I recently had my wedding reception at Marsh Creek Country Club. To say the least, it was perfect. Pirkko, the event coordinator, made sure everything was put in place the way I wa...
nted and ensured everything went smoothly. There wasn't a thing I would have wanted differently. The size of the cocktail room and dining/dance area were perfect for my intimate wedding of about 70 guests (though it could have accommodated probably up to 100.) the food was amazing as well (we had the chicken florentine & prime rib--my personal favorite). I definitely would recommend Marsh Creek to anyone!
Marsh Creek Country Club is WONDERFUL!! It is an absolutely beautiful venue. From the ceremony site looking over the marsh to the reception area of the clubhouse. The wedding co...
ordinator Pirkko McKenna was such a pleasure to work with. For the 10 months we spent planning the wedding she was always available to answer any questions we may have had. On the wedding day itself she made sure to have everything set up exactly how we had imagined it. Anytime I wanted to stop by the country club to sit down and discuss the wedding details or bring a family member by to show them the venue she was always accommodating. The overall price of everything was more than reasonable. Considering the exquisite food, venue and service you get. I would recommend Marsh Creek to anyone looking for an amazing wedding with memories you will have for a lifetime.
Everything about this venue was wonderful. From the planning phase all the way to the reception the staff was caring, responsive and attentive. Pirkko and Dan were especially grea...

their quick service was wonderful! I cannot say enough about the catering manager/coordinator Pirkko! She was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout the whole planning process. If I had any questions at all she would answer them immediately. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to any bride looking to get married in the St. Augustine area. You will not regret it!
If we could do our wedding over, we would choose Marsh Creek every time!!
Our wedding was such a fabulous and stress free event! (Well as stress free as a wedding can be!) Marsh Creek is an amazingly beautiful venue where you can combine the outdoors (th...
e ceremony) with an elegant indoors (cocktail hour, dinner and dancing).
The food was extraordinary. We chose Pork Loin Veronique, Porto Chicken Breast, and a Pasta Primavera (for our vegetarians). We met the chef during our tasting and loved him and his food.
Marsh Creek generously provides you with a wedding coordinator (at no extra cost) but you get so much more than a person, you get a team! Marianne, Pirkko (pronounced Peerko), John and Dan are amazing! We cannot thank them enough!!! This is a team that knows what they are doing. From our first meeting, I knew we were in good hands. They are not only competent, creative, accomodating and calming, they are incredibly fun! I feel as though they have become good friends! It is clear they love what they do and more importantly they want you to have an experience you will treasure for years to come! Book your wedding at Marsh Creek...you will be glad you did!

ly helps to have an experienced and unflappable event manager like Crystal Hill and her team assist with all the details and make yr event extra special. All of our family, guests, and especially the bride and groom, loved the wedding and are still talking about how much fun it was. We especially appreciated the lounge set aside for the bridal party to get ready in and relax. The beautiful view can't be beat, and there is Seating outside on the patio overlooking the marsh for guests to enjoy.

were married on Sept 3, 2011 at Marsh Creek. I would recommend this wedding venue to everyone. They were so organized and helpful on our wedding day which made us both stress free. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were as perfect as I pictured through out our planning. Crystal kept the whole bridal party "in line", which helped the wedding go smooth and successful. The bartenders and food service was amazing, I can not stress our delicious our food {prime rib and lemon chicken} was which was a plated dinner for 140 guest. The food and drinks were served in a timely manner which offered us more time for the party aspect. Our wedding day was perfect and it wouldn't have been so perfect without the help from Marsh Creek Country Club. Thank you to everyone there!!!
Our wedding was on August 14, 2010. Marsh Creek made it absolutely incredible. The views are outstanding. We just loved the huge windows overlooking the marsh from our reception. T...
he food was amazing! Service was phenomenal. And Crystal was the BEST! She really made sure that everything ran smoothly and perfectly. We had accidently given her the wrong meal choice for my grandmother and by the time we realized what had happened, my grandmother was already eating her delicious prime rib. We felt bad, but Crystal assured us it was no problem with a big smile on her face! We would recommend Marsh Creek to anyone!

t during dinner. Having Crystal at Marsh Creek is an extra bonus as well. I did not have to worry about a thing the day of the wedding because Crystal was there to take care of it all. Compared to many of the venues in St. Augustine Marsh Creek Country Club gives you the best value along with excellent service.
We wanted a nice destination wedding that would take advantage of the mild Florida November weather. Marsh Creek Country Club in St Augustine FL proved to be the ideal venue, with...
a picture-perfect backdrop for an outdoor ceremony, great food & hospitality for the reception, and a full-service wedding coordinator. Crystal Hill goes above & beyond the scope of her contractual responsibilities to ensure that your day is bliss. Thanks, Crystal and MCCC!
catered, great manager, easy going staff, catering to bride and groom;stuck up country club people.
Just about everything! It had a beautiful view of the marsh during sunset, it was fairly spacious and the food was absolutely out of this world. Also, it had a great little room ...
for the wedding party to relax in for a few minutes before heading out to the reception and there was plenty of room to roam for guests who needed to step outside or take a short walk.;The room is a little tricky to work with because of the lay out; stick to your guns as far as how you want things layed out; i.e. where the band should be placed and how tables will work best. Other than that there really aren't too many downfalls to the venue.
