reached out again on January 27th. Again, they never responded. My husband took it over from there and called Kevin on February 5th. Kevin didn't know and had to ask Lorie. He said Lorie would return the call. She didn't so my husband called again a few days later. Lorie said that the vendor stated that they mailed out the pictures months prior so she had to get them re-ordered. I said all of that to say-things happen. HOWEVER, had they responded to any of our emails in JANUARY, this could've been resolved sooner. Our ceremony was in September, 2019 and we got our prints in March, 2020. Unacceptable.
When we decided to elope in Colorado, we were clueless on where to go or how to go about it. We found Marry Me in Colorado and honestly could not have been happier. Kevin and Lorie...
were amazing with their warm demeanor, quality of services provided, and communication. Our dream wedding came together in just 3 weeks with a beautiful ceremony, cake, flowers, champagne and the absolute most AMAZING photographer, Linnell. It’s certainly nerve wracking planning a wedding, especially so far from home where you’re just entrusting strangers to understand your wants and needs via email and phone, but after meeting Kevin, Lorie, and Linnell, it was like reuniting with old friends. Lorie’s salon and spa Glo did my hair and makeup and I’ve never felt more beautiful. Our day couldn’t have gone more perfectly.
Kevin and Lorie with Marry Me in Colorado were fantastic with our recent wedding. We wanted a snowy winter wedding and they certainly delivered with the perfect venue. With only ...
three weeks planning time, and one of those being New Years holidays, Kevin and Lorie worked with us to custom deliver the most beautiful ceremony I've ever seen. It was like they had known us for years and knew exactly what to put into the ceremony to make it very personal. The photos turned out terrific too. We were able to relax and everything turned out perfect for us. I can't say enough good things about them. The two of them combine to be a team that definitely compliments each other.
Lorie and Kevin were a pleasure to work with. I didn't have to worry about one thing on our wedding day. We were able to enjoy every moment thanks to Lorie and Kevin. Everything we...

ne of communication with us throughout. Their photographer was incredible and knew the perfect locations for all of our shots. We heard over and over again that planning a wedding is so stressful but thanks to Marry Me In Colorado this was absolutely not the case. Kevin and Lorie, thank you so much for making our special day unforgettable!

nt us in the right direction for that) and everything went as planned. They were so great with including our dogs and running everything past us to make sure it went exactly how we'd like. The photographer also did an amazing job - the pictures turned out stunning and were back to us in a timely matter. I'd highly recommend Marry Me In Colorado!!!

ckage that included everything I wanted. They took care of the ceremony, flowers, cake and photography and we didn’t have to do anything the day of our wedding but show up. The ceremony was lovely and our photographer was amazing and did a great job taking beautiful shots and made it a fun time as well. All our guests were so impressed as well and we were complimented greatly on our pictures. Would recommend to anyone else looking to get married in the Colorado area.
We called Kevin on very short notice - our officiant had cancelled only 4 weeks before the ceremony. Kevin was available to make the perfect ceremony for us even with such limited ...
time. The ceremony fit us perfectly and was expertly delivered. I am so grateful to him for saving our big day and making it better than we could have imagined. Kevin is a wonderful speaker and person - I highly recommend his services to anyone in the area.
Very disappointed in our experience with Marry Me In Colorado. Our Wedding was 11-11-17 and after months of email communications with Kevin and a couple of phone calls to finalize...
details before the wedding in Rocky Mountain National Park including the week of the wedding for reassurance that our photographer and flowers would be there on the day of our wedding. We were told by Kevin to be there early he promised the photographer would be there early and even mentioned 3:30pm in the last phone call with him (our wedding was at 4pm). We were at the entrance to Bear Lake at 3:30pm with our entire wedding party waiting in the cold until 4pm and no one showed to take our pictures or with our flowers we had purchased from them. At 4pm we went to the spot had our ceremony and it went quickly because it was bitter cold. At 4:15pm we were walking back to our cars and a female photographer with flowers approached us. I immediately told her the ceremony was over she offered to take photos at that point and I said no our wedding party was cold and headed to their cars. She gave me the flowers and left crying. 45 mins late from the promised time. We have since contacted Marry Me In Colorado on numerous occasions and have not after one month received any money back. We paid them $600 in advance and all we have received for the $600 is emails. There was also a $150 charge to marry in Rocky Mountain National Park charged by them and we walked right into the park and married without any kind of certificate they said we needed. Both my wife and I feel like we have not only been taken advantage of but disappointed our day has no photos like we had planned. I would not recommend Marry Me In Colorado to anyone getting married there.
VERY easy to work with. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Kevin and Lorie are very friendly and helpful. They helped us make our wedding happen on very short notice! Our o...
nly concerns were that the flowers did not come in a waterproof vase (they were in green floral foam, but there was no way to keep that wet nor was it safe to put the arrangements on a wood table) and the photos were a bit off in the lighting. The flowers were beautiful as were the photos, just some tweaks needed. We only used Marry Me in Colorado for 2 arrangements and the photos but they sure seemed to have a very comprehensive set of products and services. Their shop in town is easy to access and has parking - it's a great place to go and see all of their products. Thank you Kevin, Lorie, and John.
Marry Me Colorado's entire team was so easy to work with and we LOVED our photographer. Everyone was helpful and clearly have been doing this a long time. We barely lifted a finger...

Marry Me in Colorado made planning an out of state wedding so easy! You just contact them with what you want and they make it happen, respond to all questions in a timely manner, ...
and handle all of the foot work. It seemed to easy compared to all the stress most people go through wedding planning! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress free wedding experience!

marriages, we just wanted to keep it simple. It was simply elegant. The vows written for us were like nothing either of us had ever heard(even in a church wedding). We contacted Marry Me In Colorado, gave them our story and from then on it was just PERFECT!! I could not have expected more or even asked for more. The communication was unbelievable, it was as though I was the only customer. Not so I believe they had four events on my day. The photographer John did an exceptional job, and et me be the first to say my new husband and I are not the best of subjects in front of the camera. All that being said I have been recommending them to everyone I come across. They made our day worry and stress free, that is priceless. The services they offer are priceless. Lori, Kevin, and John are your one stop shop for that special day. Trusting in them for your special day will be the best decision you would ever make. Thank you so much Lori, Kevin and John, we couldn't have done it without you!!
Lorie and Kevin couldn't have done a better job! We made a last minute trip out there to see our location, and they didn't hesitate to make arrangements to meet us! Very professi...

having to go through the trouble of finding an officiant, flowers, cake, photographer etc. It's a one stop shop, about as stress free as you can get! The only things I didn't like was that I felt like the communication during the process was all one sided, I would have liked Kevin and Lorie to follow up more with me to touch base. And then, we never received champagne for our reception, so it looked a little weird to have custom made toasting flutes but nothing to put in them. :( But other than those things, I would recommend Marry Me in Colorado to prospective Brides and Grooms! Also, a shout out to John, our photographer, he was amazing! We are so very pleased with the pictures. I really felt like John was able to capture our special day and the love that we have for each other.

red our questions that we had. I can say the ceremony was awesome. The ease and fun that Kevin makes it was so nice. And the thought he puts into it and getting to know you too. He not only helped us renew our vows, but renew oyr faith in one another, taught us some ideas and took time to enjoy it with us. Thank you. Loved John as the photographer.. he makes it easy and fun, plus he is amazing at his job! His pictures of us will be very cherished as our photographer at our wedding 14 years ago lost our pictures. We can't thank you all enough. Five stars doesn't cut it with these guys.. they deserve so much more!!

ed with me, even being all the way from KC, MO and planning long distance. He custom built my package (since my uncle was the one marrying us). He charged us less in the long run. The cake was FANTASTIC. The flowers were beautiful and it was exactly what we wanted and needed!

ay before my wedding, I was to be contacted but nobody contacted me. I ended up sending out an email at 10:00 at night, confirming the time/location. I recieved and email back from Kevin whom was very confused regarding my location.. Turns out he had my location incorrect. He informed me he had to put in a request for our location, trying to reassure me that there wouldn't be an issue (not something a bride should have to deal with the night before getting married). The next morning I received a call from Kevin, informing me that the request was denied and I had to choose a new location. Apparently another event was taking place there.. So the morning of my wedding, I had to rush around to find a new location (my husband and I were not very familiar with Colorado considering it was our first visit from Pennsylvania).. It was a good thing I ended up emailing Kevin the night before, to confirm my time/location or we would have been in two different places. And also that my husband and I did not invite anyone to our ceremony- how embarrassing would that have been. . Overall I highly would not recommend Marry Me In Colorado. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. Explore your other options!

Lorie made this super easy for all of us. Kevin met us at our location and everything went off without a hiccup. Our photographer Leann was the best I don't think she took a picture we didn't like! Thank You Kevin and Lorie for making our wedding not only memorable but fun.

after! We could have not asked for a more beautiful, and perfect day for our Wedding. Our ceremony was simply amazing, and our families were astonished with how meaningful, and heartfelt our ceremony was! It was better than we could have ever dreamed. Words can not express with how very thankful we are for the team at Marry Me in Colorado. From the Start to Finish they were there and amazing!!!
Made our wedding planning very stress free! Very helpful in suggesting things that they thought we would like and made our day turn out great

I worked with Lori from Marry me in Colorado for flowers. She is a genuinely nice person and fun to talk to. However, I didn't receive a final invoice until three days before my ...
wedding and that was after leaving multiple messages, voicemail and email. My coordinator finally had to harass them to get an invoice. The invoice was sent and was over double what we had agreed upon. I was very clear about my budget from the beginning. We had to have a sit-down meeting the day before the wedding to hash things out. Day of the wedding the colors of the flowers were wrong, the wrapping on the bouquets were wrong and the vases were covered in fingerprints. My coordinator had to run around wiping them off before our guests got there because they were apparently so bad. This is the first poor review I've ever written and it's too bad. I would not recommend this vendor to anyone because the lack of professionalism really added a lot of undue stress to the wedding week.

I cannot express how beautiful our wedding was because of Marry Me. These two really take the time to make sure every little detail is covered. They are true professionals.
I was married on my grandmother's anniversary which turned out to be a busy day. December 13, 2014 saw brides bustled about, but Lorie and Kevin made me feel as if I were the only bride ever. It was the most perfect day!

ers were perfect and the cake was delicious. It was exactly what we wanted and was more than we could've hoped for- especially on a budget! They made our small special day perfect. Lorie emailed back and forth with me all the time to get the details perfect and I thought it was VERY reasonably priced for what we got. THANK YOU to you both for making our day amazing! God Bless the work you do :)

e for questions or anything I needed throughout the process. Lorie made sure we had our photos before we left Estes Park the next morning. Our pictures turned out gorgeous and I loved the ceremony that Kevin custom designed for us. I really loved Kevin's personality that puts you at ease on your big day. We really appreciated the mix of jokes and seriousness before, during, and after the ceremony. Colorado is a great place to get married or elope with beautiful scenery. I am so glad I eloped in beautiful scenic Colorado with awesome wedding pictures. The wedding packages are great! All I had to do was show up with a marriage license (which is very easy to obtain in Colorado) the groom and my son, and Kevin and Lorie took care of everything else. I highly recommend Marry Me in Colorado for a beautiful stress free wedding

tant event. He put us at ease right away, and assured us that he has the experience to handle whatever comes our way. And he did! We live in another state, and part of the appeal of having a destination wedding was not having the stress of organizing everything. On the other hand, I’m a bit of a control freak, so it was hard for me to let go and trust someone else to handle the details of my big day. But I did. I sat back and relaxed and let them do their jobs, and everything was perfect! They made it look so easy, and were prepared for anything. My flowers were beautiful, Lorie had extra straight pins for my handkerchief, her photography was exquisite, she tied up my bustle, tucked my veil when it got windy… she went above and beyond what I expected. She was my fairy godmother of the day! Our venue wedding coordinator (who shall remain nameless) did not have her stuff together, and if we were relying on her alone, our wedding could have been a disaster. But fortunately, Kevin and Lorie came through like superheroes. They provided a backup speaker system at the last minute, and worked out several bumps in the road that I wasn’t even aware of until afterwards. They are true professionals, and handled everything with grace, never missing a beat. They make you feel like the most important person in the world that day, and will do anything to make sure your dream wedding is absolutely perfect. I can not thank them enough, and highly recommend Marry Me In Colorado to anyone planning a wedding in the Rocky Mountain National Park area!

Our pictures turned out gorgeous and I loved the ceremony that Kevin custom designed to suit our tastes. I really loved Kevin's personality that puts you at ease on your big day and he will make you laugh. We really appreciated the mix of jokes and seriousness before, during, and after the ceremony. Colorado is a great place to get married or elope with beautiful scenery. I am so glad I eloped in beautiful scenic Colorado with awesome wedding pictures instead of trying to find a venue in Texas or giving up and going to a courthouse. Lorie even got pictures of a rainbow behind us as it threatened to rain during the ceremony. The all inclusive packages are great! All I had to do was show up with a marriage license (which is very easy to obtain in Colorado) and the groom, and Kevin and Lorie took care of everything else. I highly recommend Marry Me in Colorado for a beautiful stress free wedding.

ce of my life. They have package deals for all price ranges and for our wedding package provided the officiant, photos of the ceremony and after, flowers for the bride and groom, and the ceremony site. I did not have to stress one bit and for only speaking with Kevin via email, he did a perfect ceremony for my husband and I!
Kevin put together a beautiful ceremony! Easy to work with. Took the time to add special touches.
Kevin and Lori did a great job of securing the license for our location in RMNP. Correspondence with them via email was not the best and Kevin seemed to never get any of my emails....
He did always call to follow-up.
They were friendly and did a great job with the ceremony. Mark, the photographer, was awesome to work with.
They did forget to give me the bottle of champagne that was to be included in my package.
